I knew exactly which car I was there for, so I wanted to execute the deal as quickly as possible. The two salesmen met me as soon as I walked in the door. The salesman named "Mo" took the reigns and started the process. It took less than 30 minutes to test drive, get a purchase agreement, and head off to my bank before it closed. The only thing that grinded my gears was the wait to finalize the purchase once I returned with the check. I waited 2 hours for a 5 minute meeting with the finance manager to sign everything. Overall, it was positive shopping experience, but nobody like to wait.

After a very disappointing experience at another Jeep dealership and another dealership closing I brought my Jeep to Farrish for service. My advisor, Mac, was awesome and made the repair process easy. The repairs were more involved than I had expected and Mac was able to arrange a loaner vehicle for me. In the end, the repairs were made, Mac handled the warranty issues, I got my Jeep back and she's running well. I'm happy and I highly recommend Farrish.

Worst dealer/service center experience ever. Took the Wrangler in to replace the battery kit and an oil change. They found an oil leak that was fixed under warranty but told me it was ready before it was, so I had to come back a day later. When I got it back it smelled like gas because it now had a fuel leak. Took it back to get fixed. Two days after it was “fixed”, it suddenly had an upper radiator hose leak and overheated. I had to tow it back, and somehow it took four days to replace a hose. Communication was terrible. Wait times were terrible. I was never given any real explanation for all of this. Had they not provided five free Lyft rides for all the trips back and forth, I’d be even more disgusted. Never again.

Great experience. I went to Farrish for a second opinion for a diagnosis give by Koons my primary service center. However, when Koons side to resolve the start and stop sign on the cluster will require to change the Auxiliary and main battery, which I was not convinced. Based on recommendation from my friend I went to Farrish and they agreed to do run a diagnosis on my car to identify thr real problem and finally the outcome was I just need to charge my batteries and after it was fully charged the sign went off and I was so impressed and I would really recommend the fellow Jeep owners to be cautious about Koons they confidently misguided me to spend $800. I felt cheated with these unprofessional and inexperienced service center. I would like to call out specifically Mike the service advisor and mechanic Huang for their exceptional service.

Great experience with this dealership! DaSean and Mikaela were very kind, honest, and down to earth, and I was thoroughly impressed by them. Car was used but in great condition and the dealership had done multiple recent repairs to make sure the car was in full working order. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, Dasean Gallishaw and his sales manager from Farrish Jeep are the best in the business and especially in the Northern Virgina area hands down! In my market research, I engaged with at least 5 different Jeep dealerships. Jeep and Farrish can be proud of these two employees. They represented their employer with great professionalism and knowledge. The highest accolade I can provide, is to say that I would absolutely purchase a car from them again and I would recommend them to my friends. To add context to my comments above, you should know that I am a combat wounded veteran (100% disabled Purple Heart recipient) with over 25 years of military service and 11 years of civilian federal services having supported the most elite forces in the US military! Kudos to you Dasean and your sales manager! Keep up the good work! Especially when no one is looking!

I’m so glad I chose to pass on several other CDJR dealerships and make the trip from Maryland to Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This place truly lives up to its reviews! From the moment I stepped out of my car, Mo treated me like family. We had great conversation, and he made sure I fully understood all of my vehicle options. Even when we hit a few bumps along the way, Mo worked closely with Chris in finance, and together they moved mountains to get me exactly what I wanted. I genuinely enjoyed working with both of them, and thanks to their help, I drove away in my Jeep on my birthday. A birthday I will never forget! Great customer service at FARRISH of Fairfax. I drove from Maryland to Virginia just to get my car serviced and they even gave it back cleaned. The manager Mo was very professional and accommodating. Very easy process and friendly service from Mikaela. I found a pre-owned Jeep on the Farrish site and submitted an information request. Mikaela reached out right away and said she would have the car ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived, she had the Jeep out front, ready for a test drive. Mikaela was knowledgeable about the car and trade-in process. As there was a minimal wait while my trade-in was valued, Mikaela made sure me and my daughter were comfortable and frequently checked in to see if there was anything we needed. I received a loaner car for the week while the Jeep was being inspected and detailed. Mikaela kept in touch during the week and promptly let me know when my "new" ride was ready for pick up. Overall a 10/10 experience. The process was smooth, low pressure, great price and friendly.

We traveled from Ohio to Fairfax last Saturday, after negotiating with Jeff’s help over the telephone earlier in the week. Everyone we encountered was courteous, pleasant and professional. Jeff is definitely a superstar! Basem was also very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Even Chris in Finance was accommodating—and that’s a bit tough to admit since he’s from Xichigan ?. A+ experience, and glad to have met everyone!

Title: Jeep Owners Beware – Disappointing, Overpriced, and Incompetent Service After 18 amazing years with my (then brand new) 1998 Jeep Wrangler, I was excited to be back in the Jeep family with my “new to me” 2021 Jeep Gladiator (under 17,000 miles, excellent condition). I wanted to take good care of it and brought it to Farrish Jeep in Fairfax for a simple oil change and tire rotation before hitting 20,000 miles. What should have been a positive, routine experience turned into one of the most frustrating dealerships visits I’ve ever had. Here’s what I was charged: Oil Change: $106.50 Tire Rotation: $20 (charged but NOT performed) Cabin Air Filter: $115.98 Engine Air Filter: $78.95 Shop Fees + Tax Total: $372.87 First, this vehicle has never been off-road and is under 20k miles. Being told I needed an engine air filter replacement already is questionable when most are typically replaced closer to 30k miles under normal conditions. Second, I chose this dealership partly because they advertised a free car wash. I absolutely did NOT decline the wash, yet my paperwork claimed I did. That may sound small, but it reflects the overall lack of care and accuracy I experienced. Now the worst part: they charged me for a tire rotation they did not perform. Their explanation? “Wheels fused to the hubcaps” and they “couldn’t get the lug nuts off.” This is a Jeep dealership. Think about that. If their own service department can’t remove the wheels, how exactly am I supposed to do it on the side of the road? Then it hit me: every Jeep owner knows about the locking lug nut key. Basic Jeep ownership 101. They never asked me for it. They never looked in the center console or glove compartment (where mine was). They never called me. They simply gave up, charged me anyway, and sent me on my way. When I got home, I used my lug nut key and loosened the lug nut easily. That’s when the disappointment really set in. This isn’t just about money. It’s about trust. This was my first service visit with my Gladiator, something that should’ve been exciting after returning to the Jeep community. Instead, I left feeling overcharged, brushed off, and questioning the competence of a Jeep-branded service department. Jeep owners deserve better than this. If you care about your vehicle and want knowledgeable technicians who understand the basics of the brand they represent, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’m happy to provide my receipt if anyone wants proof. Lastly, GOOGLE can we get a half star?

I highly recommend Farrish of Fairfax if you are looking for your next Jeep purchase. Don Choi was our sales representative. He made the dreaded car buying experience so much easier and less stressful. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and was very helpful. Most importantly, he did not talk in circles. Not your stereotypical car salesman—no icky sales tactics employed by many other dealerships and salesmen we’ve experienced. You won’t be disappointed. Our experience from start to with Farrish and Don Choi was excellent. They’ve got our return business.

I’m usually not a fan of dealerships due to poor experiences in the past…however, we had a fantastic experience with Farrish FFX. We unfortunately had an unexpected issue with our truck of course during the holidays; and Mo was excellent with communicating steps to handle the issue. He was very transparent the entire time which I appreciate. I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of us with the situation. They were very timely with diagnosing and getting the parts needed and fixing the truck up. Mo kept me in the loop the entire time and was happy to discuss any concerns I had. He was also able to add on requested maintenance services I wanted done while the truck was in the shop. I also appreciate Peter for stepping in when Mo was assisting other clients, and providing a quick update for me. Highly recommend this service department. We will continue to get our truck serviced here!

From the initial contact, Mo was outstanding. I was up early and submitted a lead on the Farrish website. It was about 7:30am and Mo was on it. He addressed all my questions and confirmed the vehicle I was interested in had the exact equipment I was looking for. Upon arrival the vehicle was up front, clean and ready for a test drive. We did MINIMAL paperwork and then went for a test drive. After the drive we went inside and discussed my trade. Farrish gave me a better than fair trade value, I would say it was an honest value and no haggling to get it. No games were played whatsoever. The finance process was also very smooth. I highly recommend Mo and Farrish if you’re in the market for a new automobile. I would give 10 stars if it were an option!

I had been in the market for a Jeep Gladiator for about two weeks when I found everything I was looking for in a Gladiator on the Farrish website. I reached out online and Jeff Sidenbender got back with me quickly. As I live almost 4 hours away from the dealership I couldnt go through the typical "when can you come in for a test drive" line that I heard over and over again from other dealerships. No other dealership I contacted even seemed remotely interested in my business if I wasnt on the lot in person. As my credit isnt the best, I needed to have financing lined up prior to commiting to a 4 hour drive. Jeff and his team did exactly that. Jeff answered all my questions, got all the paperwork started online, and I especially liked that he was willing to text as it allowed me to focus on my day to day without having a phone to my ear. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING was set up prior to me even leaving my house. I had financing, knew how much my monthly payment was going to be and for how long. I made the almost 4 hour trip and was greeted at the door by Jeff, after some short introduction we were off for a test drive. Jeff is easy to talk to and I felt no pressure at all from him about my purchase. After the drive we went inside to sign paperwork, mind you Jeff had everything completed before my arrival, so just a quick review and some signatures and I was off to talk with Chris in financing. For a long distance purchase, this was by far the smoothest experience and should be the way car buying is done. From the time I got there until the time I left, it was right about an hour. No more spending a whole day at the dealership for me. I am already planning my next purchase and I will be back to see Jeff and the guys at Farrish. I don’t often leave reviews, let alone after a visit to the car dealership. However, after my visit to Farrish at Fairfax I felt the need to give them a well deserved shout out, especially to our salesman Basem Saleh. Basem was as responsive as they come from the first time we contscted the dealership through their online ad. Basem welcomed me at the door when i got there after a 4 hour drive from new jersey. He had taken the liberty to wash and detail the car and have it ready for a test drive. He was incredibly honest and explained the numbers thoroughly. All in all one of the best customer service experiences i have had.

My salesman, Mr. Basem Saleh, was super friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the purchase. He checked in daily for a week to make sure everything is ok with my new car. I’m super happy with the service he provided. Mr. Ari the financial manager was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The loan process was super fast and easy with him. On the other hand, the manger whom I don’t remember the name was rude. The only reason this place is getting five stars from me is for the services Mr. Basem and Mr. Ari provided to me.

Great job and value for your money. I used Farrish auto detailing based on the recommendation of a friend. There are several detail shops in the area, but I don't think any of them could do a substantially better job without charging you 2-5X as much. The only hiccup was scheduling via the website. Although the service department is open on the weekends, the detail shop DOES NOT do detailing on the weekends. The website allowed us to make an appointment ( and confirmed) a detailing appointment on Saturday. So we had to reschedule.
