The service was top-notch, highly professional, and their pricing was very reasonable with absolutely no hidden fees. If you ever need a tow in the Fairfax area, I highly recommend them! Truly dependable.
Great service. Super nice owner who helped clear out and deliver my items to me from my car that was being towed from his lot to another repair facility. He went out of his way to be helpful.

Service was excellent. Took only 15 min after calling to get towed. After dropping off my car at a repair shop after hours I even got a ride home from the driver. This is a honest and good company, they did not try and take advantage of my situation. 100% would recommend anytime.
I chose Onyx Towing largely because of their up-front pricing and the ability to schedule in advance for my non-emergency tow. I appreciate how communicative Patrick was about the process ahead of time and on the day of the tow. (He even apologized for arriving to pick up less than 5 minutes after the original ETA.) He worked quickly but handled the car with care, sending pictures after he'd dropped it off at the service location. I'll definitely use Onyx again when the need arises.
Onyx Towing was the service provider through my insurance company. They were prompt and cared about customer service. They successfully got my car running again and we definitely would recommend their service to friends. Patrick was thoughtful and professional.
Onyx is fabulous! I had a completely dead battery and was in a Whole Foods parking lot in the rain. A friend came and tried to jump me but to no avail. I thought I was going to have to have my car towed to my mechanic. I randomly called 3 places for a towing quote. Onyx gave me the best price by far. The two other places were at least $150.00 more. He was there within 15 minutes. He asked if I would like him to try to jump it and I agreed. It started right up! It just needed a more powerful source. So it didn't need to be towed after all. He could have just towed my car and made significantly more money without offering a jump but he didn't. To me, that's everything. That's honesty. That's a company that wants to build their business with pride, being honest and trustworthy to their customers. In this day and age, monumental! If I ever need help again, that's who I'm calling. He was very courteous and completely up front with pricing, no hidden fees, etc. I recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could!

It was today on Mother’s Day when my car was acting up and I needed a tow badly, that’s when I called Onyx Towing and I talked to a gentleman named Patrick , he was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I explained my car and what I could really afford and he worked with me and made sure I was no longer stuck on the road with a cloud of smoke trialing me and my car. I will never again call any other towing company again. When you’re down and out you really need a friend and Onyx Towing is that type of company and especially Patrick and I thank you and I would recommend to anyone to call and experience real care in our worst times. You never want to be towed, but if you need to be towed, I cannot recommend this company enough! Patrick was responsive, communicated with me as he was responding to my location, and was kind and courteous the entire time. Onyx was the only good part of an otherwise frustrating day! After three hours of dealing with the insurance company, botched roadside assistance, and another towing company that failed to show up, I was put in touch with Onyx and they showed up within 15 minutes. Patrick was so responsive, communicative and professional. I’ll be calling them directly next time!
Even in inclement weather they came out in 20mins and helped me. The customer service was also very upfront about the extra charge due to inclement weather conditions. Overall, I liked their service.
If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough great things about Patrick, Jose and the team of Onyx Towing! Super responsive, understanding and professional!! On a late Sunday night what could’ve been a very long night, ONYX TOWING saved the night! Stuck in the middle of suburbia, in a small but tough drainage ditch, Patrick mobilized the team and Jose got to me within the HOUR! Minutes and a tug or two later the car is free and rolling. I called progressive for a tow. They made me wait 3.5 hours. I called Jose at Onyx Towing, they were at my location in 15 minutes. I will NEVER use my insurance again for a tow. Jose and his team were extremely careful, respectful, and assisted me in every way with the towing process / drop off and waited with me until I left the dealership. These guys are my go to and my #1 recommendation for anyone needing a tow in Nova!

On the coldest and windiest day of the year, I needed a tow. Onyx responded quickly. Within a few minutes Patrick called to assure me he was in on his way. His response time was within 10-12 minutes. I contacted this company to help me with my car when I got stuck in a driveway due to the snow storm. I liked their customer service. Patrick was very kind and helpful he even gave me a 20$ discount. However, I had to wait about an hour and half before they arrive and I would have also preferred in the guys who helped me tow my car gave me a detailed instruction on how to manage the car before. I had to ask him if my car should be on P or D while he was already pulling the car.
