I bought a reservoir from these guys for a 2019 Kenworth paccar motor.. they sent me the wrong reservoir..
And believe me I'm having major issues.. overheating busted radiator hoses.. and is very hard to get in touch with these people.
Do not buy from these scammers. They fold every bumper for shipping and lie by advertising that they don’t. On top of that, they refuse to issue a refund, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. How is this scam operation still allowed to stay in business?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , purchased a bumper received the bumper didn’t even open the box sent the bumper back company sends me $30 and refuses to reply to Amazon or my emails basically getting the bumper back and not refunding me $325 AND THEN PROBABLY RESELLING THE BUMPER. they’re obviously doing it to multiple people based on the reviews I’ve read
Sent the wrong parts.asked if they had the right parts.they said they don't even sell the part I needed.they said the wrong picture was posted of the part I ordered.worst company ever.you should never do business with this company!!!!!

Doesn't seem to be an isolated event either, y'all have 7 days to respond before the issues you've presented to mulitiple customers as a Texas business get reported to the Texas Attorney General's office.
These are deceptive trade practices and are not legal in Texas.

Company sells parts they have no clue about, you call them to get info and they state they don’t know So Sorey factory in china! I would suggest not buying from them and if you do get ready to have problems with them and those parts. All I needed was a nut size to fit the spindle
Didn’t receive my entire order. I ordered three sets of mud flap hangers I received one but was charged for three. When I asked where the rest of them are they just sent me the same tracking number and told me my order was complete. So now I wait for eBay to have to step in and fix this because they think they can just blow off paying customers. This place is a joke and will try to rip you off. I suggest never using this place of business to even check your tire pressure. This place should be closed for this and past behaviors with customers and certainly shouldn’t be able to sell on eBay. What a headache.
I bought a new front bumper for a 2016 Chrysler 200. paid to have it painted and installed by a body shop. when they installed it it was a half an inch to wide because it is a cheap Chinese knock off. they wouldn't respond to my messages on ebay so i googled them and it led me here. after seeing thier reviews now i understand they are not worth doing business with. lesson learned.
I want there no one in the front office to help you and you try to find someone nothing there. I wait 15 minutes and include driving almost 1 hour the office there no one all of them inside done waste your time
