Just picked up my truck yesterday and it looks as if nothing ever happened. Great quality work and great people to work with. I communicated with Jonathan and it was a breeze, he gave updates and explained the process very well.

They were great with communication and provided excellent value. Their estimate came in $200 lower than the other body shop I visited, and the final price ended up being even less than the estimate. You can’t beat that.

I brought my truck here after a bad accident. They turned an otherwise stressful situation into an easy and straightforward process. Starting from the drop off, Jonathan was professional and helpful. Throughout the process, they worked diligently to find what needed to be fixed and worked through delays. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was thoroughly impressed by how good the end result looked. They even went as far as washing the outside and underneath the truck and vacuuming the inside. When I drove the truck home, it felt better than it did before the accident. It can be difficult to find people and businesses that care about quality, but it is obvious to me that these people care about the work that they do and the outcomes it produces. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Katy Auto Collision did a great job repairing our 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The bodywork was clean and professionally done, the paint match was seamless, and the vehicle was ready on time. Communication throughout the process was clear and helpful, and we didn’t need any follow-up visits. There was a small amount of sanding residue inside the rear door, but overall the car was returned in excellent condition. We’d definitely recommend them.

Did a great job in getting my car fixed after my vehicle was rear-ended. Kept me informed during the entire process and also worked with the car rental company to make sure I was picked up at their shop. Used other collision centers in the immediate area in the past and because of issues with them before, decided to give Katy Auto Collision a try. They exceeded my expectations and they are now my “go-to” if I ever need their services again.

My daughter had an accident with her car door. I knew we would have to get the door completely replaced and it would be expensive. Originally, Travis felt like the door wasn’t replaceable. Quoted us a new door and made the order. To our surprise, when he called us to tell us the car was ready he informed us they were able to repair the door and saved us around $1000. At first, I was a little worried the repair wasn’t going to be up to my standard but Travis and his team knew what they were doing. The work was phenomenal, saved us money and had it done very quickly. Great job and I highly recommend Katy Auto Collision!

I had an aftermarket hood and front bumper put on my 2019 Mustang. They matched the color and got the fitment as good as you can get it with aftermarket parts and it came out fantastic. Couldn't be happier. I will do business there again. My estimator Abey was great.

Because Hector, the manager on duty, was willing to listen to my concerns regarding the poor customer service I experienced from Jonathan did I decide to give this review a one Star rating. I had informed Hector that I had a talk with Jonathan providing me updates even if those updates did not have any new information. Jonathan promised to call at a certain part of the day, but he never did. Trust is warranted only when there is transparency and there was none with Jonathan. You see Jonathan's perception of customer service was to call me, the client, when he had the part and to discourage me from calling him all together. When he returned my calls, his tone was always rude, annoyed, irritable and very inappropriate. This was his way to discourage me from calling, which I had only done three or four times in the 12 days of my vehicle being there. On the day of me picking up my vehicle, Jonathan was arguing with me and did not want to stop. He appeared upset because I asked about some clean up where the work had been done on the body of the vehicle. He went into a rant that they don't do details on vehicles. I had not asked for a detail, just to clean up where the work had been done on the vehicle. This incident occurred in the office with other staff present. Moreover, Jonathan was only prompted to give updates to the status of my vehicle when I called. However, he made sure to leave a message this past Friday for me to call him back urgently when I was going to pick up the vehicle. It's amazing how people act when they want prompt quick responses to their calls. Nevertheless, I called him back in ten minutes with my response. My main concern involved the vehicle being at this location for almost two weeks. The better part of the work was done during the latter part of the second week on Thursday. What was really concerning was that Jonathan added my vehicle to the list of work the technicians who were already staying late on Thursday to complete. My continued concern was that this work was less than 24 hours, but my vehicle was on the premises for 12 days. Time management of my vehicle was poorly taken into consideration. Nevertheless, as I said if it had not been for management listening to my concerns, I would not have rated this review. Management was open about several complaints involving Jonathan. So how long has Jonathan been behaving in this inappropriate manner? Hector stated he would inform the owner and there would be changes. I hope so, but for now, this review stands as it is. I do try to give individuals the benefit of the doubt, but you be the judge. I would suggest if you have a choice to use this premise, weigh your options and if someone else can assist you go with the latter.

I was shopping around for a car shop and stopped by to ask if they could take my car in for an insurance claim. To my surprise, they told me I could drop it off that same day. What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process. I had the pleasure of working with Travis and I can’t speak highly enough of the service he provided. From the moment I dropped off my car, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Travis was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what would be done to my car. He made sure I was kept in the loop with regular updates, which gave me peace of mind throughout the repair process. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his genuine care for the customer experience. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. I highly recommend Travis and this shop to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I cannot believe they were able to repair and make it look like nothing had ever happened! The office is incredible, everyone is informative and helpful, and the bodywork and paint job are excellent. I hope to never need auto body work again, but if I do, I will take my car to them.

I am "newer" to the area and found Katy Auto Collision via Yelp. Their reviews looked good & it is also important for me to support family-owned small businesses, so I gave Katy Auto a chance. Best decision I made! I am extremely satisfied with the level of service, communication (between insurance company & estimators, so I didn't have to handle myself) and turnaround time to repair my car. Abby Reyes is professional, kept me updated & was very happy working with her. Katy Auto should be considered when looking for a body shop. Thanks to everyone at Katy Auto. I am sorry to say that they attempted to scam me. I have a wheelchair accessible vehicle for my wheelchair bound child unfortunately while it was parked in the parking garage at the hospital someone hit the front of it and someone attempted to steal something under the hood. We took it in to be repaired. At first we explained the situation that this car is required to transport out child anywhere, without she is stuck at home. They ordered parts ahead of time we signed the estimate moved forward. We scheduled the time for the work to be done. When the day came to pick up the vehicle we were told it was not ready however we could take the vehicle because we had appointments to take our child to. However we would need to bring it back to complete the work. My first mistake was paying for the work even thought it wasn't complete. The camera/crash warning system was disassembled when the front was repaired and it needed to be recalibrated so the warning system was alarming inside the car the entire time I was driving and the windshield was not replaced. When we brought the car back to have the work finished we were told we owed more money. They refused to give us the vehicle back. There was no new estimate. No new written agreement nothing with the new cost. They tried so scam us out of $580 for the recalibration. They refused to give us the vehicle for a day, resulting in my child missing a medical appointment. Again there was not written estimate. No oral estimate. No written agreement, no oral agreement of extra charges. They admitted they forgot to tell me. Although I don't understand why the recalibration would be an additional cost when it should have been apart of the original estimate when they were repairing the fog light. Their mistake. They put a disabled child in danger. I would never recommend this establishment. That is just crooked.

I could not ask for a better experience.. Hector saw to it that all was done so well.. Paint was a perfect match and was a beautiful repair.. My 2010 Prius looks great.. Job well done !!!

I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra, and I have been to Katy Auto Collision on two occasions. Overall, I am greatly pleased by the quality of service and turn around time with both my experiences. I appreciate Jonas's candidness and helpfulness throughout the whole process, which is why I would highly recommend Katy Auto to anyone who needs a repair or vehicle service. The first time I visited Katy Auto was for a left fender/door bender I had while towing a trailer. I was pulling up to a gas station to put gas at night, and while I was trying to pay attention to the rear of the trailer in my side view mirror, I completely did not see the concrete guard pillar that I hit because my truck was taller than it. Once I filed a claim to State Farm, all I had to do was drop off my truck and give Katy Auto my truck key and my claim number. I didn't have to do anything else. I told Jonas that I was going to be out of town for business and for work for a month, and ideally, it would be nice to have my repairs done right when I returned to town, but that he did not have to worry about having the repairs done much sooner. Sure enough, a month later, a few days before I arrived back in town, I got a call from him saying that my truck was repaired, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. (Before and after pictures below). The second time I visited Katy Auto collision was for a catalytic converter theft. Because the theft happened on a Saturday, I drove my vehicle home. On Sunday, I filed a claim with State Farm, and on Monday, I called Katy Auto to see if they could tow my truck to their shop. I also asked Jonas if he could procure me a catalytic converter cover and install it onto my truck to deter future thefts. This time, all I had to do was give my key to the tow truck driver, let him tow my truck, and then give Katy Auto my claim number again. Again, I didn't have to do anything else. I got a call about three weeks later that my truck was again repaired, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. To give more context, this was actually the second time my catalytic converter had been stolen. The first time was right when the pandemic started in March 2020. Back then, these catalytic converter thefts were not as common or organized as today, so procuring the Toyota OEM parts was fairly easy. It only took about two weeks for my truck to be repaired. Today, finding all of the Toyota OEM parts or even a catalytic converter cover is hard to come by with lead times being anywhere from one to three months depending on the business. My understanding is that there are lots of business politics with different dealers and companies hoarding and inflating the prices of these parts because of their high demand and limited supply. The fact that Jonas and his team got this whole repair done, plus dealing with State Farm estimators and procuring the parts, in three weeks is truly impressive. Because of my good experiences with Katy Auto, I'm going to see if I can come back and have them install a full guard steel front bumper with some fancy off-roading lights, a steel rear bumper a rooftop rack, some ditch lights, skid plates, rock sliders, and an upgraded suspension package. Just have to start saving!

I must say that the ratings hold true here. Hector has been my person of contact. He is very professional and yet somehow remains very committed to his customer's satisfaction. He has kept me in the loop on every important decision made. Apparently, he works very closely with his boss, whom I need to add, has allowed Hector and his team to move freely enough not to stiffle their artistic abilities. I am so satisfied at this point that it makes me want to paint another car. My car is now finished. 5/4/2023. Hector and his team did so much more than just paint my car. I paid extra, and they delivered extra. We had a small punch list at the end, but Hector made sure that it was taken care of. I have been told that if I find anything else that I should bring it back to them. I do highly recommend Katy Auto Collision.
