No one ever looks forward to a towing need, however, Kenneth at Rescue Towing Group made the experience an extremely positive one. Rescue was extremely responsive. They arrived almost exactly at the estimated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Kenneth took care to make sure the car was pulled onto the deck smoothly given it sits a bit lower than most. The cost for the services was reasonable especially given the care and quality that was demonstrated. I would most highly recommend Kenneth at Rescue Towing Group!

Kenneth from Rescue Towing was the best experience one could have in time of despair. My daughter vehicle was stuck on side of the road around construction area. This was a very difficult tow that required experience and ingenuity to figure out how to get it off the construction site. Kenneth was courteous, kind, and patient the entire time. Juan was so incredibly helpful and great to talk to, even in the midst of experiencing stressful car concerns. Also, because of Juan’s help, I was able to get my car inspected/fixed in time to make it to the Pentatonix concert and not miss a thing!

This guys got us out of a vine pretty quick was there in 15minutes. We have a xd 3500 mercedes dual wheel drive loaded and Rescue Towing picked up the van with no problem.

This place is amazing, I called them at 9:30 at night and they very quickly got to me and got me off the road and towed me where I needed to go! Very quick and very professional and the driver made us feel comfortable for the two hour ride we had with him to our destination! Will definitely use again if needed!! Thank you guys so much!!!

After my daughter’s Christmas performance at her school, my car did not start. A couple of strangers tried to assist but it didn’t work. So I googled towing service then Rescue Towing popped up. I was lucky that Kenneth answered my call and came to tow my car in very short time in late night. Kenneth is very courteous during entire process. On the way to drop off my car at the shop, we had a serious talk since my mother-in-law passed away a few days ago. He comforted me with words when I’m in a difficult time. He is like an angel that I needed it. I definitely call him again if I need tow again and I recommend anyone to contact him if it needs to tow!!!

Honestly one of the best towing companies I found especially being out in Houston/Katy they really worked with my budget and was quick to handle my towing needs seriously I’m not even kidding they are definitely going to be my permanent towing company. they take cash, zelle, or card which was very convenient. the driver was responsive and came QUICK to get my car. My car got messed up in an accident and getting it fixed is already going to be a lot so the fact that Rescue Towing was able to work with me and my budget took alot of stress off of me. The driver was reliable and responsive. I had to get my car into the shop at a certain time before they closed and the driver made it. This is not a paid review i recommend them to anyone they are great if you need towing for the low hit them up they will work with you :)

I am very impressed with how professional and efficient rescue towing services are with towing vehicles. Kenneth did a fantastic job loading my corvette on and off the truck and Transporting, he treated my car with absolute care which I much appreciated. Absolutely phenomenal service!! My Corvette broke down in the middle of a parking lot and was causing a major traffic jam, Kenneth arrived within 25 minutes and made me feel extremely comfortable with the way he handled my car. Will definitely be saving there contact info and recommending to friends or family if they have an emergency in the future.

Excellent and fast service! Very friendly and helped me feel at ease about my whole flat tire situation, even helping negotiate a good price. I was really far out of Houston and they still arrived quickly and took my car all the way to my house (1+ hour) and helped me out. They’re bilingual too! They speak both English and Spanish. I’ll definitely keep their contact and consider them for future instances, they were very trustworthy. 10/10.

My Mazdaspeed3 stalled on southbound 99. I was able to get to the side of the road and went into Google maps to request tow service. I found that Juan @rescue towing was the closest to me. I called and immediately I was greeted by a kind and nice gentleman with great communication and excellent customer service. My car is modified so it's low to the ground and he made the best effort to avoid damage to my car and get me and my car to work safely in a very timely manner. I don't have roadside assistance but I can find me some help on my own. I was just glad to found this particular company! Thanks!

had a great experience with this tow truck service! Mr.juan and his wife came out to help me, and they were both super friendly and professional. They went above and beyond—making sure my hood was securely down and that my car was taken care of from start to finish. You could tell they really cared and knew what they were doing.
