Took an F250 in for front brake work Friday mid day. Problems diagnosed early enough to obtain approvals from me and order parts. Work was complete before 11AM Monday morning. Speedy service without any attempts at upscale. George was very helpful and communicative and the work performed backstage remedied the problems. Rotors, pads, and calipers replaced.

It was my first experience with them, and it was wonderful. They are very honest about diagnosing issues with your vehicle and provide recommendations tailored to your needs. I highly recommend their services! I'll definitely return if I have any car problems in the future.

Took my Toyota Highlander there when it broke down after I had just bought it. I got the runaround from my warranty company (of course) but George was so incredibly helpful and involved with the process. He did everything he possibly could to work with me to save me money and answered all my questions. The mechanics were so friendly every time my mom and I went up there. No one at this shop is afraid of hard work. I will never take any of my vehicles to another shop again, this is the place!

Today was my first time going to this place with my Chevy Malibu and I really had a great experience. Setting up my appointment was easy and convenient. When I arrived they were very friendly, polite and professional. Their waiting room is nice and they even had snacks and things to drink. Service was quick and efficient, and they sent a detailed service report at the end that I could review on my phone. Overall, I would definitely come back. I usually go to the location off 99. This location always offers the 59 dollar full synthetic oil change even though mine is 79 because it takes more quarts it’s still a great deal. The workers are super fast I waited maybe 15-20 minutes and got free water an coffee. Highly recommend!!

Did you know that if you took your vehicle for a specific reason that Christian Brothers would still do a courtesy inspection without your consent to include photos of other issues you did not address with them so that you could make an informed decision to fix those things? Well, that is what I was told over a phone conversation today when I was attempting to get a turn around time on an issue concerning my vehicle. I was aghast that this sort of thing is occuring in these days. Everyone wants to set up their next automotive appointment by informing you of issues you did not ask to be told about. Now if I asked for the courtesy inspection that's one thing but to do it without my consent is another. While I am sure you are told about, I did not get the impression that you could refuse it and here lies the problem. No one seems to care if financially you can afford to get everything fixed. What happened to the 1980s-2010s where you could take your vehicle into a shop for a certain issue and the vehicle was diagnosed and fixed all in the same day! Wow, I sure miss those days!

I normally do my own maintenance but I was getting ready to take a long roadtrip so I wanted to make sure my truck was tiptop. Brough her in to get an alignment, tire rotation and oil change. Staff was great, super friendly. Prices are fair and the work is great. Just an example of the care and service they provide: the wait for the shuttle was running a but long so the owner, Mr Steve took me to my office in his truck. I was fine to wait, but he insisted. Its easy to see why they are busy, they take great care of customers. Ill be bringing all my cars here from now on.

The team at Christina Brothers in Katy, Texas, on FM 1463, is AWESOME!! They always take great care of me, no matter how big or small my issue is. I highly recommend this location. They are always cheerful and friendly. They always keep me informed about the status of my vehicle when they have it in the shop.

This was my first visit last month, simply an oil change service. When checking in nothing was explained to me about how they would communicate if they found any issues. I worked in automotive my entire life so I understand how it works. There was no explaining that I would get a text with a link to review the inspection. Everything recommended was based on age and mileage not condition except 2 oil leaks that were minor. No one spoke to me at all on anything I had to ask questions. A battery was recommended, I asked had it been tested, they said, "depends on where it's located". So you didn't test my battery and recommended one. It's actually a year old. There was no trying to build a relationship with the customer. I was told the amount and asked to pay, told it was out front key in the cup holder. Those were the only things spoken to me.

Overall they did the job but their invoicing is screwed up (and shady). They advertised an oil change for $49.99 for up to 5 quarts. That’s exactly how it was stated when I called as well. My vehicle takes only 5 quarts…yet when I get the invoice it’s for $71, and the way it’s broken out doesn’t make sense. I consider myself reasonable intelligent (at least not an idiot), but I think you’d have to be a rocket scientist to figure out their billing. See invoice attached. It makes no sense. They tried to give me some excuse about my filter being $11 more than the standard, although the only “extra cost” they mentioned when I called would be each quart of oil above 5 quarts, if your vehicle required it. Furthermore, they appear to charge tax twice and wouldn’t explain any of the “fees”. (See items circled in red on invoice). Sure it’s only $20 more than what I expected to pay and in all fairness is reasonable when considering the cost at other oil change places, but it’s just shady to me. Am I wrong?

We have been bringing our vehicles here for several years. This time I had a transmission flush and coolant flush. They did a great job as always. Technicians are top notch and George and the other service guys are great! We highly recommend Christian Brothers at this location.

Well i had a good experience at the 1463 location. This place is diverse. I like to see a business with different folks working together these guys did everything that i asked them to do. My truck feels and handle's so much better after getting the upper and lower control arm ball joints replaced an alignment had to be done as well and my truck is running nice and straight. All in all they have made me happy thanks to all the guys there from the front desk to the techs thank you for a job well done.
