Driver came out checked out the tire found the leak and plugged the tire for me. Instead of having to take it to a shop later in the day and have to wait till the next day to get tire fixed.
BIG SCAM! Paid to have my vehicle towed paid for services and no driver showed up. Do not trust these people I tried calling to request my money returned, no one answered or responded to my texts. It’s really pathetic and disturbing how this business operates. Use at your own risk.
Towed my corolla with a flat tire for 2.5 miles for $85. Everything went well. No scratches or anything on my vehicle. My experience was great! This is a real review. Tow arrived within 20 minutes after calling.
The extra fee was paying with a credit card which was charged $10 more and that was it. I suggest discussing prices in the phone before calling them to come out and tow.
Guy quoted me a price on the phone and right before he hooked my truck up, but once he got my truck home he told me it was a 12% charge if I use my debit or credit card. Would have been nice to know that there are two different rates. Crooks.
For starters the driver had a very violent aditude with me he also charged me double what i was quoted on the phone i was told 80$ and got charged 270 for 1.5 miles they chipped my paint and dented my car. the driver put it in nuetral and i had to save it from wrecking the cars in trafic i did some more investigating and this company has only 2 drivers and they are both very bad he refused to give me my keys if i didnt pay the 270 he wouldnt go downa penny
Very bad experience driver damaged my car and changed the price higher then the one I was quoted on the phone over priced aswell becarfull they dented my fender and chipped my bumper
They scratched my paint and changed up the price on me I was quoted 75 and they charged me 100 for a mile distance and refused to release my car they scratched and dented my car be carful with these guys they show no mercy very bad experience a lot of the reviews are fake mine is authentic
Horrible customer service and prices. I was charged more than double what other companies charged. They towed my car 2.5 miles. They told me one price upon getting hooked up, and changed the price on the road. They told me I could pay using debit card, then changed it to cash only once we arrived. I didn't have cash, I only had my card. He then threated to tow my car and lock it up because I didn't have cash. Every other company had quoted me 80-100 for the tow. Had I known they were going to charge 175-200 before hooking my car up I would'nt have paid. The driver was very verbally abusive when he realized I didn't have cash only my card. I ended up having to go to store to get cash by that time the shop was closed and repairs to my car couldn't begin. He wasted a couple of hours of my time, and wouldn't allow my car to get work started on it. I would not recommend ever calling for there service. I will be taking this up with the better business beauru as well.
Do NOT USE! Terrible customer service, incredibly rude and overpriced. They do not tell you they only accept cash until it is time to pay and then they threaten to impound your car if you dont pay IN CASH.
They said $75 for .9 mile towing. I said ok because the guy that charges $40 is closed. The guy who answered the phone said he had a guy in the area and will be there soon. The driver actually took 25+mins to get there and when it was time to pay he said no card, only cash. We gave him $80 and said he had no change. (Which we could tell he was lying AND if he only takes cash, why wouldnt he have $5?) My husband came inside the house to look for change and the driver started honking and then left. When I called the place to tell them he took the $5 and how rude the driver was, the guy said we could go pick up the $5 to an address that was north of Houston. So the address on google is incorrect, it is far from the area and misleading. Terrible service. Driver was rude (even before it was time to pay).
*** DO NOT USE*** Horrible service. Told me it would take 30 minutes, and it took a hour and a half. I kept asking the price for my car to be towed 6 miles. The driver would not tell me until he got the car on the tow truck. He then said it would be $225.00. They charge $175 just for the tow and then $50.00 to use the winch.. (there was no other way to get the car on the truck) When my husband gets on the phone he gets upset and blocks my number. They end up agreeing to $195. When we get to the shop 6 miles away, they inform us that since he gave us a deal, it had to be paid in cash. Then they proceeded to tell me to ride with the tow truck driver to an ATM. I refused, my husband took me to the gas station ATM. Needless to say, 3 hours later, I finally have my car at the shop. I only ended up paying $160. Again, do not use this company!!!
We were out in the rain one morning when we called for a tow. The driver got there within 30 minutes and gave us great service. I recommend calling them for their low rates.
They were very kind and fast! Helped me with my vehicle with a smile on his face! I definitely will use them from here on out and recommend R&G to anyone!
This guys are terrible, I asked the driver not to drag my car off the truck and the guy went off and when I called his dispatcher he caused me out and then called the driver to take payment before dropping off the car. At first I insisted he dropoff the car before I paid him and he threatened with the police and said he was going to take my car to the storage. Then the dispatcher called me back yelling and also threatening with talking my car to the storage and said they are not liable for any damages caused by the driver. The guys at the shop also stepped in and asked the driver to do his job but he would not listen. This is by far the worst experience ever with a towing company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This guy is an absolute scam artist. Uses threat of Police to force you to pay, and not just for the service but over charges you. On top of that he’s impatient and I’m fairly confident he was under the influence. Worst Towing experience of my life.
First of all they wouldn’t tell me how much they charge and when he got to my location his price was triple what another tow truck driver who came and told me. They then tried to take my car and impound it because I told them to leave and they would not leave. They also give discounts for reviews so all the 5 star reviews are fabricated. It got to the point where the owner called me and cussed me out for 5 minutes strait because I refused their service. I would rather push my car home 20 miles than get it towed with these people. I just am warning you.
Wow! I am beyond impressed with this towing company! Within an hour after calling, the tow truck was at our location gently loading up our car. “G” took really good care of us! We will be recommending this company to all our contacts. 👏🏽👏🏽
Got stuck on the high way and first time trying them. Wasn’t expecting how fast they got to me, and their prices was reasonable. Would call them again.
