Experienced issues with my transmission. I was stuck on the side of the road. I called for assistance and they came right away. We had a flat on the highway .. set up roadside assistance thru insurance.. long story short we waiting almost 2 hours for the company insurance assigned.. when we called that Co they told us to wait longer and they may damage our car... so we called this guy.. he picked us up withing 10 minutes and was less expensive than the insurance quote.. best of all he DID NOT damage our car.. would definitely use him again if we ever needed!

I got stuck in bucees left my keys inside my truck and Michael came to the rescue he was extremely nice and did not wait for very long. He was super helpful with no hassle at all. If you ever have any issues make sure to ask for Michael he made sure I was good to go and safe back in my vehicle.

I called to have my vehicle towed and I was told it would be more than a couple hours before anyone could respond. I understood they were busy and I was willing to wait. I simply asked for a quote so that I was not surprised when the tow truck arrived. Katy Area Towing told me that they would not provide me a quote until the truck arrived and then proceeded to go into a rant about how nobody wants to pay for towing. I politely asked again if I could get a rough estimate and was told no. I called a different provider in the area and they immediately provided me a quote and promised to arrive in 30 minutes. Use a different provider who is willing to provide positive customer service.
***UPDATE*** Based on the owners reply of "Rant Rant Rant Rant", his respect for clients and attention to customer service is overtly clear. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
