My insurance company called AM Towing Service for me, and he was very helpful, friendly, and honest. He inspected my flat tire to see if it could be repaired instead of going straight to towing. It did have to get towed in the end, and he helped me drop it off at a service center so it could be fixed in the morning. Down to earth guy that wants to help people, plus calling him supports a small business.

Agustin was EXTREMELY kind and helpful tonight when I needed a tow in the middle of the night. He kept me informed along the way. He was there within an hour, which was the exact timeframe he gave me when I spoke to him on the phone. He was friendly and answered all my questions when he arrived. He even very kindly answered all my curiosity questions about my car, about his industry, and so on. Especially after waiting for 5 hours with AAA only for them to be very unresponsive and never even assign a towing service to my request, Agustin was a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommended!

Augustine did a fantastic job! He was dispatched by insurance company when the first company didn't have the tools for a my flat tire change and told me my car needs to be towed. Augustine is super friendly and knowledgeable, came quickly with a full service truck and changed my tire easily and quickly! Will definitely recommend him!

Good prices and friendly service but I had to knock the review for their punctuality and timeliness. We’ve used them three times now and every single time they end up coming way later than they said they would. I even asked for a towing service the night before this time in the hopes they would plan accordingly to be on time but even that didn’t improve their punctuality. But they do speak English and Spanish so that’s a plus.

Agustin was extremely courteous and offered his services when it was extremely late. He helped us out and made the process of recovering our vehicle painless.

Fantastic service they managed to tow my truck with one of the front wheels broken off and sorta still connected tucked under the truck and gently placed it in my driveway no new damage at all i so thankful for AM Towing, thanks again!!

Friendly driver. Priced extremely well. I called requesting my car be towed. He explained that he was on a call but would be there in 35-45 minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes. Would definitely call him again if needed!

Agustin was very nice and was understanding of my situation. I got to him later than we discussed and he still came. The timing was anissue because he had to take my car from Downingtown to Philly. The traffic would have caused him to possibly lose business. He waited with me to see if the traffic would simmer down. When he saw that it did, he took my car. As a mechanic he also let me know that the place where he towed it from (Transplant Transmissions in Downingtown) did me wrong by dismantling my vehicle's engine. Very helpful and nice guy. Great fair and reasonable pricing. If I ever God forbid, need a tow again, I will be calling Agustin!

Augustine is an amazing guy with a great service. With one call, AM Towing arrived in 10 mins (after waiting over 2 hrs and multiple calls to AAA) and on a Saturday morning, no less. He was able to find me and my broken down car, assess the situation, tow me to a recommended mechanic and help me get my car serviced. AM Towing should have been my first call!

Augustine was great! He cut the wait time for my tow down from 2.5 hrs to 25mins on a rainy night. He was very professional and got me home safely. Highly recommend this company!
