Mr. Joe is an amazing guy. He came to toe our car but realized it was the battery.
Attempted to test it onsite and took the battery off for us. He could have charged us to tow the car but instead he assisted in finding a resolution that was cheaper.
They showed up when they said and were very polite and easy to work with. They communicated with updates via text and were able to tow my car quickly. Definitely recommend if you need a quick affordable tow

Amazing Amazing job!!!! My driver came quick and faster then estimated time which was a major blessing 2 days before Christmas. He was friendly and Trixie the dog was a great bonus to ride with. I had an absolutely amazing experience with my tow truck driver today. He was super fast, professional, and incredibly efficient getting my car safely to Discount Tire. Everything was handled smoothly, and he really knew what he was doing.
What made the experience even better was that he kindly let me ride with him to the tire shop, which saved me the cost and hassle of getting an Uber — that meant a lot to me and showed true customer care.
On top of all that, he had the cutest service dog, which honestly made a stressful situation feel calm and even enjoyable. Between his professionalism, kindness, and great energy, he turned a rough moment into a really positive experience.
