I called needing a truck towed. They were polite, and pricing was on point compared to what other companies were offering for a 6-mile tow. I would definitely recommend them. Devin was amazing he let me know what was going on and called to verify he had the right vehicle.

William did a phenomenal job making sure my car was towed with care! He asked all the right questions, to ensure he had the right tow truck for the job! William also did a phenomenal job of keeping me in the loop throughout the entire tow, and top things off, he sent a picture to make sure I was aware that it was dropped off at the correct location! Definitely will be using him again if anything goes wrong.

Quentin and Devan were absolutely outstanding. My car was completely stuck in the garage, parking brake engaged and it wouldn’t start, which made it a very tricky situation. They showed up calm, confident, and extremely skilled. They carefully used go-jacks to move the vehicle without causing any damage to my garage floor or the car. You could immediately tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was handled with precision and professionalism. On top of that, their attitude was fantastic; friendly, respectful, and reassuring during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Quentin and Devan to anyone who needs reliable, knowledgeable professionals. Truly top-notch service!

Devan our driver took extra time ensuring not to damage our car which is extremely low. He even stopped by Lowe’s on the way to my house to ensure car wasn’t damaged. Dispatch was also very helpful. Great experience both times we have used this service.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Devin. He was here when he said he would be, maybe even a few minutes early. Such an expert at all he did. I was not situated in a tow friendly position. He had a lot of maneuvering to do with the car, but got the car loaded on his first attempt. Great service and great guy!

Car wouldn't start at home and had to be towed from Katy to our mechanic almost 50 miles away via AAA. Many tow drivers don't like to do the long hauls for AAA and can be unpleasant but William with Katy Towing was pleasant and helpful from the time he was assigned. Made sure to call before, arrived earlier than I was told, very helpful and patient with me and very careful loading the car and also let us know once it was delivered to the mechanic. Definitely would use him again if needed and would recommend for others to use.

My car stalled in the middle of the road and I needed a tow quickly. I searched online and found this company; the reviews were outstanding so I called. Quentin was dispatched to my location and he arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional, yet sincere and personable. Of course, my car needed some repairs and the work was completed in a decent time and at a reasonable price. To add the cherry on top, Quentin even washed and vacuumed my car. I walked away a very happy customer.

Second time using katy towing. They’re always fast and have quality service. Tow trucks usually come within 10-15 min. This time I needed a pick up from dealership to tire shop. They picked up and dropped off without me being there. My driver Devin, was great. Kept me updated the whole time. Really appreciate the service.

This is my 2nd time using Katy Towing and both times they were wonderful! My first Tech was the owners son and Today my tech was Quentin. From dispatcher to tech communication was great! It was easy to get a quote which beat out all the others, quickly got scheduled and the tech arrived in no time communicating every step. Once Quentin got to me today he got my vehicle loaded securely and got me to my destination safely. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had such great encounters with Katy Towing! To start off, I needed my car towed one evening and after calling multiple towing companies Katy Towing was the first to get back to me and arrived in such efficient time. There driver Amer was not only very helpful but also eased my stress when he explained he’d tow my car and get it fixed for a great price! Quentin in the shop has also been super helpful. Both have great communication & keep you updated while you are getting maintenance done. 10/10 recommended!

My tire had a defect and needed to be towed, in order to be replaced. I contacted Katy Towing within 5 minutes Will was dispatched to my house. He was so nice and friendly! This says alot about the company because most drivers and companies are truly just about a sale. I will definitely use them again when necessary. Truly professional, quick response & very courteous!

I had an excellent experience with this tow company! My driver, Omar, was absolutely wonderful — professional, quick, and super friendly. He handled everything with care and made a stressful situation much easier. David, the dispatcher, was also really nice and kept me updated the whole time. The next day, Quentin helped me, and he really impressed me. He didn’t rush anything — he took his time, checked everything twice, and made sure my Jeep was loaded the right way. He was kind, respectful, and treated my Jeep like it was his own. That level of care is rare and genuinely appreciated. It’s not often you get great communication and great service across the board, but this team delivered. Highly recommend!

We buried our big forklift. Owner himself came out. These guys were able to handle it and get us back to the pavement. Great service at a very fair price. Would def use again if needed.

MR.David did my car in less than 10 mins they are amazing and honest people, incredible customer service and the price was amazing I could literally not argue; he was so sweet and brother like i appreciate how fast he got to my location as well!
