I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. My tire popped and I was stranded. They came to me within 5 minutes and replaced my tire with my spare. Great company and great customer service, I highly recommend!

Had a rough start to my Friday morning got stuck a few miles away from home w my tire light coming on showing multiples tires extremely low.... I immediately called for a tow to Firestone turns out someone put gashes in all three sidewalls (beauty of apartment.livong lol). Matthew was very quick to arrive and loaded my car within minutes explaining the process and helped make a bad situation less stressful. Would definitely recommend great service at a fair price.

So thankful for Westway Towing! I woke to find my car on blocks in a parking garage on the 2nd floor. The dealership recommended Westway Towing and I will be forever grateful. They answered on the first ring, coordinated with a driver who communicated with me every step of the way. Brandon is my hero - professional, courteous and such a help on my worst day. He even took photos of the damage to my car when I was not able to get good images myself. I highly recommend Brandon and Westway Towing.

I needed a tow and the Westway Towing answered my first call professionally and did not belittle my questions about making sure my car would be taken care of. Matthew arrived within half an hour of my call and made the experience as stress-free as possible from load to delivery. I would use and recommend this team again.

My vehicle was completely dead; no battery clicking, nothing. I was on the fifth floor of a parking garage and was told that any tow truck used to get my car out could not be a flatbed and had to be less than 8 feet. Well that eliminates just about everyone. Very few have a sneaker truck. After several hours of trying, tired and frustrated, I called Westway Towing. I don’t know if the lady who answered could hear the exhaustion in my voice or was my angel but she quickly connected me to Walter who shared something with me none of the others had…I probably didn’t even need a tow but a jump. He dispatched Charles to my location who arrived within 5 mins because he was already close. Charles was kind and in seconds had my car started so I could drive it to the mechanic. I literally hugged him! Not only were Walter and Charles able to assist me, they saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. I cannot thank the Westway Tow team enough. I will definitely keep their contact info saved for any future use and to share with others.

Owner of the company called us personally to give us a peace of mind, inform us where the vehicle is, what needs to happen next and to advise as far the options we have for repair shops in our area. This was the best experience of a towing service. Being stuck out of town in miserable heat, Brandon came out to rescue me in no time. His demeanor, helpfulness and attitude were phenomenally great. I cannot thank him enough. A wonderful human being taking his job so seriously adding. human element.

I needed a tow truck on a Saturday afternoon so I called Westway Towing and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a time frame of when they would be there and they were true to their word. The driver Brandon was friendly and a true professional. If I ever need a tow truck I will definitely use West Way Towing again.

I ran over an 18-wheeler tire on the Freeway, and the front end of my car was damaged. I called Westway Towing, and Josh came to my rescue quickly. In just a few minutes he had my car on the wrecker and delivered me home safely. I highly recommend this company.

I want to start off by say I’ve had some good tow truck service, but nothing like this I’m so blessed my son didn’t have to wait on the side of the road with 2 blowouts they were there in 15 mins and it took 5 mins to put on his wrecker . The driver was so professional and kind , I wish I could give them 20 stars . Thank you’ll so much!!!

This was the most professional towing service I’ve had in my life! Someone ran my son off the road and he blew out two tires to avoid the accident. Dylan was there in 15 minutes from the time I called. He was very professional and ask was my son ok. It only took 5 minutes for him to tow the car. I was very impressed. I’ve waited for other tow companies for up to two hours. If you need the job done contact Westway! They do service with a smile!

Robert picked my son's car up , and was on time and polite. Dealership told us 3 weeks to look at the car after Robert from Westway was enroute to that location. After a phone call he suggested another shop that worked out for us and our time line. Thank you

Had to get my car towed and John from Westway was very responsive, friendly, and professional from our very first interaction on the phone. He arrived fast, got my vehicle on the flatbed quick, and dropped my car and I off at the dealer promptly. Super personable and made a stressful morning better. I would highly recommend their towing service to family and friends when needed!

Very satisfied with the service. They made my experience quite pleasant considering our favorite car was deemed a total loss after a bad accident. Amber, office manager, was polite and very helpful in setting up the transfer of our vehicle and even called back after it was delivered to make sure it was done right. Brandon, the driver, was very professional and did an excellent job when loading, driving and unloading our car. The tow truck was almost new and you can tell they take good care of their equipment.

My Vehicle needed to be Towed Somewhere. I picked up the Phone and called WestWay Towing. Someone answered within 3 Rings. I told them where I was and where I need to be Towed. They confirmed my Phone Number and told me they’ll have a driver at my location within 30 minutes. Phone Call was over in less than 5 minutes. 25 minutes later, I get a Phone Call from the Driver telling me he has arrived. Once my Vehicle arrived where it needed to go, the Driver sent me pictures of exactly where they left the Vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with the drop off location. Walter @ Westway was very helpful in getting my wife's Explorer towed to Mac Haik Ford. He was responsive, prompt and polite. The tow truck driver took care be sure all our personal belongings were taken out of the car and helped calm my children telling them the car was going to the doctor and they would get their car back when it was well.

My vehicle was impounded due to an arrest, so the situation was not the greatest. The gentlemen at Westway though made the process simple, almost like 1,2,3 instructions. Even though I was a nuisance with my constant calling, they stayed calm, patient and respectful. Now I just need them to be my go to towing company when I'm in a bind 😬😂

I googled tow truck services in Katy and Westway was one of the top 3 to show up. I read some reviews and decided to call them to help us tow our truck to Christian Brothers - Firethorne. Amber was helpful on the phone and within a 5 minute phone call had us on the schedule, she said our tow truck driver would call us shortly with an ETA. Within 10 minutes of my call with her, Walter McDowell called and said he was 15 mins away and would be there soon. When he arrived, he was super friendly, efficient, and very helpful. He helped make a stressful situation seem more light and we appreciated his help! We highly recommend Walter and Westway Towing. We’ll definitely call on them again, if needed.

Towing your car is never fun, but the professionals at Westway made it very easy and they were beyond kind. The dispatcher, Amber, was very helpful and gave me the rate upfront. She also sent the info to the driver before we had finished our call, which helped with the wait. The driver, Charlie,called me within a few minutes and was headed my way. I believe I waited roughly 20 minutes total,which is amazing. He made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know and he stopped to ask if I needed anything from the car before he left. I was alittle bit stressed and he was very kind and helpful. He also asked if I needed a ride or had a way home and told me he was sorry I was starting my day with a tow. It was so nice to have professional service all the way around, and they were super fast and kind, which is icing on the cake.

Best towing experience, hands down. I called in about my battery which has died twice in the last 24-hrs. Brandon arrived in less than 20 minutes of my service request and immediately knew what was going on, took the time to explain why and how it happens, and the likely reasons our portable jumper didn’t work. He was polite, courteous, efficient and had my truck at the mechanics in no time. Should I ever need another tow, I’m calling Westway.

We were coming back from a weekend trip to Austin and our Alternator crapped out. I drove as far as I could on the battery charge and we finally broke down 15 minutes from home just west of Rooms-To-Go. I called Westway Towing because it was the first hit with google search. The tow truck was there in 10 minutes or less. The driver's name was David. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. The price was affordable and less than half of what I was expecting to pay. He dropped our car off right in our driveway where I could replace the alternator. If you need a tow in the west Houston area, call Westway Towing, they will not do you wrong.

The two company was introduced through a dealership. I used their service, the driver scratched the car while loading the car and I was standing there at the time and saw what happened. I notified him immediately, took a picture and notified the dealership as well. After calling the tow company office and reporting the damage, the manager talked to the driver and the driver denied the whole thing and claimed he does nt remember the incident (that is what the manager said anyways! I did not talk to the driver directly). The manager simply took the driver's side and suggested that I go to a layer and talk to dealership (not sure why!)!!! Suggesting it is my word against the driver's word! This is not how you run a business and people trust you with their cars, what if the car gets damaged while transporting? would they claim it was damaged already? Or simply saying I do not remember the conversation? If you plan to trust them with your car think twice!

In March of 2019: we lost the only key fob to our suv that we had, and it was parked in the garage. We called Westway as a suggestion of our Lexus dealer. The lady over the phone could not have been more friendly and helpful. Two men with a very modern and clean tow truck were at our house within 20 minutes. They figured a way to get the vehicle in neutral to get it out of the garage, onto their truck, and away in about 15 minutes. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the price was very competitive. We will find them again if needed.
