Was told all repairs and recalls were taken care of. Had the truck for less than a week and every dash light there is came on. They refuse to do anything about it and say the truck was perfectly fine before it left the dealership. I wasn’t born yesterday, with all due respect, don’t try to insult my intelligence like that. Don’t buy anything from these people.
I purchased an isuzu box truck from out of state and Kayla was the perfect person to deal with. She was able to provide me with any information I needed as swiftly as possible. I would definitely buy my next equipment from here, especially if she is the one handling the transaction. Thank you Kayla at Impex!
Posted blurry pictures on line and when asked for pictures and videos they responded with two crappy short videos, also said machine was in great shape and no leaks. Fast forward to driving 4 hours to come look at it and it’s a complete rust bucket and full of leaks, wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for quality equipment or vehicles.
Need to update your times on your web page and whoever the telephone number rings to, try clearing your messages, voice-mail is full. Drove over an hour to look at some equipment because website states they were open and they were not. Tried calling but no way to speak to anyone. Lesson learned. If that's the way they operate, believe I'll stay away.

Almost every complaint is dmv & title related.
Very shady dealings.
They Agree to cover shipping / delivery in the price, then they don't - but then re-list the same vehicle you are purchasing for sale is very misleading.
We backed out of the deal because they called with a problem they needed to fix, dragging this process out very long - it just started to raise red flags.
I do not recommend.
Overall a good experience. Sherry was very helpful throughout our experience and Tom went above and beyond to help us get the right trailer. We will definitely look at Impex before purchasing equipment elsewhere.
I bought a 12 ton trailer a couple of months ago and still can not get the title> I was told yesterday that it was lost and they would have to get a replacement from DMV but that is not the real problem I was told the trailer brakes worked and the lights worked. When I got there neither worked. After I got home with it I pulled the brakes off and they were rusted to the point they were falling apart and had not worked in years. Some of the lights didn't even have wire running to them and the other wires were dry rotted. Two of the tires were dry rotted and had to be replaced. The rust on the trailer and rims had been painted over with no effort to remove any rust. Buyer beware
