Fair price and great service. Had a rough time getting my battery out and they went above and beyond on helping. Sincere friendly staff. My last interstate battery lasted 9 1/2 years.

the battery out and in before I even sat down! Aaron helped me but there was also another really nice gentlemen who helped me. They were both super friendly! I was highly impressed! I purchased the wall mounted battery holder and it is the best thing. Don't have to look for batteries anymore.
The last visit they didn't have the battery I needed, which is rare because every other time, no matter how obscure, they've had the battery I needed. They went out of their way to help locate the battery and were able to get it in two days.
Bottom line, if you need any kind of battery, this is the place to go to get what you need and a quality product.
Excellent Customer Service. I visited the Greensboro store for a cell phone battery replacement and will be coming back for other batteries. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff was very attentive to the customers. My battery was replaced and ready exactly when they said it would be.
I bought a trolling motor at Sportsman’s Warehouse and mentioned to the sales associate I was going across the street to buy a marine battery at Advance Auto. Associate told me not to buy a battery there, but to go to Interstate. He said the battery would cost a little more, but would last five times as long. I was impressed with the customer service at
Interstate. The young man who waited on me was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in seeing that I got the battery I needed.
A few months ago I bought a fairly inexpensive alarm clock. It had a battery I'd never heard of and couldn't find after searching several places. So I decided to visit this store with my clock for help. They'd never heard of this battery before either but took the time to look at the clock and installed a C battery and it worked! They also set the correct time as well and didn't even charge me for the battery!

I had my batteries serviced here for years and have never had issues. One of my batteries had a bad cell before the warranty was up and it was replaced free of charge no hassle as expected.
These guys were so easy to deal with and had great customer service. They were a breath of fresh air compared to the service I received from their affiliate on W market st. For quality service and products I highly recommend this place.

Placed a call to this location to figure out what our options were as far as pricing and warranty as we were in the market for a new battery...spoke with Zack who was pleasant and patient with answering all of my question s...made a decision to go down in person and when we arrived also got to meet Jamie who was also extremely pleasant to work with...Jamie went further into detail about the warranty included with our purchase while Zack quickly worked on our vehicle...as an afterthought Jamie even took a look at and replaced a battery for my transponder in what felt like seconds...we left with peace of mind and will definitely send family, friends & co-workers their way !!!!
I was looking for a battery, and as I parked in the parking lot a total D bag came out of the store and started yelling at me telling you I was parking in the wrong space. I’ll never do business with this location or interstate batteries again. Even if your car doesn’t work advise you go somewhere else. Terrible customer service

Amazing people and customer service like none other... had an battery that needed to be changed so I took it to them to honor my warranty, I know the whole time everything from my end looked fishy seeing as to the date on the battery was 2012 and the battery I had brought in the system was showing 2017... but I was positive it had to be an mistake on their part because I had only brought a battery from interstate one time in my entire life and all the numbers matched in the system to the battery in my car.. they honored the warranty and were extremely nice an polite the entire time while doing it... upon getting home I thought I would check my other car just to be sure and low and behold the battery that I brought in 2017 was in that car and not the car I was sure it was in before... it was pure coincidence that the car I brought 3 yrs ago had an interstate battery in it that happened to have all the same specs as the battery in my other car I had purchased a battery for in 2017... I had to drive all the way back to the store and apologize to the two men face to face and let them know they were right the whole time and pay for the battery I had inadvertently "stole"... customer service of this caliber is well worth a few extra pennies, they earned my lifelong business today!!!
I purchase a car battery and had to charge it twice in 48 hrs. i took it in and they tested it and told me it was good. i explained to him what was going and that i had not had any problems prior to installing the new battery. His tone was very condescending and he offered me no re-cores. i asked if i could just return the battery or exchange since it had only be 48 hrs ,said there was nothing he could do. He did not even try to see if there was anything he could do to assist me .He did not even know the corporate number so i could call to talk to someone and he was supposed to be the manager. This has left and really bad taste in my mouth and i will never shop at this store again and will tell those i know to shop else were.
Fast service. Asked for a battery by identifying what the battery was for and the associate was able to locate the correct battery. Minus one store for pricing. They offered a small discount on multiple batteries, still very expensive.
