The two people I spoke to on the phone that looked everything up and got me set up did a great job to me. Fast and to the point and keep it moving. I love that. Very respectful people through out the entire phone call .

I was quoted $3,749 for the Leer 100XQ Sport truck cap. When I went in to finalize the deal and place the order they changed the price to $4,349 - a $600 increase! They said they mistakenly misquoted me. No apology. No attempt to rectify the situation. Simply an unprofessional response. In my opinion, this felt more like a bait and switch so buyers beware!

The worst experience I've ever had with a big company. The management is horrible.The salesman have no knowledge of what there selling or installing. I've had problems with wilmington nc and jacksonville nc . I bought a trailer in 2017 and never got a title just the run around and the blame game. I did have better experience with the regional manager who took are order out of Greensboro nc thank you him he was awesome to bad they don't have more people like him
Joseph did an awesome job installing at least from the outside it looks nice. The people are very nice. Very nice. But for what I paid for this the interior carpet installation is terrible.
Extremely professional, efficient and courteous. Quality top tier products that are reasonably priced. Combining the previous two sentences together they have earned my business and me as a repeat customer.
I called Leonard Truck Outfitters to ask about a trailer I was interested in, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. I was told that if I bought a trailer, I’d have to take the paperwork to the DMV and get it registered before I could even drive it off the lot—which is simply not how it works in North Carolina. The state gives you 30 days to register a newly purchased trailer.
That kind of misinformation and lack of customer consideration was disappointing, and it ended up costing them a sale. I went to another dealer the same day and had a smooth, hassle-free purchase without any unnecessary red tape.
Customer service and accurate information matter—and unfortunately, Leonard missed the mark this time.
I ordered my husband's birthday gift, (truck bed) and the associate was exceptionally helpful. The merchandise came the next day! What a fast shipment!! And they hold merchandise up to two weeks!!! Thanks LEONARDS TRUCK OUTFITTERS!!!!
My shed was just delivered and I am thrilled with the purchase. There was some damage on the front left corner of the shed that I was told they would send someone out to repair. If that is done in a timely manner then the whole experience will have been great. Thanks again.

Ray and his associate (forgive me I can’t think of his name) took the time to listen to my request and explained the truck covers available that best meet the needs for my Gladiator. And was reasonably priced from what I thought it would actually cost. Can’t wait for the final install!

Dave is my sales assistant,he took time to survey my property on location for my shed.He and I are now waiting for completion of the shed,inwhich he will help complete the installation. He went over all paperwork so I would understand the process, thanks for all of his help. Can't wait to see finished product.
Poor experience. Wrong camper shell came in. Dealer had to modify to fit. Fiberglass that was cut was awful. Rear gate on shell wouldn't close on one side. Overhang (skirt is what they call it) was poor quality with sharp edges, and looked awful. Got money back and bought another brand. All of this took over 2 months.
Customer service was outstanding! All the employees were courtious and professional. I had a spray-in bedliner installed on my Super Duty, and it looks great! I will certainly do business with them again. Thank you for a job well done!
