I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service from the parts department at Whites International, specifically from their representative Kayla. From the beginning, her communication and professionalism were lacking. I provided the VIN and even pointed out the correct motor on her computer screen, yet the first motor I picked up was incorrect. I returned, showed her the correct motor again, and provided the VIN a second time. Kayla assured me it would be transferred from another store and arrive within two days. Two days later, I called to check on the order and was informed by another employee (Kylie) that the store transfer had been rejected — something Kayla never communicated to me. At that point, I had to reorder the motor from a distribution center, delaying the repair even further. No one called to notify me when the part arrived. When I followed up again, I was told it was running late. Once I finally received the motor, it was incorrect again. This situation set my company back over three weeks on a client’s repair and cost us both time and money. This motor is one of the most commonly used, which makes the repeated errors even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Whites International as a reliable parts supplier. They show no regard to keeping customers happy and trying their best.

I own a fleet of International trucks with the Maxxforce engines. My business rely heavily on dealing with a very conscientious parts Rep who possesses great knowledge on the schematics of these engines. Chrissy is that person! When I walk in and see Chrissy behind the parts counter, I’m confident that we’re going to get the right part the first time! Not only is Chrissy very knowledgeable on the parts, she’s also extremely knowledgeable on these engines - she points out additional parts we need to complete the job that we were not even aware of! This saves my company time, money, and increases productivity. The other day her and my top diesel tech were talking parts - what may as well been Japanese (because it was well over my head) regarding a cylinder gasket replacement. They were discussing the turbo and exhaust manifold bolts, gaskets & and seals. I knew everything was going to go great on this because Chrissy was overseeing the parts. Chrissy is not that person who only looks up parts based on numbers or what the computer shows. With Chrissy, I can just show her a broken bolt or part and she instantly knows what is and where it goes! Thank you Whites International for having this Chrissy as part of your professional staff!

Worst shop experience in my life. First I waited 4 weeks and spent thousands for a new fuel system to be installed which grenaded and trashed the system within 150 miles of picking it up. And now Ben and Mitch from the service dept tell me they're not going to stand behind any of their work so now I'm stuck with a trashed truck I have to now spend even more money fixing. They are completely unprofessional and unreasonable. 0/10

★☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with White's International has been nothing short of disappointing. After spending over $6,000 in repairs on our Red International truck, the issues were not resolved—and the supposed “repairs” ultimately destroyed our motor. Throughout the entire process, Mitch (Service Advisor) and Ben Harris (Service Manager) showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication. Promises were made but never kept, and our company was left without updates, accountability, or any real resolution. We expected better from a certified International service center, especially when dealing with warranted parts and costly repairs. Instead, we were met with poor service, broken commitments, and expensive damage that could have been avoided with proper care and communication. If you value honesty, communication, and quality service, look elsewhere.

Service advisor Mitch and service manager Ben Harris has left us completely in the dark after spending 7k on a truck they worked on entirely, they refuse to continue work and won’t take responsibility for their work. We will not be using this company again and I recommend others don’t as well thank you whites international trucks team!

Our experience with Whites International of Greensboro has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We brought in our red International truck for repairs and spent nearly $7,000 expecting quality work and professionalism. Instead, the service we received was careless, and the end result left our vehicle in far worse condition than when it arrived. Throughout the process, Service Advisor Mitch demonstrated poor professionalism — communication was inconsistent, and important updates were either vague or avoided altogether. When we raised our concerns, Service Manager Ben Harris was dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for the clear damage caused under their care. The most concerning issue is that the engine was destroyed during their service, and despite the significant cost we paid, they have refused to stand behind their work or offer any form of accountability. We were left with an inoperable vehicle and no resolution. We expected honesty, skill, and professionalism from a reputable International dealership, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicle to this location. If I could give y’all less then a one star review I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the only reason I’m even here is to WARN others before taking their vehicles here! I brought my personal semi to Whites International of Greensboro and spent nearly $10,000 expecting professional service. Instead, the motor was destroyed under their care — and they’ve refused to take any responsibility for it. The service advisor, Mitch, was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the process, and service manager Ben Harris couldn’t be bothered to make things right. For the price we paid, I expected honesty and accountability, not excuses and finger-pointing. Save yourself the headache (and your engine). I wouldn’t trust these guys to change a light bulb, let alone touch another truck of mine.

We sent a truck to this place and paid over 6k to have a repair made with warrantied parts. The part failed and destroyed our motor and this dealer want stand behind it! I have been dodged by Mitch the service advisor and the service manager Ben Harris for over a week. This place is just like the reviews folks, an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!

This is one of the only International dealers I've been to that haven't tried to rip me off. They actually did all they could to save me money here. These guys went out of they're way to get me back on the road. Great customer service.

Was able to stay in the truck until they pulled it in to work on it. Drivers lounge allowed pets. They do have room if you have a trailer, but don’t count on it as they get a lot of school buses. Would have been a quick fix but parts are always a hassle to chase down for Internationals.

Yeah! Not to impressed! That's why we are buying a Volvo instead. The salesman, although he seemed helpful at first, just didn't really try very hard to find the truck we were looking for.

Be careful, these are big scammers, be careful when buying a second hand truck, it is a very dangerous company, it happened to me on March 7, 2024, don't let it happen to you. It is a very dangerous business. Take a photo of the serial number of the truck you see and how many miles it has on it. Otherwise, they will tell you a different truck. Be careful, these are fraudsters. They will sell you a different truck. I noticed it at the last minute. We made a deal for a 2017 red freightliner 45300 mile truck. Next day I came to buy it for $26700. In the documents he prepared, he prepared a 55400 mile red freightliner completely the same color, different truck . When I looked at the details, I realized that this company and the employee are a complete fraudster, I canceled immediately and left the room.

I had hernia surgery, tubal ligation, and hysterectomy. My stomach muscles are not 100 percent to say the least. I asked for help carrying a part. They said yes, but never did. I love Fleet Pride because they carrying parts to the car without me asking. In fact, I don't look like what I been through. I am strong, but limit lifting large stuff.

If we could give ZERO stars we would. Huge scammers. Cesar Menendez sold us a truck and during delivery their driver left the semi in drive (its an automatic) and took out the key thus locking up the transmission. After we paid $800.00 to have it towed to them they then tell us the transmission control module is bad and WE have to pay to fix it. A part that is almost 2K. Cesar kept blaming the decisions not to help on his management team claiming his hands were tied. After paying our share to get it fixed, they delivered it here and come to find out they damaged one of the airlines and are now refusing to send someone out to repair it. Advising that now we have to see if we can get someone to repair it. We were warned about doing business with Whites International and we should have listened.

Bought my truck new from this dealer. Absolutely the worst shop experience. No communication at all. 5 days late and $1250 for an oil change and to check for recalls. Do not buy here or get any work done. Cheaters and lies!!!!

Called Parts and spoke to Kayla , she was amazing !! I barley had any info but the little bit I did have she was able to find me a EGR valve and some hard to find gaskets .. Thanks International !! FYI i has previously spent 2 days online trying to get that valve to no luck

My first advice is if you are able to take your truck to the High Point location please do instead of here. The customer service is night and day. My truck had to be towed in on a Friday due to drive shaft coming off. On Monday I made sure to get them my key, when I dropped my key off and asked the guy when I would receive an update, he told me they would get to it when they could and was far from friendly. I waited 2 days to hear back but did not. When I called I was told my truck had not been looked at still. They were aware that the drive shaft had to be made so it would take additional time to complete the job but they had no urgency to even measure and start on having the part made. The high point location listened to my problem even though they did not have my truck. They pointed me in the direction of Mark Hunt who is the district manager. When I spoke with him things changed and he even told me that if my truck was dropped off on Monday i shoulda had a quote by Tuesday night or Wednesday. I did not receive a quote until that Friday. The part had to be ordered so they told me to look for the truck to be fixed by next. The part did not come in the 2nd week either. I did not get my truck back until the 3rd week. This process could have been a 1-2 week process at the most but due to their lack of actually caring about the customer it was not. Lastly please check your charges, they will charge you for everything they can. IF YOU WANT TO RECIEVE THE BEST SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE ASK FOR MARK HUNT

Refused to work on a 2019 MV because it's a motor home. I've been in 3 other dealers around the country with no problems. But not the one in my home town. All I wanted was an oil change.

Courteous service staff and did not beat around the bush when I was told it may be a day or two before they could wheel me into the shop due to the shop being swamped. Turned out it my issue was an electrical short and was in/out quickly. If it looks like you will be held up for a couple days, there is a line of hotels within a 15 min walk. Red Roof was decent.

Three stars cause they were somewhat quick. But they kept trying to get my service dog and me to get out of the truck I can not do that due to my lung condition and my heart condition. They finally let us stay in the truck. We told them everything wrong with the truck. They still only fixed the one hose and the check engine light is still on and other lights are still on the truck needs to be serviced and fixed completely. That truck is like our second home please fix our truck or get a new one for us too drive please

The receptionist was really nice upon entrance; however, other desk personnel, especially at Service, was bad. The place want friendly beyond Reception. I had to wait for service, as though I wasn't even standing there. There were three persons in the area, and I was never acknowledged. The one to eventually served me was on what sounded to be a personal phone call. I had waited about 3-4 minutes. That's very poor customer service. Then, there was no friendliness when I was served. Ughh!

White's is just a stones throw off route 40. They have a large yard so no problems dragging a trailer along. Called them on short notice and they said they would fix it the same day. Staff was courtious an helpful. The waiting room has a TV free coffee with comfortable lazy boy chairs. They have free WiFi if you're in the mood to surf the web. The job was done when promised . They checked and yes it was under warranty. Purchased some parts and the price was very reasonable. If I have any problems while in the Greensboro NC area I will use them for sure. Well done White's International Truck team!

This dealer is a nice place. It has a nice waiting area for the drivers. It is easy to get to as it sits directly beside of I-40. There is a motel within easy walking distance and others who have shuttle vans to come and get you. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because, like most any other commercial truck dealership, the wait time to get your truck repaired is lengthy. That's not really a dealer issue because they are doing all they can. The real issue that has created the log jams at the dealerships is the amount of trucks needing to be repaired due to emmisions issues.

If i could give them zero i would. DON'T take your truck there. They told me my truck would be fixed in less than a week (For minor things that i should've went to trk stop but, somethg was under warranty) and that week turned into a month with so many different excuses. I caught them in so many different lies and it was really pathetic. Now my truck not running right at all sounds terrible and had no problem with sound before it went there. Bad for business which i will never return again!!

I will be brief at the discretion of counsel. Purchased nearly 200k in trucks from this company cash and a 2015 Kenworth has been in the shop from day 1 with major repairs totaling over 15k of work. One manager in particular was helpful however not to any resolve. New used sales manager offers no help....We're now preparing for the next legal step....Highly recommendation do purchase here and definitely do not buy the Red Kenworth T680 . This place does not service their vehicles. The Local News of Triad is being notified to help publicly protect the consumer from these claims. As we progress through the legalities of the issue; We will notify everyone. Again Buyer Beware....The response to this review is frivolous...First of all there was no agreement to any specified time for a returned rental. I f there was any agreement it was to return the rental once tge truck that I purchased that broke down the same day was repaired......The rental was returned well before any repairs were completed which took approximately two months to repair and the truck broke down again the same week......Again do not purchase any Kw specifically T680 from WHITES INTERNATIONAL as anyone who has confirms major issues....Because Whites may suggest that the trucks are serviced however they do not service their trucks ....I have substantial documents to support which will be presented at the appropriate time......BUYER BEWARE OF ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY AS I QUESTION THE VALIDITY....DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE ..
