Was again extremely happy with the service at Greensboro Tire & Auto. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and to repair the under carriage splash guard that had been pulled down from the recent snow and ice piles. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, taking the car right in and I was out within 45 minutes. The price was well below expectation. Very reasonable. Great place to bring your vehicles.

I was actually recommend by my sister to this place of service she mentioned they were the best at tire service something she had experienced. Welp she was right,.The environment and staff was welcoming didn’t take long to be attended to and the service was excellent. Got my tire plugged within a great time frame after being a walk in They wee great in communication would definitely recommend coming here for you car service needs although it was only my tires I can trust them with any other service I may need . The team was professional and courteous in so many ways. They diagnosed the issue and offered a few options as to how the repair could be done and the benefits of each option. They also gave me estimates for potential future work should I choose to move forward. In addition, the repair was going to take a while and one of the service managers was kind enough to take me home and then pick me up once my car was ready so I didn't have to stay in the office and wait. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family as they definitely are the best service team in Greensboro.

Dishonest, untrustworthy, and greedy. This is how I would describe this shop. They told me that my oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. They were correct it was slightly leaking. After they told me that I started to notice a lot of oil under where the car was parked. When I brought my car to my friend, a toyota mechanic, he showed me the main reason it was leaking. It was because they didn't tighten the oil plug nut. We were able to remove it with our fingers. I don't even think I turned it twice. I think this was done on purpose to make me think the oil pan gasket was leaking. They wanted the 675.00 to replace the oil pan gasket. We changed the oil and tighten the nut correctly and I haven't had any more oil leaking. I would recommend finding someone else to do your oil changes, or any other work. Over the last 18 months, they were the only people to service this vehicle. I also purchased 3 sets of tires as well and this is how I was treated. Greedy, dishonest and untrustworthy. To respond to your response. Yes, the last time you worked on my car was in May. My friend and I did the work in August, I am just getting around to giving you this review. I did have to put oil in it a lot, never had to put oil in it before. It's your fault. You did it own it. I also did try to call and talk to the owner. He doesn't want to talk to people and hangs up on them. Here is a picture of where my daughter parked the car. This is after it's been cleaned twice.

I recently had a flat tire. It was a slow leak and the tire went flat overnight so I wasn't aware of it until I prepared to leave the next morning. I contacted Greensboro Auto and Tire. I was able to inflate the tire so that I could drive to their location. They had the tire repaired and I was on my way in about an hour. This was my first visit. They were professional and about taking care of business. I recommend drivers give them a call if you have a vehicle maintenance issue.

I had headlights that needed adjusted, new bulbs, and tire rotation, (I had bought 4 new tires from them previously). Dropped off the car and about an hour or so later, it was ready to go! The guys are friendly, thorough, and the price was right! Thanks, Greensboro Tire!

Polite, honest service. Gave recommendations on other fluids filters, etc. that may need changing in the near future, but no pressure to purchase the services at the time of my oil change. Nice discount on oil change with coupon. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a five is because it is not a 10-minute oil change. It took more like 30 minutes even within an appointment. Still not bad though

Scheduled a morning appointment in July a few days ahead. Dropped my car off around 8 am for brake work the morning of the appointment. The crew had it all done by around 9:30 am!! The cost was right at what they had told me for the estimate! Great guys working there. Very kind and professional! I highly recommend this place. They were also just over $100 CHEAPER than my first estimate at another Auto Mechanic Shop!!
