Towed my car back in earlier Oct. stayed i can do payment arrangements to get the storage fee down. They have been giving me the run around and i think they did that to make me pay more. They stated they don’t have anything to do with paying my fee with the them, it’s on my lien holders and they stated it’s up to the tow company. They do not communicate well..and i have been getting the run around since Oct. I’m trying to get my car and workout something but i feel like they are scamming people out there money giving everyone the run around then acting as if they know nothing. My car can be released to me but they won’t give me my car nor work out anything to get my car back. I will sue them if i have to.

The experience we had with Premier Collateral Recovery Services is horrible. Our vehicle was towed out of our yard on a Thursday Oct 10th without our knowledge. Call to find out where it was only to get the run around. Their communication is unprofessional, told us that our vehicle was almost 3 hours from where we were located and said we had to make a appointment online if we wanted it back. Made the appointment never received a confirmation, made another one still no confirmation. Call and they told us the address to pick it up only to find out the vehicle wasn't there. Constantly calling finally someone picks up, she was very rude, asking her the location to put up our vehicle cause the location we had wasn't right, after being put on hold for almost a hour she came back to the phone saying a different location what we had only to find out it was only 45 minutes from us. The price was ridiculous for the tow and the storage which reminds you it was only 45 mins away, then tell us the location only stay open till 4. Which is a lie, the person always leaves by 3:30 as of today Thursday Dec 4th this is the 7 appointment and still no vehicle. At this point they can keep it just want our personal items.

This place is shady and will give you the runaround just so they can keep it and make more money off you. There was one woman i spoke to who was an absolute delight but the others need to get out of customer service. They say they're opened from 830-530 but that's not true and it takes 5+ minutes just to talk to a real person.

Worst customer service ever. Woman at location didn't have any knowledge on her job went to get my car battery is dead and she wouldn't let me pull my other car in to jump it already paid in full and wouldn't let me come back in an hour to pick it up told me I had to reschedule an appointment for 2 days later. This company better hope there isn't a single scratch on my car or I'll be putting it in for insurance claims to their company. With the price of $600 for the tow service should be way way better then what I received. Woman looked miserable and her service showed it.

This place has people stealing out of peoples cars when they reposse their vehicles an act like they can't do anything about it on top of that nobody answers the phone I had to call 14 times for someone to answer an at the new Bern office the two people that was there wearing their pajamas just straight up unprofessional they stole my wallet and bag

Unprofessional and Poor Communication My experience with Premier Collateral Recovery Services was extremely frustrating. Both women I spoke with over the phone, including a supervisor named Jessica, were unprofessional and dismissive when asked reasonable questions about how long it would take for their towing fees to be sent to the lender so that we could pay off our balance and retrieve our vehicle. Instead of providing clear answers or guidance, they repeatedly responded with “Ok,” showing no empathy or effort to assist. Our vehicle was towed early on a Saturday morning without our knowledge. When I contacted the company on Tuesday after fees were finally submitted, I was instructed to schedule an appointment online only. However, I never received confirmation with the pickup location or time. After following up on Wednesday evening (so that we could prepare transportation arrangements), we were finally given a pickup time for Thursday at 10 AM. We drove an hour to the specified location only to be told the vehicle was not there, it was in fact located in our hometown. Charged $600 in fees for taking it less than 5 miles up the road. The lack of communication, withheld information, and unprofessional behavior from this company made an already stressful situation significantly worse. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Went to recover my car and they messed up the left back panel . Of course they took no responsibility for it. Terrible place !!!!!

Closed 3 days out of the week. Can’t do anything same day. Finally was able to have my call answer after just an hour. Mediocre at its finest.

This place is terrible will never come here again. They have been holding my car since Sunday. I went today to get it released and did not get any help at all. I arrived at 9am it was raining and cold outside they made me wait outside and stated they were not open until 10. Once opened they did not let me come in or anything and said I had to have an appointment and had to come back the next business day. No one was helpful or even nice at all just stared at me outside while they all were doing nothing. Place should be closed tbh.

Horrible!! I have a steep driveway and they yanked it it so hard a loud crash was heard to where my neighbor had to come over because they thought my car was getting stolen.. it was a volunteer repo I was going to give them the key and everything if they had come to the door.. I called and told them im not liable for the damage they caused to the vehicle.. and the tire marks and damage done to my driveway.. no accountability what so ever!!..

Heather was absolutely amazing and so patient and caring. She was able to talk me through what needed to be done for me to receive my property. She was very calm and understanding and such a great asset to the company. I'm so grateful she was there to help

Heather is an extremely nice, professional and caring member of the Staff. She is a solid lady and an asset to the business. She genuinely cares for others and demonstrated that to me and my father and we are grateful.

Paid to get My car back they made me wait a whole day before getting it and they charged me for the day I picked up my car and when you call and talk to someone they always seem to have a attitude, they take there sweet time to help you when you get there

The young lady at the lot in raeford today was super sweet. I read some of the other reviews and I wonder what kind of attitude these people who are leaving these nasty reviews came to these representatives with. I was treated respectfully, and the woman was very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name because she was wonderful. Obviously, when we are getting our vehicles repossessed, it is not gonna be the best of experience, but I want to say thank you to the young lady for making it as painless for me as possible. I can only imagine the kind of crazy people that you deal with.

The only complaint would be that they make you stand out in the rain when picking up. It is slightly unclear which door to go to and the doors remain locked. You then have to knock on a glass door to get someone inside to acknowledge you and continue to stand out in the rain. It was nice to call and quickly obtain a same day appointment with clear directions on what to bring!

Such a scam. They claim the lot closes at 2 even though the website says 5 and they came and got my car AFTER 2. They ignore calls unless it’s the bank. All of this to get an extra $30 for the story fee. Complete jokes

Good luck on getting your property. I tried calling for over a week and leaving messages and not one time was i able to get through. So far I've called over 150 times over a 8 days. Left 15 messages. Sent 5 emails. So far not a single response. If I don't get my property I'm going to consider a lawsuit.

Had a very rude encounter with a customer service representative name Sally after a long frustrating day due to my release form not being sent over because of a malfunction the company was having. I plan on taking my issue to corporate and BBB. oh and I just love how there's not one single black customer service representative. I'll be reporting that as well

Busted out the back glass and wrapped saran wrap around the damage window. Lot lady magically left the property but there was someone on the lot, locking cars and moving stuff around. The lady took 5 hours to get the paperwork together just for me to get my car, she called at 1:15pm and the call itself was around 10 minutes long (1:25 atp) I had to uber up there and still didnt get my car👍🏽

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I spent two hours calling their number only to be put on hold and hung up on every time and once I finally got a hold of them they said it was too late to pick up my car WHEN I HAD BEEN CALLING FOR TWO HOURS and of course its Friday so my whole family is without transportation all weekend because of their horrible company. Just hope you never have to deal with these people.

I agree with all these other posts. I take responsibility for getting behind on my payments. I lost my job and while my loan company, that is as bad as this company, stated they were working with me to make smaller payments until I started a new job, they still had my car repossessed. I assume they accessed the GPS on the car, somehow, someway because they found it at a hotel and towed it in the middle of the night. As a domestic violence victim no one knew where I was staying soooo they had to gain access to my GPS which is illegal but whatever. When my car was gone this morning, someone helped me pay everything up so I could start my new job on Monday which will allow me to make my payments easily. So, I paid the loan up to date, paid the repossession fee and towing. All the fees. My loan company notified them of the release right away. I can’t get my car or my property back including cancer medication. they only allow you to pick up between 10-2 even though the office is open 8-530. They also make you an appointment and told me to make it for the next day. When you make an appointment even for the next day you get a text saying the appointment will be confirmed in 72 business hours or in other words, 2 weeks. I will be in the hospital by then if I don’t get my Medicaion. The woman I spoke to threatened me and my 80 yo father. She is a scary, scary person. I have no idea where my car is. They have hundreds of addresses all over the web. Their website makes it clear they don’t intend to return cars and according to my loan company, the loan company has no control over that. This is the biggest scam in NC but as usual, NC does not care.

If I could leave less than 1 star then I would. This company tore up my car. They returned it to me after being towed with a hole in my front bumper and damage under the front panel of my car. It now makes an awful scrapping noise when I turn left. I filled "a complaint" form. Which was given to me when asked what they were going to do to fix the damage that they caused to may car. I emailed back the "complaint form" and a month later have NEVER had a response from them. It is insane that a company can ruin someone's property with no remorse or repercussions for their actions. I am having to file a claim with my insurance to get my car fixed and having to pay a $500 deductible for something that I did not cause! Karma is all that I can say for this company. I will be filing with the BBB...whether that will do anything or not. But they know better and should do better as human beings. Please steer clear of this horrible company!!!!!

This business is simply designed to take your money. I take full responsibility for the reasons I had to cross paths with this horrible company. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to have your car towed from a location or repossessed by them then plan to take off work immediately and schedule an appointment online!!! They are the only towing company I know of that will tow vehicles after hours but only has staff to release vehicles during business hours. You have to make an appointment online and can only choose time slots between 10 and 2. If your car is picked up at 11pm they automatically charge a full day and by midnight you’re charged for the next day even if you pick it up in the morning. Their customer service is a joke over the phone and in person and the tow truck drivers lie to you for no reason at all. If you’re just in search of a good towing company and this company popped up on google then it may be in your best interest to scroll down to the next one. These people are crooks and the worst towing company I’ve ever had the un pleasure of dealing with.

They do no know how to properly tow vehicles. MASSIVE damage to my vehicle from towing agent who for some reason thought it was a great idea to use a floor jack under my trunk pan to jack up the car, causing it to dent and warp inwards severely, when there was a spot on the rear bumper to thread a threaded tow hook, which any towing company should have. when they realized that was not working, they then processed to tow the vehicle by hooking the rear bumper.. 🤦🏽‍♂️ don’t think I need to go too much further into what happened. Damages will be covered by them or I will be suing.

If your car is ever put in this lot, GO GET IT FAST! My car was there one night and when I went to pick it up, it wouldn't even start. They tried to say it was my fault and the car wasn't drivable. I had to show them my security footage of my driving in and out of my driveway. I ended up having to call another tow company to get my vehicle towed to a mechanic. DO NOT LET YOUR CAR SIT IN THIS LOT!

Although the experience over the phone wasn’t great. The process in getting my car back was smooth. I was very grateful the woman was willing to wait for me. I received the confirmation an hour before the appointment time and the issue was that I lived an hour an a half away from the location. Impossible for me to make it in time. Thankfully the Uber did not take very long to get there. I just wish the recovery department receptionist would be a little more understanding to customers that can not read her mind. She was very frustrated.

I was literally shocked when I read the reviews! I couldn’t sleep at all thinking my items would be stolen my car would be damaged, in reality it was the complete opposite. I had an incident on Thursday I had everything worked out by Friday and had my recovery appointment ready with my Car back by Monday… If we all hold ourselves accountable there wouldn’t be so many negative comments! The man working the lot greeted me kindly, gave me no problems, and even cleaned my windshield of the markings! Plus no extra fees yeah I know next time that not to always trust what people have to say.
