Purchased a vehicle from this lot in March, was sent home to Virginia with no 30 days or anything, was only issued paperwork “that would hold over in case I get pulled over, to go to the dmv and get insurance” The car had to sit until I begged for a set of 30 day tags which at first he said he couldn’t give me any, until my father told him I needed them to move the vehicle. The DMV wouldn’t accept the title and said I would have to send it off to the head DMV in Richmond, they sent it back as well. Took the same title to Raleigh, he requested an instant title, and then I brought that new “instant title” back to the DMV in Virginia and it still wasn’t accepted. Met him to “get the title corrected” and hadn’t heard from him for like two weeks after then the day he was supposed to meet me to get it, he said he was discharged from the hospital and would meet later; never met me. Today he says he’s on a ventilator but would call tomorrow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE and I will be taking action SOON
Would totally not recommend!!. Worked all day with Junior to purchase a car. I was waiting to hear of a time for someone from the dealership to bring the car to my house with purchase paperwork when I get a text saying oh sorry just sold it to someone else but I can sell you a similiar car for an additional $17,000. I was in contact with Junior multiple times through out the day and he never hinted someone else was interested when he took my and my husband 's social security numbers and did a credit check! Bad business!!
Everyone in my family bought their car from here super reliable no issues whatsoever, super honest here as well they tell you everything and don’t try to hide anything. Also very flexible willing to work with you if you’re serious about buying. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an Affordable reliable car.
Gave me a false diagnosis on my car, I went to fix the problem he said was wrong at another mechanic which he recommended and the problem was still going on. I then go back to him to tell him the problem is still going on, he tells me he’ll fix the problem for free since he gave me a false diagnosis. He tells me to come back in two days then pushes me back to a week and went I go to my car looked at again he tells me he never said he was going to fix it for free and he said he wasn’t going to fix it for free since it is too much work
Well I would never buy anything from this car lot because all of there cars are no good and thay will lie to you and say there ant nothing wrong with it if you live in greensboro nc don't buy any cars from this place he will lie to you to get your money and the car will stop run after a two or two days please you won't get your money back
Illegal malpractice; Was told “car only had rear end damage” and “i cant get the carfax until monday” they end up never sending carfax and lying about the 3 previous accidents. Also illegaly passed the cars inpspection on the spot, lied about a ton of problems the car has, when confronted the same salesman blocked my number.
Recently bought a car from them was a smooth process. Had to take the car back twice to fix minor small things and had no problems they happily did it. Very friendly. And I got a great deal on my used car.
Not sure if this located in rough part of town but it made me feel.uneasy even surinf lunch time. Was not really friendly staff. Actual car looked worse condition than what I saw in the picture so I left.
Thay being said, the price was good if everything holds up.
Service was okay, I trying to get a car, I saw one, I liked it, but when I was driving it, the car was shaking when I got to a stop, the check engine light was on, the sunroof was broken, several details to fix, I asked the seller why it was shaking, the car ,but did not give me a clear answer. .I don't think this is a place with honest people to sells car's..
Went yesterday morning to view a decent 06 Focus. Car seemed ok visually, he wanted 3000 but said he was desperate for $ so he would take 2500. I told him I'd be back after I run the vin#...i did and all checked out well. I told him I would be back the next day with my mechanic for a test drive. I never got to test drive it because it because they already sold it !!! I sent the lady Anna a txt the night before to let her know I'd be there in the morning with my mechanic and she said it was sold that afternoon. Absolute BS and a waste of my time. Dealers should be providing carfax on all vehicles.
Bought a 1998 corolla from them 3 years ago.. I put 40,000 miles on the car.. Has ran great.. And will last another 40,000 or more miles. Plan to test drive a car they're selling tomorow. They're friendly and caring people that will work with you on price.
Update: Dec,31,2018 Bought a 1995 Geo prizm\ Toyota sprinter.. Great car.. Purchased at 41k miles now has 43k miles drive it every day to work. Runs perfect absolutely no issues.. Just got back from carolina beach.. If you want a good car buy from Import Auto solutions.
If I could give negative numbers I would. Yhe sold me.a car I havent been able.to drive. They lied about fixing my problem and then after 3 weeks I asked for my paper work and was told if I was taking them to court I couldnt get it. They are scam artists and I cant wait for.our day in court i want my refund
I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz from Import Auto Solutions. I called ahead and they were very nice and honest and the owner worked with me. It was a very smooth and easy purchase and I got a great car for a good price. I will be back in 6 months to purchase a second car! Thank you Import Auto Solutions!!
Not a good place to buy a car .
I spoke with the guy on the phone about a 2007 Nissan Versa I purchased from him . I clearly asked the man Ali if there was ANYTHING wrong with the car other than it was a total loss , he said nothing was wrong . When I showed up the car was leaking oil , radiator had a leak . Which I purchased anyways thinking it was a easy fix . Didn't even drive the car more than 200 miles when the engine started knocking & spitting oil out of the rear main seal .
Then had to hear him lie about he didn't know anything was wrong with the car , had to wait almost two weeks for my tittle . Which he lied about also because the car was never purchased at an auction .
Never would I do business with this guy again . Sketchy guy lier .
If you don't know about cars I suggest you bring a mechanic before you buy anything from this guy .
Drove 3 hrs today to look at 2005 white toyota 4runner. Dealer wasn't honest at all. Would have not been upset if they were upfront and honest with all the issues with vehicle. Still would have purchased if they were only honest. Buyer beware!!!
I loved loved loved doing business with Ali, he had a wide selection of cars at like crazy good prices. I ending up walking away with a very good deal 2013 Toyota Camry that of course I absolutely love. I'm glad I picked this car lot to do business with.
