We were in a really tricky spot with a very expensive piece of equipment - needing a special towing arrangement - basically a rescue - involving a serious time constraint, and overall a really tough circumstance. Spotlight’s driver Jamey Holder responded within 30 minutes to the call. He immediately assessed the situation, and came up with a plan to get us the result we needed. Throughout a very stressful time, he was calm, friendly, and professional. He helped find the exact equipment we needed, even called another vendor to get it to us quickly - and then guided everyone through a complex and challenging situation. He managed the whole situation with real expertise, and we are lucky to have had his help. Absolutely would recommend to businesses or individuals needing towing service of any kind!

Nate and Brian came through to the fullest! They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my 40" containers relocated. They worked at it until the job was completed. Very knowledgeable and diligent. Would highly recommend Spotlight Enterprises.

These guys know what they’re doing! Couldnt have been any better and friendly to me . Thought my truck would’ve been alot worse getting it up the tow truck but that was not the case. They handled it with care and were very professional . Would recommend every time ! A+ in my book

Spotlight towing is awesome! Our car was recently stolen and once the cops did there investigation once our vehicle was found Spotlight was so understanding and helpful to get our vehicle to a safe place! Will definitely keep them in mind for future towing!

These guys are friendly, they are quick to get there in the time they say they will be there even with it being after hours. Jamey was the most friendly, and as a woman made me feel safe. Got me where I was going with my car safely. I highly recommend these guys whether you are a business or for personal needs. I will call them again if I ever am in need of a tow again. We own a garage door company and had one of our trucks break down around 5pm. I called Spotlight and gave the location of the truck to Jamie & he was picking up our truck within 20 minutes. He even called when he dropped it off at the dealership to let us know exactly where he left it and took the time to make sure our vehicle was in a safe spot overnight. Extremely pleased with Jamie’s service and we will not hesitate to call Spotlight in the future!

It was said to me today that a wrecker driver is like an ambulance driver, they are there on your worse day and today was one for the books. My granddaughter knocked my daughters car out of gear and drove it through the garage and when Spotlight was called they reached out to understand what kind of equipment they needed and brought 2 trucks, and 2 very knowledgeable men and another that was training. Ro and George were excellent and very careful with her car. James was also a very good representative of this company. Thank you so much for your great work and your awesome employees!!

My car was towed by this company. I’m not gonna complain about the rates because the rate is their rate, but upon picking my car up from their towing yard my wheel alignment was so bad, I could hardly stare my car properly. The whole ride I had a loud screeching noise. I called to advise them of this and immediately, the guy that answered was quick to be on the defense and blame me for what was going on with my car. It could be that they knocked the wheel alignment off, but he was so defensive and quick to argue while I stayed calm. He reminds me of a wicked, nasty mean person. I will get my car looked at professionally, and if it is anything other than a well alignment, I will see them in court.

Once again I found myself in need of a tow. Since I received such excellent service, less than a month ago, I called Spotlight again and requested driver "Ro". Ro is outstanding; very professional and very friendly!! I highly recommend Spotlight and especially Ro, for your towing needs.

My car broke down on the side of the highway on a Saturday. I gave Spotlight a call and Jamey and Avery came to give me a tow to a nearby repair shop. They arrived quickly, were kind and I’m very appreciative of their assistance. Without them I would still be stranded. Thanks gentlemen!

Jamey is the man!! He met us on a busy Saturday at Sam’s club where our car broke down. He got it out of a parking space and took it to carmax! He was nice and worked quickly while explaining what he was doing. I will use his company anytime and recommend everyone who needs tow service to do the same!

Jamey saved the day! When other tow truck companies took FOREVER to help (my son and I were stuck on the side of the road for FOUR hours waiting on a tow), or didn't have the equipment needed to help, or lied to us and said they'd be there in 15 minutes, but never intended to reach us because they had another call come in that was more important than us, Jamey helped us when no one else could or would. Jamey even stopped to check on us once before we'd even talked to Spotlight. He just saw us on the side of the road and asked if we needed a tow. We said we were okay, just waiting on another company that said they'd be there in 15 minutes. Boy, was I wrong, because that company never showed up. But later, when I called Spotlight, Jamey remembered who we were and knew exactly where we were. He had the knowledge and tools needed to get my car on his rollback, and he got us to the Toyota dealership in time for them to fix my car and take it home THAT DAY (we were broken down an hour and a half from home). Thank you, Jamey, and Spotlight Towing! On a terrible day, you were the heroes we needed.

I’ll accept the fact that my TOW TRUCK was on private property and the owner wanted it towed away…. But I didn’t expect to go pick it up and find Spotlight towing pop the lock and went inside of it. They damaged my driver side door jam with their wedge tool. I will be filing a claim with their insurance and getting my $475 tow fee back. I ADVISE ALL Car owners to please check over your vehicles before it leaves their lot. The drivers they have are rookies and have no clue how to use a tow truck/wrecker.

My truck broke down in Greensboro 1000 miles from home. Tow service and driver were excellent! He took the time to let me know good places to eat and things to see while I'm stuck here. 100% recommend!!

OMG! These guys are awesome! My baby (2008 fully custom FJ Cruiser) just quit running (turned out to be an alternator). I was stranded after hours and I called these guys. Normally after hours work is reserved for law enforcement requests... but Jamie could tell I was desperate (I could not even lock my truck successfully) and he showed up. He took great care of my baby and even dropped me off at a local restaurant just in time for my date. WOW!

We were stranded in a parking lot and contacted Spotlight Towing because one of their trucks was picking up another car and looked clean and new. The dispatch person was very friendly and professional, but we were really impressed with Jamey, the driver that showed up. He went way out of his way to help us. Jamey got our car where we requested, and also gave information regarding the problem. He told us to call if we had any problems getting the part we needed. When we ran into another issue at the auto parts store, Jamey said he would be passing through the area shortly and stopped by to get the right part we needed. He made sure everything went right and then some. In addition to being extremely conscientious, Jamey was friendly and we really enjoyed dealing with him. We will call Spotlight again without hesitation if stuck on the road!

A massive thank you to Isaac who helped us unseize the brakes on our car and made sure we got home safely. I could not recommend them enough, excellent customer service does not begin to cover it, it was true kindness. If you need a tow, do not hesitate to call them!

They were so helpful, polite, and professional. My boyfriend’s car got stuck on the side of the interstate after hydroplaning off the road, and Spotlight sent someone out immediately after we called. Most affordable place in the area and best service!

Very impressed with Spotlight Towing of Greensboro. We needed to have our Acura towed to our usual mechanics in Greensboro. The office staff was friendly and efficient and the tower was very prompt and got our car over to the mechanic first thing after our call. Tower named Jeff was very nice and prompt. Would highly recommend!

My experience with these guys is 5 star. My car lost a tire on the highway . I called them on Sunday afternoon and they came right out. Towed my car back to the shop and performed the repairs the very next day and the price was more than fair. Very respectful and kind when dealing with them over the phone and in person. They even went back 2x to where we feel I lost my tire on the highway lookimg for it so I wouldn't have to buy a new rim and tire They did this without me asking them. I have had experience in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage of the price for repairs but these guys did everything they could to save me money. I will use them over anyone In this area....

Spotlight was very professional when I called for a quote to have my car towed from my home in Greensboro to my mechanic in High Point. Their rates are very reasonable compared to others. Mark came to my home and made me feel very comfortable that he would take good care of my car. As promised, it arrived safe and sound! I highly recommend this company if you need a tow!

I called to have my car towed at 0930 and within about 20 minutes the tow truck arrived. The driver got out and shook my hand then immediately went to work hooking up my car, I paid the reasonable $75 towing fee and within about 10 minutes the driver had my car at the garage. Great customer service and very professional!
