A frickin joke of a store. I remember when there were 3 to 4 men at the counter, answering phones and taking care of walk ins. Thru done a fabulous job. Now, you may see 2 guys at tha counter. I ordered a list of materials (about $700 worth) and told tha guy I’d be there in 30 mins. Walked in, 4 people standing around talking amongst themselves about wondering if anyone was gonna help them. I left. It’s pitiful.
Very unprofessional when pickups and deliveries are being made.
People of the opposite sex should refrain from using words of endearment when speaking to drivers!!
This is our go to for my company. I also buy things here on a personal level. They are cheaper than most truck stops. So if you are in the Greensboro area come buy and check them out the parking lot is small so you could get a bobtail in but may have to look for other options if you are pulling a trailer. I've bought air hoses, cleaning supplies and jumper cables here I. The past.
I broke down 250 miles north in Virginia with a broken radiator. The Truck pro in Greensboro had one so my wife was willing to drive the four hours up here with the radiator. I called once again to confirm that she was coming to pick it up and they told me if she can get here in three minutes we close at noon. I said she’s 15 minutes away. She’s already driving toward you. They told me she’s got three minutes to get there. I asked if they could wait the extra 12 minutes they said no, I asked to spoke with the manager. The manager said no. I said we already have pet sitters she’s already packed She’s gonna stay up here with me a couple of days. She’s literally on her way. They said we’ve been here since 730. We’d like to go home too. He compared him being there since 7:30 in the morning at his job to me being in a frozen truck all night with a busted radiator stranded 240 miles up the road. I said I have been a customer of you guys for 20 years I said 20 years he said 20 years what! I said you’re unbelievable and he hung up. Remind you, that was the manager. The ladies attitude was even worse I said, can you please just do me this one little favor We can’t do that we close at noon. I said you’re not willing to help out this one time she says no.
Called 4x's in a row and hung up on by Shana and Kenneth. All they said is hello. I called back asking to speak with a manager they they miraculously act like they can hear me. I asked for the manager. They say he's on another call. I ask what is the managers name they won't give it. Shana said she is the assistant manager. If I was the manager I would fire every single person that hung up on a customer. I wouldn't spend a dime here after being treated like that from a hello. They have zero customer service. Your employees are a reflection of your business and leadership. I wouldn't have people like this working for me.
Need to see more smiling faces here almost depressing. Never been in a place that they act like it's painful this is extremely painful to even acknowledge you're there or to help you. Whether it be in person or on the phone
I went to buy a battery for my truck. I usually buy my parts for my truck in Charlotte, NC truck Pro. Since I was here in Greensboro, NC i thought to buy a battery here. I paid in Charlotte for a battery with the same Cold Cranking of 950. $95 . Here in Greensboro. I paid $121. I made a mistake of removing the battery before going to ask for price of the battery. I bought it because I didn't want to put it back to the truck, but the regular price for a semi truck is between $85 to $95. Be careful before going to this truck pro in Greensboro, NC
I explained some issues I was having to see if I needed to purchase a product. They were able to recommend something g better that was cheaper.
No line at mid day. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking. Probably could park a truck near.
Bad customer service, not willing to help, always short with answers, and everytime I call or come in the never seen to have what I need. The sales guys at the counter are always bad mouthing the road salesmen, and other management in the store (but while they are checking customers out, not directly to the people they are bad mouthing) I wish stone would have bought hem out and got rid if these wanna be parts guys. Also if you want to buy something here you better know where it is located, or what the correct part number is, that's the only way you'll get what you need here.
Spent $1600 today for various materials. None of the 4 employees there offered to help me load. Never again. Spent $600 with Fleetpride and they loaded it for me.
