Donated a second car. They are super easy to work with.

I am currently awaiting a vehicle from this organization. It is a process however, I talked to the receptionist and she made me feel at ease because she let me know they don't just give anything and they want to ensure that the vehicles that are being donated are suitable for the recipients and their mechanics work hard to try to ensure that they get the vehicles working the way that they should for recipients to receive. Car donations can be slow and sometimes car's that are donated aren't a good fit at the moment due to the strenuous work that is required to get the vehicle in good condition. so please, If you are part of this program and waiting, please be patient, I can see that they work hard to make sure they give good working cars and I am grateful that they take this step to ensure and if you take the time to read my review and you are able to donate, please donate and tell a friend to tell a friend! I am patiently waiting my turn and I am grateful to God for this oppurtunity! Thank you to wheels4hope for everything you do in the community and I hope to one day be able to give back when I am able as well!

I so enjoyed working with a this organization. After my father died, we donated 2 of his cars. They came to us, helped us jump the cars, and drove them to their business. They provided all the paperwork I needed and were simply a blessing.

Where can I start? Well first and foremost I appreciate the organization for trying to help us get on our feet again , but there are some issues that could be handled better Second of all Like get better quality vehicles donated so that if we are recovering from traumatic experiences with prior vehicles that the thought of here we go again isn't looming in our minds with equipment failures so quickly like say a month or two after receiving the vehicles . Last but not least Also during the signing of the documents phase ask have we ever had to activate our warranty clause in the contract Because believe it or not there still are people unfortunate to have never delved into that territory and are naive and gullible to what has to be paid by them under the 6 month or $60,000 mi warranty whichever comes first. This is very important Thank you very much UPDATE JUNE 25TH 2023 I HAVE TO SPEND OVER $500 AT BILLS AUTO CLINIC IN WINSTON-SALEM NORTH CAROLINA FOR A LEAKING OIL VALVE COVER GASKET & TUNEUP BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE WANT THE BALL IN YOUR COURT WHY DO I HAVE TO BRING MY CAR TO HANKS AUTOMOTIVE IN GREENSBORO WHEN I LIVE IN W-S,NC??? NOT ONLY IS IT UNFAIR THAT HAD TO SPEND MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET I GOT TO GO TO YOUR CITY TO GET IT DONE???? WHEELS FOR NO HOPE I COULD HAVE TRIED TO SAVE UP $2,000 ON A GOOD CAR AT A REAL CAR LOT THAN BE TRICKED INTO YOUR PHONEY MISSION STATEMENT SMMFH

All my issues that popped up were handled with urgency. Love my car! Thank you adrienne!

My daughter was supposed to get a car from them. She purchased full coverage insurance. They didn’t believe her, Progressive insurance sent over and confirmed she had full coverage. The lady in the Greensboro office was so rude. She didn’t want to hear what we was telling her. She acted like we was lying and annoying to her. We tried to contact her boss. She wouldn’t return any of our calls. Because my daughter was trying to speak up. She got mad and was disrespectful to us. I have never encountered so unprofessionalism and the lies this lady told. My daughter paid almost $500 that day to purchase full coverage. They were unethical and very disrespectful to her.

My daughter was donated a vehicle. The lady who works there didn’t believe we purchased full coverage insurance for the vehicle. She pretty much called us liars and denied my daughter vehicle. My daughter had just spent $480 down and had to pay $265 a month in insurance for full coverage. This lady was rude and disrespectful.

I am in line for a vehicle myself

I volunteered for this organization, very nice people help as many people as they can.

Absolutely amazing what this group does and how they impact the community. Empowering people to once again be self sufficient, what a blessing!❤️

If you need a car and you have family problem they will help you get a car but you must prove you need help. Otherwise go 1 block up to the repo place and you can get a car with less problems just need money

A great used car dealer who's main mission is to get people who were down and out back on the road. The people here really care and want to make sure your car is as reliable as possible.

Already referred others. Great price, great car thousands under price, super nice people, very laid back. On top helps others who need cars get them

They are friendly and nice not taking that from them but the way they get cars and check on them before giving it to you is the worse...I got a car from them was grateful excited and all but after two months the car started to have problems they worked with me even extend the warranty....but each time they gave me the car back it broke down after two days or so they keep the car more then I have on top of that they fixed the engine rebuild it and still didn't work so next month would be a complete year of be having a car that only worked for me without issue for two months max...now that I need my title to get me a real reliable car...I have to wait until the complete year even though I explained to them my point of view on the situation and I need a car they still said I would have to wait until the complete year so I'm still without a car...would never recommend anyone to go through these program... I was warned and didn't listen

A good place to find a nice car and they're pretty reasonable on the price. Only bad thing is it's cash only. They don't do credit.
