We have had great success with G&W. Our service provider, Paul, is quick to help. He responds the same day or next morning each time I call for service. Paul will let us know when he is coming and if there will be a delay getting parts. He has returned my calls if I leave voicemail. He is very knowledgeable about the G$W equipment we have on site.
Paul Wilkins with G&W has been servicing our forklifts here at Nationwide Homes for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and always provides great service. When I call with a problem I can tell him what the forklift is doing and he usually can diagnose it over the phone and in most cases he has the problem fixed the same day unless parts need to be ordered. I would highly recommend Paul and G&W to anyone that needs one of the services they provide. Top notch and with a great attitude.
