I will give them 5 start because I check in 7:15am gave me door rytway unloading done bye 8:45am not bad I came here first time overnight parking on outside by street
0 star don’t ever never pick up or deliver at this place even if they give you 4 times the going rate extremely slow . They not busy they just walking around have no respect for driver or there time . 7.30 am appointment already 6 hours on dock they just don’t off load you, All the drivers here are so frustrated. I had to cancel my pick up load because of there incompetence to respect the appointment “ THEY MADE “ please screenshot this review and send it to your dispatch or boss . They will hold your truck all day and mess up any pick up you have . I posted a picture of poor drivers waiting for off load everyones day has been messed up . Please please respect your drivers and don’t send them at this place or have them prepared to sit here for 24 hours and compensate accordingly. You have been warned .
Checked in for resin pick up at 1pm. Gave me dock at 6:30pm. After 3 hours at dock, man told me that they wont be able to load until tomorrow morning. Canceled load…Avoid this place if possible, you will waste your time.
0 Stars, If you are picking up load of RESIN and it is saying 40,000 lbs DO NOT BELIVE THEM, THEY LAODED US 47,650LBS!!! Delivered back and left it to them should be a lesson how to lie to the drivers.
There's bad places and then there's this place. I haven't been here one single time that I hadn't to wait for over three hours to get loaded. The only thing that they're good at is finding excuses for how long it's taking.
They loaded me 30 boxes of resin there was no weight on the bill I asked how heavy it was they said around 40,000
I drove 30 miles to the first scale it ended being 46,000 which put me 800 lbs over 80,000
If you load there don’t let them load you more than 26 boxes
This is a complete mess. Please do not go here to offload unless you are willing to spend a entire day which means, if the brokers are not willing to pay for your day then just don't do it.
They're very unprofessional here and have no respect for your time. I've been here since 900am and still haven't gotten a door. A few truck's came in after me and was put in at a door for unloading and gone. You will LOSE a day of revenue on your reload if u bring freight here.
Very terrible place for unloading!!!! My driver arrived in the early morning by appointment, they were not unloading my driver for 6 hours! Receiving Team are aggressive and impolitely! Never , never go there!
AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE HERE ALL DAY. DRIVER ARRIVED AT 7AM FOR HIS 7:30APPT. IT'S 10:30AM AND STILL WAITING ON DOOR. NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE DRIVER HOURS. IF YOU COME HERE GRAB YOUR LUNCH AND WAIT ALL DAY AND DON'T BOOK YOUR NEXT LOAD UNTILL YOUR EMPTY.
