This company is absolutely terrible with their deliveries. The lie they are always late. They cancel things, and of course no one tells you it’s been cancelled then when you call over there (IF someone answers the phone) they’re gonna lie to you. If you think LKQ/Keystone is bad…KSI says “Hold my beer, you haven’t even begun to have bad service until you order from us!”
Would give them 0 stars if possible. They have the worst customer service, employees are rude, you have to wait forever for your parts if you pick them up and always get an attitude. I guess the cheap prices of the parts make up for all the other issues, that's the only reason I can think of that they are still in business. Tried again today. 7/18/23. I left without anything. I think it got worse there.
As a customer, I had a good experience. I can't speak for the other reviews but the gentleman at the customer pickup area helped me find the proper OEM#, was straight to the point and patient when I couldn't get my customer number, and I got what I needed within a good hour. Didn't give me no problems verbally, was knowledgable, and made me feel better about the trouble I had with other part centers.
KSI does not deliver on their promise. I ordered a part from them yesterday & was advised I would have the part the next day & now it is the end of my day & they still did not deliver the part. I called them & sat on hold for 20 minutes only to be transferred to another line where I waited another 15 minutes to speak to some one regarding my concern who then advised me they were notified by the vendor they did not have the part. I did not even get a courtesy call from KSI advising me on the delay so now I have to wait another day when I promised my customer I would deliver the car by the end of today. Now my customer has to pay for another day of rental out of her own pocket because I was not able to deliver on my PROMISE. This is the third time this has happened to me and unfortunately I have no choice but to continue to do business with them so Let The Buyer Be Ware when doing business with these folks.
You would think with how insanely terrible their service is, they are actually going out of their way to make the experience as terrible as possible. This company should be out of business. I'm sure that similar to all my other complaints and questions, this will go unnoticed or I will get an empty reply saying things will be made right, when in reality, they never are.
The worst customer service I've ever received. Another company is using my companies phone number and old address to order parts for 3 months now. I've called multiple times to Pennsauken and Plainfield to change company name and address to the phone number attached. I asked for accounting's number and the associate says "I have their number, but I am not giving it to you." I asked how do I get this fixed and she told me to file for a change online, and I told her that I did that every week for 3 months, and she said "there is a wait, you aren't the only one waiting to hear back from them." and I said "doesn't that seem like a huge problem" and her response is "it isn't my problem, and you aren't the only one in the world." Very unprofessional, with no solutions.
I ordered a part to be picked up. I then drove down to pick the part up that had allegedly been pulled. I had to wait an hour and a half for I part that I called up and ordered to be pulled. A complete waste of time.
FROM THE JUMP THE EXPERIANCE IS HORRABLA I HAVE SUPMIT MY INFORMANTION TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND PURCHASE PARTS FOR MY SHOP AND 3 DAYS LATER STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM HAVE TO WAY OF CONTACTING THE DEPATMENT RESPONSALBE TO SET AN ACCOUNT UP WHAT A JOKE. SHAME ON YOU KSI
This company is very unorganized. You order parts for pick up and after you arrive, it may take you 3-4hrs to get the parts which oddly often it turns out that after advised it’s in stock, it’s not available at the time of pick up. Parts may be damaged upon delivery which sets back your repairs. I hope with this review, management makes improvement.
I had business with them last 8 years. Now they are very bad customer service. I ordered some body parts for customer car they said its on the way. But they lied to me. Finally I have to get rent a car for customer for 3 days more.
Terrible products, parts come in damaged or wrong on a consistent basis. Drivers never want to take returns even when the parts are sent in wrong. Customer service is non existent.
Photos attached of a part I just received today for a mercedes. Mind you on the phone this part was clarified to not have any sensor holes on it. Not to mention the amount of damage it has on it.
Went from being one the best companies to deal with to the worst! Plus don’t let me get started on their return policies! They want the item back even if you have an item to return??! Went from one of the best company in the industry to one of the worst only in few years. Zero customer service and absolutely no respect to the shops who order from them in regards to the timeframe on deliveries became a normal way to do business for KSI. If I could give them "Zero Star" I would but unfortunately have to give them minimum one star to post the review.
Good prices but talk about talking forever and a day if u choose to pick up the parts they really need to work on that not to mention when u place an order feel like the person 70 percent of the time never put the order in so frustrating at times smh u guys need to do better
So I’ve been here for 1 hour and this guy shows up and they take his account number and help him before me. I am always buying parts from this place and they are skipping me wasting my time honestly if there were another KSI nearby I would not come to this one!!!
The reviews are crazy with this place. Half of them say they're great with 4-5 star reviews, and half say they suck. How can there be such a wide divide with no middle ground?
When we are order part , it’s never ready..most of time they don’t have it... part show in stock catalog but when Guy build it n do paper work pay for it den go outside for pick up they don’t have it can’t find parts... Then guy have to refund.. this is too much.. They don’t care someone else time.. yesterday 3 hrs n today 2 hrs... very bad...
Rude when you call to ask a question and rude when you go there to pick up a part. They have no idea that it is common courtesy to be cordial to buying customers and people. Wow.
Never had a problem with their merchandise , or the way they operate their business . Vaughn has gone out of his way on occasion to get things done for me and has been a real asset to my business . Always my go to supplier !
Make sure of what you purchase because when it comes to returning items, the service in K.S.I tend not to give you your refund back. I never got my refund back from an item I didn’t need.
HORRIBLE customer service. I've ordered several times and every single time is a horrible experience. They don't even greet you; they just say "phone number?". It must suck to work there because everyone sounds miserable. Eventhough parts are usually $1-2 dollars cheaper than Continental, I always order from CAP because of their customer service and quality
Nice place helpful got the part, always busy takes some time prove is OK go with capa... And if wrong part way bring the past and invoice and you are good to go
