Please hire competent workers. Dude clearly has no idea how to search for auto parts. 15 minutes wasted.

Horrible location. Extremely unpleasant Indian woman at the sales counter. Very rude and unwelcoming tone shouldn’t be in customer service. I ended up leaving.

extreme slow response time. 1 item pickup takes 45 minutes for them to pick. 3 employees were doing nothing and could’ve simply helped me but refused to. Employees should be fired. the old man should be retired he’s not of working age. the girls there have no clue what they are doing just sipping her starbucks drink doing nothing. such pathetic workplace

Best place to go out of all the Napa stores! The stock everything as it’s the warehouse! Shelf’s sometimes are not stocked but you don’t see they probably have! Steve and Desmond are the best! Always willing to help and definitely dedicated to helping you!

I was in line there was a man in front of me with the problem about a battery and this girl was just a meanest and arrogant thing I've ever seen in my life. Talk about a Karen! I walked out of the store and I won't be back

Jordan, the counter rep, was very personable and helped us with our order. It was quite a busy weekend; he held his composer and was very patient.

Much improved attitude of employees since my last visit a couple of years ago. Super bright and nice lady found a battery that no other place could find. She took her time and knew what she was doing too! A+++!

Online site shows this location has part available, but the staff fails to find it or search for the part by sku number from the phone I'm showing them. I was simply pulling up windows tint, normal stock. The problem is that lots of stuff is not available on the sales floor, only a warehouse style pick and pull. I ended up not buying and went to competition.

When looking for a very particular part I needed to reconnect and align my wheels, The Manager Desmond stepped in and gave extra effort to ensure I got the exact part, not once, but TWICE and right in time before the store closed so that I could get to my mechanic seamlessly and be back on the road. Desmond was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great Customer Service. I highly recommend going to this store when looking for car parts.

I don’t know who they have working there but some lady with red hair was very disrespectful, did not even put effort in explaining the warranty of certain items, yelled at me immediately when I handed over the receipt. Rude and very unprofessional. If these are the people representing your industry I’m sad to say but you’ll continue to lose customers.

Slow service, zero acknowledgement that you are standing there waiting. I understand if they are busy and maybe short staffed, but would kill them to just stop for a second and say, I'm sorry I'll be with you as soon as I can. Not a word. Also they don't seem to be familiar with so many parts or they don't know how to search for parts in their computer system. If I call and spend the time on the phone for a part they won't even pull it so I can save time even if I give them a credit card to charge. I then show up and it takes, no joke 20 to 30 minutes before I can get the part. If I can't pull it off the shelf and ring it up then I'm sorry never buying there any more

I didn't realize this was also a retail store! Since it's a distribution center, most anything you need is in stock. Staff was super-helpful, showing me multiple options for the parts I needed.

I like NAPA and I like this NAPA. Been here many times throughout the years and they are always helpful. Staff is usually dependable and capable. Prices are surprisingly good sometimes and not so good other times I guess depending on the item. If you know what you're looking for this is a go to.

Open at 08:00 on Saturday, there is a guy in the store but he’s not helping. I ordered online, just want to pickup my stuff. This is the last time I am shopping from here. The workers here are not really want to help .

Horrible costumer service, every time! I dread going to this store, I wish there was something closer. When I complained to the manager, he gave me a sarcastic reply “heh you are just going to have to wait like everyone else” when I was waiting there before other phone calls and other costumers, because the guy helping couldn’t use his computer. I get it, they are busy, but how you respond is also important.

Great place to find replacement parts for your vehicles. The prices are reasonable and competitive. The hours and days opened is very accommodating. Plenty of parking space. The staff was very knowledgeable while training their new employees.

the manager desmond (i believe, im not too sure) but he went above and beyond for me. i called asking if he had the part i needed and he said it was in stock but they close in 30 min, my car broke down roughly an hour away from the store but they were the only place that had what i needed. i asked if i could pay for the part over the phone and for them to drop it outside while i get my ride to get to the store. he said to order online and do it, which is what i did and i called him back and he verified that everything was good and left the part outside the store hidden for me. i really appreciate this kind of customer service bc he really went above and beyond for me in a situation where i thought i was totally screwed for a day or two but he helped me and my day a lot easier, thanks man!

The only auto parts store I consistently have had negative experiences in. The staff here are so rude and honestly slow, not even just one person like most of them are like that and act like you are a bother to them. Never had anything like that happen to me at the nearby advance, autozone, or even pepboys. Has happened enough times where I would not come back here again. Also, they will often say that have a part in stock at this store, but the reality is that it’s in an entirely different store

Great chain parts line, professional attitude from the gentleman who looked up and picked my parts. I couldn't risk the order online time frame a while back, to be ready when I could come in so I looked up my parts and was ready to hand over part numbers which doesn't save as much time as you might think. But the gentleman who assisted me got my car information and instead of pushing the highest price part like many auto parts store employees from other chains do just listed the ones that matched and asked what I wanted, no sales push or judgement. He also inquired about potential discounts I might qualify for and helped me save more money due to this extra effort on his part. I would recommend this location and napa house part lines to anyone. This location also had slightly better hours than closer napa stores to my home, that's always an issue when you don't work bankers hours which I think most people getting parts from auto stores understand.

Horrible service. The company I work for spends thousands of dollers per month here and the staff still can't be respectful. I call an hour ahead to pick up a part and i still have to wait twenty minutes when i get there. Im considering setting up an account with D and B Napa instead, at least they are friendly. The only reason I'm still using them is because of they're large parts stock.

This NAPA is an amazing place to be at. People that are genuinely assisting others to get their parts that they need. Great price in my opinion, first time experiencing how fast they get the parts gathered, very organized place, very polite staff, unlike AutoZone or PepBoys. Good job NAPA!

I haven't been here in a few years but recently came to get a part, as i've spent about 5-10 min working with stephen to look for a part on the computer his cell phone rings, picks it up and proceeds to close out the windows we were searching in and starts looking up this phone order, after waiting for minutes i figured i didnt matter anymore relative to the person on the phone so i left. bought the parts elsewhere. Im not gonna blame the store but that was a bad service move. not even a "hold on", "excuse me" or "give me 2 minutes for this call".

Dan saved me a metric ton of time helping me find (2) starter bolts that seemed impossible to locate. Had a great attitude and plenty of patience while we searched around. Shop here people!

Customers who call have priority over customers that have been waiting for 10 minutes or more regardless of how many people are in line. Do not go here if you're expecting for someone to help you quickly and if you're in any rush at all. This has to be the slowest service I have ever seen at a auto parts store and I visit plenty! Wait time for one small part took 17 minutes and there were two people working and three people in line. Have your part shipped or sent to another Napa so it goes quicker.
