Northeast Collision was a godsend! They were professional and experienced and did their utmost to facilitate the insurance and repair process for my car. They communicated effectively and were responsive ( more so than my own insurance company!) and helped me navigate the roadblocks to ensure that my insurance covered all that was possible and provided alternative avenues for assistance when needed - things I wasn’t even aware of. They are definitely true partners in helping you navigate the car repair process!

When I got my vehicle back, it was in amazing condition. The work they did really exceeded my expectations, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
Hopefully I won’t need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I ever do, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend ! Super patient and throughly explained everything. I came and explain the situation with my car after getting hit in my rear view bumper that ended up looking like a minor dent but ended being way more than that. The person who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket, which didn’t happen because we ended up going through insurance. Regardless, Andrew communicated with me effectively through the whole entire process effortlessly. Even gave me a free car wash voucher when picking the car up because the car ended up getting dusty over the weekend while I was away. I really appreciated that as well

They did an excellent job of buffing out the scratches on the hood of my RAM Bighorn---And for a very reasonable price Andrew was great. If you have body work on your vehicle that needs to be done. I recommend Northeast Collision . Quality work for a good price !
We had an excellent experience with Northeast Collision! Andrew and Leah were wonderful to work with! Our car needed bodywork repairs after having been sideswiped. Andrew coordinated everything with the insurance company and advocated for us to make sure that our car was repaired correctly. We couldn’t be happier with final result!
It is never easy to deal with a collision repair but Andrew and Leah were good people and easy to talk to. I couldn’t imagine nicer people to work with. Also Andrew called to keep me updated. And unexpectedly Leah took my car to the car wash before I picked it up. Great place.

I would highly recommend using Northeast Collision as I did for my car. From the management ( Andrew Lallos) to the auto repair men all were highly professional and competent. Andrew Lallos walked me through step by step in what the process would be, dealt with my insurance directly and kept me abreast of all communications. My car was severely damaged but it looks brand new today. Though I hope not to have to use a body shop again, it would only be North East Collision if I had to. * edit in response to you text update Good try to months later reply to my review on a public forum to try to protect your image and act as if you are concerned and want to resolve the issue. You had already responded to me two days after my initial review on August 2 you sent to my home a 3 page nasty, defensive and insulting letter. We will as I said resolve this in court. They were the worst collision place I have ever dealt with. They trumped up their fees. They had a previous ongoing issue with my insurer ( in litigation even ) and failed to share that with me when I asked them to handle my car . Their rates were so out of line they received $1500 in outside storage fees for my totaled car from my insurer of which I had to pay $1250! They charged $ 100 customer assistance fee and a $250 administration fee. I got caught in the middle of their ongoing issue with the insurer and was used as a pawn. They kept advising me and my husband not to allow my car to go salvage as I would lose any chance to bargain. Awful awful company. In the end I paid out $1550 in excess fees.
Professional and very prompt with repairs. Andrew went above and beyond to educate me further about all my options regardless if I chose his shop. I ran into him a couple years back and received the exact same courtesy. His honest feedback allowed me time to make a confident decision which was to choose Northeast Collisions. Extremely satisfied customer. Car looks great!
Andrew Lallos, Frank, and the guys at Northeast Collision went shove and beyond, in the repair of my Mazda CX-3. Allstate attempted to take advantage of my trust in them by replacing my car parts with salvaged parts from other wrecked cars. Allstate doubled down, and adamantly refused to trust the opinion of this repair shop because it was not one of their "approved" shops.
Andrew was always accessible, transparent and responsive to my questions. Allstate was not. He helped us connect us with someone who could facilitate a Right to Appraisal (RTA, from 2 independent appraisers, on behalf of me and Allstate). After 4+ months of battling with Allstate, they were forced to concede to the independent appraisers' estimates--which were even higher than Northeast had originally quoted to Allstate. While Allstate made it sound as though we had no choice but to accept their initial $6,000 estimate for repairs, Northeast helped us secure the full amount for repairs, almost $19,000!
Northeast was a terrific advocate for us with Allstate, going above and beyond to ensure that my car was fully restored and properly repaired, with new OEM parts. They did a beautiful job on the body work, as well.
I've had a 22 year relationship with Allstate, but Andrew and Northeast were new to me. These guys won my trust and ensured that we were treated better than Allstate was inclined to serve us. I cannot recommend Northeast enough! Thanks Andrew, Frank, and Northeast Team!

You never want to get into a car accident, but unfortunately I did. I was looking into auto body shops in the area and this was recommended to me based on location.
Right away - the kindness from them was the ultimate plus factor. They asked if I was OK and they talked me through all the steps. They were even patient with me when it was taking insurance a long time to get the documentation.
Got my car yesterday and they did a fantastic job. It was well detailed inside and outside. A little surprise of a lottery ticket scratch off inside, and guess what - i won $5.
Andrew and Leah and the Northeast team were absolutely tremendous. I came here after a tree fell on my car. The first place I went to was a chain and acted like I was bothering them with my potential business. I spent time reading the reviews online and was not disappointed. They went above and beyond. Andrew met me out front and spent 30 minutes of his time talking to me about the process before I had even decided to choose them for the repairs. When I told them I wanted to proceed with them, they ordered the parts and I brought my car over as soon as they arrived a few days later. They handled communication with my insurance and made it a seamless process. Andrew told me it would take 1-2 weeks and it took 2 weeks. When they were done, I pulled up to a squeaky clean brand new looking vehicle. They used OEM parts. My car looks exactly how it did when I drove it off the dealer’s lot. Outstanding. They went above and beyond by washing my car (it looks like it was detailed it’s so clean) and putting a lottery ticket and an air freshener in the car. It looked so good I almost didn’t want to drive it off onto the salty roads. Thank you Northeast Collision! I strongly recommend this small business.
Northeast collision is FABULOUS!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and treat you like family. I can’t recommend them enough! My car looks and smells like a brand new car.
Called them to get an estimate on a minor damage to my Acura MDX. Drive there to get an estimate, very reasonable price, we set up time for the repair. Dropped the car and picked it up a few hours later. Perfect work, in addition they left me a lottery card, a note and a placed a car deodorizer on the mirror. Will definitely go again if needed. Highly recommend
We have been hit twice in the past year, and the first time was minimal damage. They had me in and out and replaced my back license plate light! Then I was hit again, this time with a lot more damage. They worked with the other persons insurance company and made sure I didn’t lift a finger! They fixed all the frame work and suspension as well. The work was amazing and you couldn’t even tell that I had been hit!
I am very knit picky about my car, and they could not have done a better job. My door was damaged, and as you can see from the pictures I've uploaded, not only did they fix it up like nothing ever happened, BUT they CLEANED my entire car inside and out! Please just look at the pictures(no filter)... my car looks brand new! I could not be happier. Although, I do feel like I was left in the dark during the whole process. It took a full week to get my car the way it looks now. I dropped it off early Monday morning and asked how long it would take. Andrew, said "it may take a few days, and we will call you once we get it in the shop and let you know." Unfortunately, I never got a call back until Thursday, so I reached out to them. Andrew, said "it should be done by Friday if not definitely by Monday." Monday came along, and I was expecting a call, but again, I had to reach out in the afternoon and see if my car was ready or not. Leah texted me around 2 55pm. and said my car was ready for pick up. The reason why I'm expecting a follow-up is because I had a rental car the whole time with enterprise and it turns out the insurance only covers certain amount of days and I had to pay out of pocket for 3 days.(This is still pending with the insurance company and see if I can get it adjusted since the car accident wasn't my fault) I might have done some things differently if I had known that and followed up from them. Overall, I am extremely thankful and grateful and happy with their outstanding work quality. They also left me a scratch off and air freshener. I thought that was a nice touch!
After having a damaged car because of the accident we had to make a decision about repairing. Fortunately Frank with NorthEast Collision was able to help us out. Car had to be taken apart, painted and put together. The costumer service was very good and Frank and Ryan were very nice to work with.Thank you for getting our car fixed!
