we called last night they told us they can come tomorrow morning & we called today in the morning to confirm that they will be coming today and they hung up on us Saying “ we will see if we have workers today “ another words they can careless about their people or their business
never call us back & we were willing to pay $400/500 plus give them our business discounts !!
The guy Willie came very quickly. He was very courteous, polite and provided excellent service. Will highly recommend him to anyone who may need his services.
I was stranded with a flat tire and after a 30 minute run around from roadside assistance, I was able to call AZ myself and immediately talk to a drive who immediately came to tow me. Was late afternoon on a misersble weather Sunday, and the service was prompt with safe towing and reasonable prices. Would definitely call again.
I can’t express the relief, the great service AZ provided me. After a stressful day of trying to figure how to make it before 4pm to get my car. Willie THANK YOU sincerely and the men who towed my car absolutely beautiful people. I will keep you in my contacts.
Wont ever call again receptionist is terrible she said she verbatim “no we’re not coming bye” and I had to stop her from hanging up so she could explain herself as to why she denied the service and she rushed me off the phone and was quick to hang up but she was quick when I said I’d pay that $250 ?
Don’t really do reviews but I was impressed with the excellent customer service. He was quick to arrive & went above & beyond! Highly recommend anyone in the area.

Called for
Jump start. They were unable on first attempt. "We'll be right back." Never came back, for the whole day. No calls, and my calls to them went to a full voice mailbox. Two days. Damn it, at least listen and respond to voice mail!
Very poor customer service. Very poor performance.
MAJESTIC towing was here in 30 minutes, immediately jumped my vehicle. Done and done.
