They tried to charge $200 for going around the corner. They even went to the wrong address. Had to wait additional time for them to bring my car to the correct location.
This place is the best, they go and absolutely above to help when you need a tow, they have towed my food cart, my food truck, my big cummins dulley truck and now my new car. There is no need to call anyone else, they do the job right the first time and are very qualified, quick and professional, thank you for reading this

i know am posting it late but this is scam & fake company. Already Gieco insurance had put them on blacklist after what they did with me. on 14 july my car got stuck and i was calling them with the help of my insurance at 7pm and they came at 11:45pm which i can understand coz of the flood on that day. Then they took my car to their parking lot and they will send to the dealer on 15th July but they didn’t. I was following up with them continuously then they said it will be done on 16th july but till evening 4pm no response and then that lady Blenca is telling me that i can call another tow company coz they can’t tow today, ok my insurance assigned another tow company, they came in 30 minutes but they left empty coz Blenca that lady told them that the car is impounded. guys just note everytime u call this lady blenca she will change her statement. 16th july evening when i again call her that y u didn’t give the car to the other towing company, she said u have to pay $100 for 2 days parking then only ur car will be send to dealer. i called my insurance company they said ok we will split 50-50 , i agree to this coz i need my car to be at the dealer. i took a 1 hour break from my work and went over there coz that lady blenca told me to bring cash only. what i see there is a garage and there are 5-6 people talking doing their mechanic work and drinking beer ?. I went inside the small office in the garage give her the cash $50 to blenca and she said no receipt, ur car will go tomorrow morning 5-6 am at the dealer. $50 in her pocket , scammer . next day 17th july my car was at dealer in the afternoon at around 1pm. Guys just beware of this cheaters scammer towing company and specially this lady Blenca , so rude ,bad behavior, changes her statement in every talk. worst company i had ever seen in my life. please don’t take their services.
M&W is price gouging for towing cars that got stuck in the flood they are charging at least $400 and the tow is less than 10 miles. Everyone that is getting charged this high amount please report it
I wish I could give zero stars. This company already has a 2-star average, and after my experience, it’s clear why. I gave them full instructions on what vehicle to tow. My employee waited on-site for over two hours. When the driver finally showed up, he didn’t speak a word of English, got out of the truck, looked around, pointed at the side of his truck, got back in, and just drove off — no explanation, no call, nothing.
My insurance company has now flagged them and will no longer use them for roadside assistance, which speaks volumes about their reliability and professionalism. Do not trust them with your time or your vehicle. Stay far away.
Only credit deserved is being timely, but that's it. Other than that, it was poor service. Our C300 Mercedes needed towing to a shop and this choice was picked through GEICO's roadside assistance. Our car was parked on a straight street which is great for a tow trucker to pick up on a flatbed. Super easy, no curves or bends or weird parking to light up....apparently this banana head didn't give a crap despite how easy the pickup was (see picture below)....all angular sitting on the flatbed. My wife even spoke his language and found him to be a jerk. Not at all professional. Tried calling the number on the truck later to give them my opinion of their service and was met with yelling too. Not sure how this company makes money, because we surely didn't tip them. At all. We're lucky they didn't bang up the car when they picked up or dropped off.
I went there today as my son's car had been towed there due to an accident. I was immediately greeted by a man yelling at me saying I needed to park on the street. I tried asking him a question if my son's car was there and he refused to answer until I moved my car. Once my car was moved he still refused to answer any questions.
Incredibly unfriendly and incredibly unprofessional. They no longer had my sons car and had allowed it to picked up by the insurance company without our permission.
Unfortunately our apartment complex Cypress Gardens had our vehicle illegally towed without warning.
M&W is the towing company that they used. They charged us $175 for towing, $45 for administrative fees, and $50 per day for storage and charged us $300 for 5 days (yes they charged for an extra day).
After paying all the charges they then told me that the impound lot was 20 minutes away at 1003 Lincoln Blvd, Middlesex. Unfortunately they refused to bring the car to the office or give me a ride to the impound lot. So expect to pay another $25 for an Uber to the impound lot.
I then found damages to my vehicle from towing. But by then it's too late to get my money back and the guy in the mud lot didn't give a crap.
I was connected to them through GEICO (car wasn’t starting). The gentleman came out and was very pleasant. He asked me what exactly was wrong and made a suggestion to try a trick and car started right up. Very much appreciated.
This towing service is great !
My car broke down and in less than 15min they came to my rescue.
The young man that took care of this was very professionally and friendly helping ease the sour moment I was having.

This business is absolutely unprofessional. Please avoid using this place. My car was towed about 1 mile from their office. They charge me over $300 for that tow. Their prices are ridiculous and do not justify the service. They only accept cash and when I gave them the money for the tow they weren’t trying to give me a receipt. I had to ask multiple times to get a receipt. They are preying on people with these insane prices.
My insurance company sent M&W to tow my car after the first company they dispatched could not figure out how to change my flat tire. M&W showed up and the guy was friendly and efficient, fixed the tire with ease and I no longer needed the tow. Would definitely recommend!
Worked out great for me i had No issues w the service. Better price than the other i called. Dispatcher was friendly not nasty. Not sure why the negative reviews. But hey .
Fantastic service. Idk why it has so low rate. Called on Saturday at 4pm. Was picked up in 20mins when other towing companies said they either do not work or gave me x2 prices.

The woman on the phone was so rude and did not know how to talk to a customer. My insurance set them up with me. The ETA was 8.32am and she called me at 7.55am left a VM telling me to go out as driver was there. I called them back at 8am and told that im not home yet as they were s heduled to come at 8.30am, to which she answered that no one told her so.. I mean ar
e you serious??? She definitely needs customer care training and I can provide them free of cost as I have been in customer service industry for 23yrs now. The driver was very nice but the woman controling the show was rude. Will never use their service ever

Thankfully I didn't have to use them because I question if the man pictured should even be driving a tow-truck!
I almost hit the truck because he was blocking the right lane of the street almost right at the intersection that cars would be turning off a main road AFTER the car was already on the truck.
In the picture you can see him just standing there speaking with the lady whose car he was there for. I had to wait another 5 minutes to be able to go down the street when there was plenty of room for him to have been able to back up and not be blocking traffic after the car was loaded but instead he chose to leave the car and truck in a dangerous location.

Had issue with my vehicle that needed towing 12mi to the dealership. Got M&W through Geico. Estimated pickup was 1 hour but they were here in 30 mins. Handled my car with at-most care. Great communication & drop off.
1 guy towed me two separate times and was polite. The lady on the phone is lazy and refused to tow my car this time after 3 hours waiting for them to come. Its a simple car to tow too. A rwd, there are plenty of better places for towing. Keep looking my friends. You don't want her lousy service and lazy attitude.
I found them on Google, I chose them because of the good reviews and because they were close to my house. Very friendly the dispatcher and the driver. I am very grateful for your quick response to my situation.
Do not do business with them they do not deserve to be open the way they operate 0 integrity and 0 morales ... they changed the price of service on me 3x, refuse to take a debit card payment only want cash, and to get a receipt for service I had to drive to 2 Different locations and they had a hard time explaining the costs of things and seems like they just make up prices and costs as they go and to top it all off no one speaks English . Very rude employees all around and terrible experience
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Totally unprofessional, CASH-only business, rude employees. Frustrating experience, there’s a reason you have no where near a 5-star rating on google.
I've have been waiting for a tow for at least 3hrs.. I call the tow company and say hey where is the flatbed.. they tell me that they came and called while I've been outside waiting... Now they tell me its gonna be another 1-2hrs... Luckily it's through my insurance... SMDH ?????♂️??♂️??♂️
Overall the service wasn’t terrible but what bothers me is their pricing. $160 to transport a tool box on caster wheels exactly 1.1 miles. Took the driver a total of 15 mins to load and then unload the box. Other local towing companies have charged me $60-$80 but weren’t available at the time. I would rate had it been a reasonable price.
On time and professional. After jumping start my car, my park brake could not be released. However the tow truck has left. Called the manager on duty. He asked the truck coming back in 10 minutes.
Car was towed after a collision by Plainfield Police. They didn't even tell me they had my car as I had gone to the ER. I literally had to search for my vehicle. The lady then tells me that it's not their responsibility to tell ppl they have their vehicle. All attitude every time I call. They failed to tell me they charge $40 a day for storage. Left with a $1700 towing bill and they keep stalling to send the inurance the bill.
0 stars.they towed my vehicle after the collision by Plainfield police. Next day my insurance company ask them to towed the vehicle to service station. For pst two days I am searching for my vehicle. They are saying they dropped but the vehicle is not in service station worst
Called AAA to have a flat tire changed. They gave an hour window to show up. After 2.5 hours I called AAA for an update. M&W said they had already been out and changed the tire which was not true. Looking at their other reviews, maybe its a good thing they never showed up.
The mechanics Arturo and the one eye man are very good people, however their boss is very bitchy , rude and obnoxious. She likes money too much . I had my car towed by plainfield police. When I went to here she said she will charge me for the initial day of towing my car which is not part of her contract with the plainfield police department. She then went on to say she was closed at 3.40pm which was false because on her contract she was supposed to be open till 5. They tow your car to 1003 Lincoln blvd in Middlesex NJ which was supposed to be a secret location, because she wouldn't give the address to me. I had to call the police officer in charge of towing, because I knew the law. to cut the long story short there was an initial $75 fee for towing the car and then $40 storage fee. The day I was trying to pay i went to get a phone call and the she decided to sneak out of the office and go home so I can pay an extra day of storage fee. I wish nothing but bad luck for her, because she is not righteous and her integrity is very questionable.
The manager there is an idiot. She hung up on me. They've towed my truck 2 times previously. It’s a 1997 Chevy Express Van 3500 series. I have AAA and needed the truck to go literally 3 blocks on a flatbed to my mechanic. She refused to tow it stating that it’s "too big." Really? They have towed it twice before. Completely unprofessional. Then she tried to say, they will take it 3 blocks for $100 when they've never charged me before. Then she lies to AAA saying we've paid them previously. Complete liar and so unprofessional. I would NOT recommend these folks ever. Just google my truck and tell me if it’s too big? They've towed it before, the last time being June 13, 2010 and they towed me 7 blocks at no charge. This is ridiculous and the so-called "manager" should be fired immediately. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all.
