So I went on Sunday. They're closed in the morning so I don't think they open at all during the day and on Saturday I went there by at least 1:30 and they were closed as well. I don't know what the old dollars are but the no hours posted so don't expect to go there on the weekend. Also you need to take a hard hat

Worst service ever, new rules every time. Employees are rude.

I went this morning ( Tuesday). Was one car in front of me. Went so quick. The gentleman coordinating when I drove up was great. Helpful and polite. The guy at scales great too. So easy and the price went down from a year ago!

135 for a fridge?to expensive If you have a little bit of junk, trash don’t even bother to go there

Minimum fee to dump any about of trash is $135 for the first time. Then you pay by the pound. People are super nice to deal with at this location.

I dont know why they even have a scale!!!!!! $135 dollar just to throw away 2 desks and 2 chairs that should be no more than $20 using the scale ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️ Outrageous prices for regular people.

Bring a hard hat, drivers license and don’t be afraid to ask questions. It’s my first time coming and the staff is super helpful.

Went here before opening and managed to not spend too much time here ?. I had the pleasure of meeting Clint, he's amazing and helpful when I arrived .

Awful service, communication and organization. They change closing and opening hours constantly because the employees leave or are late.

Very efficient and friendly. Least expensive and easiest way to ditch unwanted solid waste. You must have a hard hat to use facility. Nice staff.

We waited in line. We were stopped before scale by signs in front of the a little trailer for at least 10 minutes. We got our DL out cause that is what we read on the sign. We didn't see the wait here for assistance. We moved up. Right before the scale this guy came up to our window and asked for paperwork and when we didn't know what he was talking about he yelled at us and says we can either leave or go to the back of the line. For someone to be so aggressive when we barely Said 2 words to him he should not be working in this type of job. As a female. I got out of the car to ask what he was talking about and for him to continue just to yell at me for no reason was very uncomfortable as a female and also not how a business should be run. Of course we just left I am not going to stay and pay money to a company that treats people like that. Worst costumer service and process ever.

Called the site before going and even though the app says they close at 5. We arrive at 3:40pm only to be told they close at 3! Rented a uhaul and we have to empty it to bring it back! So disappointed

Today it was organized and employees were helpful. The lines weren't that long.

Very efficient operation. Best approach from Rick Avenue Soutbound direction. Read site requirements before making your trip. Get there by 6:30 am for 7 am opening to avoid long lines. All persons must wear a hard hat if exiting vehicle. Don't move onto scale before directed and you won't screw things up. You likely will need to circle back onto scale to weigh out also, even if you don't need to pay.

very bad service I would like to know how to contact the manager, I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and they tried to scam me with money the person who charges, said it was too late so I could not enter and I told him it was 2 o'clock: 30 in the afternoon still

So many changes PMUA should send out information that the Transfer Station requires a hard hat to drop off loads

Great service and quick drop off. Make sure to bring a pen to complete the paperwork or print the paperwork from the website and complete before arriving.

Excellent, please note they now require Hard Hats to enter the facility.

Line was long on Saturday morning but overall great experience. Staff is friendly. Bring hard hat, mask, and something to snack on while u wait. Americans waste so much junk?
