Terrible ! Truck was there 3 months and all I got was Stories, $7000.00 later and was t fixed ! We picked it up and took it to a real Mechanic!
He got it fixed in 3 Hours !!

lou's word means nothing. your truck will sit there, he will give you excuse after excuse, then still be late. Your truck will sit untouched while he tells you " we took it apart
diagnosed it and are waiting on parts"
he replaced my transmission. paid him to install a new transmission. he sent it to a rebuilder he uses instead so he could make more $. Then it blew
up after less than 1000 miles. So he had the truck for another month until he replaced it again, now it failed again after another 700 miles. when i proposed he give me
my money back to go somewhere else he screamed at
me to get the f. out of his shop and got extremely aggressive.
couldnt stress it enough. just avoid lous unless you have a large fleet
because that is the only ones he cares about
I had a terrible experience and I had bad experiences and a few good. At the end of the day don’t take your truck here. It’s sat there over 8 months with promises to have it done this and that day. He opened it up was that biggest reason I tried to let him finish. He couldn’t be honest and say it was over his head. I gave him 3000$ to get it started and he gave me 1500$back when I towed it to a real mechanic shop. CMC!!! I’m trying to get my deposit back through the courts. And this is the short version of this story. But take the advice and get a real mechanic! And I see he was taking to court numerous times for bad business. !!!! A year has past. I’m still waiting for my day in court or my money back , service repairs be ware. Almost every job
Completed here another Mechannic had to follow up and fix it right. Starting with A/c repair. Go to a a/c repair shop if you want things done and pay once for it. Side bar. ! I wish I could get the money back for those jobs as well. I’m learning!!
lou is a great guy the shop guys are great at what they do .If you need a quick fix or a engine repair Lou and the guys can do .With the fleet of flatbed fords peterbilt 4 car carrier they can handled your car moving needed or heavy duty tow truck soon to be finished .
