Just ordered a snack wrap and a coke, but i think they were trying to give me the entire machine??

I went on Monday looking for a certain hello kitty toy my niece wanted & Seria was just amazing. Her customer service was the BEST I’ve ever experienced with a fast food worker. She was sweet, super positive and just good to be around, we need more people like her working in that type of industry! She made my experience so pleasant & looked through I don’t know how many boxes with a SMILE on her face just to find the specific toy I needed. 10/10 customer service !! Gracias Seria, eres una BELLA persona!

No matter how early you order, they never have the order ready and make you park in the front to keep waiting for your order. Placed the order half an hour early, and still wasn't ready.

Food is never hot and workers over whelmed so you have long waits and watch out cause sometimes you don't get back the right change

they gave me 1 happy meal when I asked for two and the gave me a strawberry milkshake when I wanted a vanilla and he had an attitude when we said we ordered two happy meal and he was arguing with us saying we had only 1

The service is terrible, they never serve you when you arrive, they make you wait and if you ask for something, they don't serve you kindly.

By far the least efficient Mc Donald’s in Hudson county… these guys had one vehicle in the drive thru and it took 8 minutes for nuggets and large fries

I recently visited McDonald's, and it was a great experience as always. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The food was hot and fresh—my go-to Big Mac and fries were spot-on. The menu offers a good variety, from classic burgers to healthier options like salads and wraps. Plus, the prices are affordable, making it an easy choice for a quick, satisfying meal. Overall, McDonald’s continues to deliver reliable quality and convenience.

They are horrible. They make you drive around to wait in the front all the time. We ordered 3 fries and still had to drive around to the front. Stop making us drive around to the front. Its fast food not wait on your order for 10 mins.

How I stood in front of the cash register with nobody in line for 15mins with everyone just looking ? at me and then drove through the drive through just for them to take my order with no cars in the drive through either? Seriously no customers present but can’t take 2seconds to just take my order. The lack of urgency to care for the only customer in the store is ridiculous. I just left I was so annoyed. Why the person who tried to take my drive through order couldn’t take my order at the counter since there was no cars if the other person was busy. The only person in front of me in the line ordered their food, got their food, and started eating while I’m just standing there looking stupid. I really hope the service improves ?!

They have horrible food tastes straight from a dumpster and there service is horrible and they don't even give you a SINGLE CUP OF WATER. Recommended to eat at different McDonald's than this one.hopefully none of you go to this place

Not a good experience ordering thru drive thru, the staf says it cant hear us and why in our believe she was listening very well, very rood!

Some cashiers immature, just laughing while taking orders. Ice cream is terrible. They were out of soda??? And gave me a can of coke. Suddenly their card reader wasn’t working and they asked for cash, then suddenly it worked again.

We bought 3 meals and mind you they were not cheap, needless to say the person that took the order was so rude . The order was not ready we had to wait around the corner , we asked for hot and picante sauce and refused to give it to us .she said she can only give ketchup for the French fries ? since when ? You are allowed to eat your meal with whatever sauce you wish . Then she tells us if we wanted a different sauce besides ketchup we need it to order it before again since when ? Then she had the nerve to get nasty and saying things cursing at us and all this commotion and the manager never came to the window that’s how professional they were. Very disappointed ...

This is completely unacceptable, i speak both English and Spanish and after explaining my order twice to the cashier she didn't get it properly and then her attitude arose and she became very nasty. We were arguing for a while and the manager never showed up.

Dec 18th, 2022 Good My file of fish was OK, I did not expect anything extraordinary. The service is fast, the place (including the restroom) was spotless clean. The team was friendly.

Great service. They seem to concentrate more on the drive thru. After a small wait they took my order and got me my food fast. They always get it right.

Always make you wait even when you order ahead. Even if you order drive thru they make u drive around so someone can bring it out to you. Ive been here 30 min. I will need to find a new Mcdonalds this one was convenient but they need to hire more people

One the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. It felt like I was at a different place. The attendant/cashier was very nice, and took my order exactly how I wanted. Food wasn't any different from previous visits but feeling in a very clean environment made me enjoy the meal like never before!

This might be the worst MCDs I have ever visited. Drive-tru takes a long time. They make every car wait in the front of the store. and on top of that, food is never accurate. Always check your orders before leaving.

They are ok. They do push me to go in front of the store often. I know it's cause of there score and don't mind doing it every now and then but so far it's been a pretty regular occurrence. Oh and they forgot some of my food every now and then.

This is completely unacceptable, i speak both English and Spanish and after explaining my order twice to the cashier she didn't get it properly and charged me for something i didn't even want, after talking to the manager she corrected my order, but they made it wrong!! I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with extra Canadian bacon on one and regular bacon on the other, and they didn't even put sausage on one of them, like how can you forget to put sausage on a sausage McMuffin?!? I couldn't go back because they already made me lose 30 minutes of my life, with the restaurant empty, I've worked in McDonald's before and I've never seen such an incompetence from both workers and the manager, I'm never setting a foot on that store without a proper apology.

Disgusting. Yes that is a dead mouse..they should be ashamed and at least have covered it with a bucket or something else. This is right behind the food pick up window at the counter.

More times than not, this particular establishment is very dissatisfying, limp, cold fries are a staple, without fail something else in your order will also be either missing or wrong. I try not to visit this location, but I'm often stuck locally for work and tell myself it'll be better each consecutive visit, but that ends up being the furthest thing from the truth. I've filled out customer satisfaction surveys asking to be contacted by managers or management companies, to relay the poor experiences in better detail, but even that is apparently too much to ask. They ought to have their franchise license revoked for such poor quality control standards at this location.

The food is improving... Before the nuggets were burnt and fries tasted as if they were reusingthe oil. The staff is never the same, no stable team I see in this location. As for being clean, when they had Maria their cleaning lady, it was much more clean than what it is now. Floors are sticky and tables are never 100% clean. They can certainly do better.
