I had a great experience with Mohamed at NJ Auto Lab. My AC wasn’t working properly, especially with the warmer weather coming in, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. He was honest about what needed to be fixed, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.

NJ Auto Lab went above and beyond what was required. My car over heated as I was in the Lincoln Tunnel driving into NJ. I pulled into the first gas station I could find and they recommended NJ Auto Lab because it was already 7:30pm and they were open till 10pm. I called and spoke with Mohammed the Owner, he took the time to come to the gas station and diagnose my car on the spot. It was recommended to have it towed to his shop at which point he offered to drive me home since I had no means of transportation and it was 10:30pm. Mohammad is well-rounded and well versed mechanic but also a kind guy by thinking of the safety of his clients on and off the road. Qualities that are rare these days.The very next day he started on the car. Effortlessly searching and managing to locate the parts needed for the Chevy Trailblazer SS 2007 V8 stock car. Mohammad replaced the fan which stopped working with a better one than what I had in place, then he replaced the thermostat and after the Radiator making the car run better than ever. I would say he runs his business in an honest and transparent way from start to finish. He worked on the car for two days and brought in all the parts at a very reasonable price as well as the labor. We will be returning clients and we recommend him for all auto needs. He and his team did a great job. The car is quieter, safer, drives better and is more efficient than ever thanks to Mohammad at NJ Auto Lab. Thank you!!!
Mohamed is the real deal. Genuine, honest man! I had an oil leak and had no idea about cars. Where other mechanics would take advantage, he took the time to find the problem, show and explain exactly what was going on and what I was looking at and then provided a solution. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He got the parts needed for the fix, did an amazing job and also changed my oil. He will be my go to and my mechanic moving forward in the future. Would definitely recommend coming here for any work
Came all the way from baltimore MD to get work done here. Mohamad and Ahmad did wonderful work on my downpipes. They stayed open even later for me past there normal scheduled business hours just out of kidness. The communication was really good and service was even better. They even fixed something else that was off on my c43 amg for no extra cost. They are flexible with prices and worth getting services from. Would recommend them to anyone!
