Bought a Ram pro master 2016 about 15 months from this dealership. Since the first day I drove it I knew the transmission was bad .. but I was in need of something to generate money so I ended buying it. Today I ende up replacing the whole transmission for 7k and I’m still paying for the loan . Be aware people buying from this dealership

I bought a slightly used Ford Transit Connect from Sandy and Carlos...(Irene Motors) I have to say, they did everything that they said they were going to do for me...I got a great deal on the truck...when the heater motor had an issue, just before I was going to pick-up the truck...they replaced the heater motor, no questions asked.... they were straight forward guys to deal with...they even suggested, that I get my own financing, as they knew it would be cheaper for me in terms of interest...Lets say, for the price, I was very happy with them...if you are expecting a five star experience like you might get at a BMW dealer, then you will be disappointed...( no free Espresso, car washed or fancy office) but if you are looking for a great vehicle at a fair price... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU TO GO...

I would like to let everyone know that if you are looking for a used vehicle this is not the place to go. About 9 month ago my wife bought a 2007 Acura MDX at this place and up to this day and since we bought it has been a nightmare for us. We have spent over 1,500 dollars on different parts like engine mounts, broken navigation system, etc. If you go to this place you better go with a mechanic or someone that knows about vehicle so that you can inspect the vehicle right there on the spot because if not they will make you believe the vehicle is in great condition when it is not. We got fooled by these sales people. I would never recommend this place. Go to a bigger and better market place auto dealer to get your car and spend a couple of extra dollars that at least will get you peace of mind and a better deal.
