Tito and the matriarch running the business are utmost kind and very reasonable. Their service is top notch. This is my second time getting my car fixed with them. Please consider them for any auto body repairs.
I've been going to Joi for over 15 years. NO MORE. I have called now 5 times to get an itemized receipt for my recent service, so that my insurance company can reimburse me. Each time they assure me I will get the invoice on that day, and I get nothing. Two days ago, I got the latest promise that I'd get an invoice in 15 minutes. What I received was a notice of funds due that isn't even accurate since I paid them in full. Sadly, it looks like I will not get reimbursed by my insurance company. THIS IS NOT OK.
Absolutely worst body shop in the area ! My vehicle had been there over a month just for a new fender !! I do not recommend no one to go this establishment. Terrible !!

Would you believe me if I told you we were taken care of from start to finish in minutes?? Aldo immediately stepped in and did a quick and easy fix on a plastic covering dragging against our tires! A decent place to get your vehicles repaired for those eventful moments such as a lively motor vehicle accident. Luisa and Aldo, the people I have dealt with their are always willing to go the extra distance for their customers and therefore cannot go unnoticed. Props to José Cedeño for being in business so long. He is still the owner and proprietor of this independent buisness at the age of 84. God bless and Cento Anni signore.

The service was awful. Bought my car here - didn't get it back for 2 weeks. Came in for a damaged bumper and was finally able to take my car back (after many voicemails and visits to an empty lot) with the same bumper damage and a new dent on the right side door. What a bonus! The owner would not take responsibility and told me to sue him. Challenge accepted.
