Cottage Auto Repairs was an amazing experience through and through, Mr Pat is an Ace, very professional and understanding! He fixed me and my husband's breaks, and we also got a oil change as well! Tried to rip me off to change a starter, acting like i didn’t know anything about cars, then when i told him to leave it he didn’t want to hand me the keys & demanded for money just because he pushed my car half a block. Wouldn’t ever do business here. Overpriced & dishonest.
My family have been coming here for at least 25 years. The brothers are always nice, and very knowledgeable. I know when my truck need to be fixed, cottage auto is where I take it. Good prices, great work, and they are always friendly.
After an unexpected incident left our car desperately needing repairs, we were referred to this place by family who had been coming here for years. I had drilled and slotted rotors put on, As well as a Clutch. I went for the Price. The pricing was Good for what I thought.
I did Not have a Good experience. I explained the Rotors situation, after the Mechanic Told me he understood and not to worry.
I find out months later the rotors were swapped right on left and left on Right.
*Drilled and slotted rotors go on specific to a side*. * Labelled on the discs. * And you can still see the faded label after the few months I drove it and returned to him.
When I went back to the owner. He swore he didnt remember. He's on his computer all the time
But he did not once bother to ask for my vin for proof, Or anything, trying to get away with doing the job wrong.
He did ask to see if I had the Receipt , I could not find it. I did not return. I did not want to deal with him again .
Another mechanic fixed his mistake. It was a Visible and clear mistake.
This place is very reasonable and professional. I will never go somewhere else again. I towed my car there and they ordered the piece and fixed it in one day, my new spot!

Had a motor swap done here on my 2008 Infiniti m35x. 30,000 miles later and still running strong. It was a junk yard motor owner was very honest and polite. He gave me suggestions on what to replace while motors was out and it all worked out. I highly recommend this shop
Needed a car repair while at work in Harmon Meadow Plaza. These guys not only towed my car and fixed the issue same day, they were a pleasure to work with and explained everything in detail. Also at a reasonable cost - highly recommend!!

Pat is great. Good prices (I double check around before I let him work on my car). Fast - I had a major issue and he fixed in two hours. He gave me a calendar, a flashlight and a smile. I will compete back if I need new repairs.
