Came in with a simple fix , left with a screeching problem due to suspension and misalignment. I wanted to believe these were good people, but after all said and done it’s not worth the 4.4 rating. I came with all the parts for a simple swap out job. No other issues with the car. I left with screeching from drivers side front tire, on top of that the brand new hardware I had that was told to me wasn’t used was also taken without consent. Charged quite a bit for a job that takes less than an hour. I don’t recommend this shop, unless you are okay with coming in with one issue and leaving with another.
I brought it back after, brought up the new problem I hadn’t had prior to arrival and was told that , they did their job and that doesn’t concern them.
I recently relocated to the area and was referred to this auto shop for emergency AC repair services. I was politely greeted by Anasse (mechanic) who immediately got to work. He thoroughly explained the process (along w/options) and I was on the road with cool air in no time!!! He is clearly an expert and I will be returning to get my front brakes replaced soon. Honest, efficient and reasonable prices.
Dont trust this shop they seem to have good intentions but vague promises and work ethics. Took 2 weeks to basically do nothing on the car that had Electrical issues bc of water intrusion & I lost $2K in salary bc I use that car for work. I understand they are busy and they don’t have just 1 car to look at. But they don’t have good work ethics. A good shop will set deadlines to their work to give customers a peace of mind that their vehicle is being worked at. But the excuse of working on another car thats been there for months and still doesn’t get fixed pushes the other cars away and you lose customers. They kept saying next wk until 2 wks came and nothing. Went to another shop and electrician diagnosed the issue in 1 day. You guys need stronger time management skills & focus on the less complicated before you lose customers and valuable time just my honest advice.
Brought my last 2 cars here for tire repair, and oil changes. Kevin and the team provide high quality and friendly service. Always quoted fairly comparing other shops and dealers.
We searched on the internet on a Saturday to find a garage to do a diagnostic scan on my engine. When we arrived we found three very polite gentlemen eating lunch together. My immediate first reaction was a sense of kindness and my instincts were right. They took the time and care to do the diagnostic. When I asked how much it would be the gentleman said it would be free. As I waited for the result I overheard the mechanic on the phone with someone who needed an engine replaced. He spent a great deal of time going over every option and spoke as one friend would speak to an other. My visit confirmed that this garage knows fully that word of mouth is their best advertisement. They were true to their word and I would recommend them to anyone.
I really appreciate to technician and owner of this body shop. They are very gentle and kind. I came from Texas and need to do many things. The owner explained to me well what I have to do and guided very well. I highly recommend this bodyshop for maintenance your vehicle.

My mother spent $1,200 to repair the bearings, brakes, a few other minor repairs. The brakes were not changed, the bearings either and the tire was not remounted correctly (several nuts were not placed back on the wheel).
