Placed an order for pick up with " x" number of the snow machines in stock. I even called the place and they said they'd hold it for me if ONLY I pay for pick up. Huge waste of time and a drive, I drove 40 minutes just to get there and the people tell me yeah sorry we don't have it anymore DESPITE my notification for the pickup alerting me to come. What else? I literally saw the item in the pick up section and when I asked well you guys do have it it's over there they said they'd hold can't give that one to me because it's first come first serve for orders. Yet when I refreshed the page multiple times to make sure it was in stock, and then placed my order my first come first serve wouldn't be provided? The worker that helped me did his due diligence but these guys are shady, don't waste your time doing pick ups here.

They had what I wanted but it was odd pricing the 3/4 "shark bite" plumbing fittings were cheaper than the crimp fittings, in my opinion it should be the other way around.

Kimberly in customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made my exchange process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and attentive. She truly went above and beyond — give this woman a raise!

Horrible experience. I ordered a dishwasher from this store and it should have come today. My building has a policy that no big ticket delivery after 4pm. I informed it when calling in the office 4 days ago. I called at least 3 times again today and the lady who picked up the phone promised they would be there by 4. However, no one shows up. COI is another thing. I called in on Monday to request it, and received a call on Thursday saying they are working on it. She sounds it is almost ready, but in reality they need to have the sample COI first. It is a terrible experience, and I would never shop at home depot again. Update: the delivery team came today. They turn out to be great. The building is old, and many places are out of date and need further fix before installation. The dishwasher got installed successfully. The shopping experience back in Jan was also great.

Do not understand any circumstances bother with this store. Can't answer calls in the home appliance area, manager on duty can't take call not even the complaints department. And ibwas going to spend $2000. Go to lowes instead. Superior service

I needed help with plumbing. The associate I asked for help had no idea of what I needed. He called for someone else to assist. After 10 minutes no one came to help. Thanks home depot.

very horrible experience at this location. the "MANager" Joseph, was very short and inconsiderate with me while helping me find a tool. he not only ignored me, but he purposely saw me with his own two eyes, and walked away from me pretending he was talking to someone on the phone. i called him over several times politely, and he just sped walked away. I was in the store desperately trying to find the tool i needed. afterwards, i found an associate who could help me, and immediately addressed my concerns with the supposed "MANager," walked away from me and ignored me they should really put more compassionate and helpful staff versus men who cant even talk to a simple female customer. the MAN should be taken out of ager, hence why MAN is in all caps. Joseph is far from a MAN, he is someone who cannot for the life of him, help a customer in need. home depot needs to step up their game, and demote Joseph back to an associate. 😡😡

They were supposed to deliver an item yesterday that I paid extra to have delivered by a specific date and time. Apparently, they ran out of stock. It was in stock at 5 closer locations. Did they call me to tell me they wouldn't deliver my order? No. Did they do anything to get the items from one of the 10s of other Home Depot locations in the area? No. Did they leave any notes for Customer Service when I called in to ask what happened? OF COURSE NOT. Spent 5 calls with customer service to finally get the order cancelled so I can take time out of my day to pick it up in person in NYC. The incompetence and lack of care is unreal, which did hundreds of dollars in damages to me. Don't use Home Depot unless you have to.

Ordered items online for a business launch party Saturday. Bought them because the website said guaranteed delivery Friday afternoon. Website said picked up Friday afternoon. I watched map of car approaching but never arriving until I called at 950pm and they said the order was never picked up, but would definitely come Saturday before the party Saturday half the order was delivered to the wrong location and half the order wasn’t there. I called and they said the other half was never picked up. They said they’d put me on with a manager and I was on hold for 30 minutes. Now I can’t get a sense of when anything is coming or not coming or where it’s going to. The people on the phone have been nice and one time in 10 calls I got a manager on the phone and they were sort of helpful, but otherwise I’ve been in purgatory. It could’ve all been so easy; and if they’d told me there were troubles with delivery I could’ve just come and picked everything up and saved the headache. Hard to imagine buying online from Home Depot again or believing any delivery guarantee from them :’(

Terrible awful disgusting Paul Vigor could not refund my money I ordered a new door on September 6/2025 and on October 21/ 2025 was supposed to be installed, when the guy came to install it saw the wrong opening of the door and took it back to the store..His manager Paul Vigor called me and told me no refunds to me. I called the guy who took the order Mr. Brittle who said was this guy that took measurements fault Tony, and said why not getting your money back, WHY not? But neither of them gab]ve memy $ 912.87 back on my credit card. I spoke to a bunch of clowns that work for Home Depot all over and they agreed with me , but these two were supposed to refund me my money. I changed my 5 HOUSE windows last year and this year, with these clowns and all was ok. Today I got the mail address for the ceo and I sent him a letter. I hate this place . Tomorrow I’ll call the bank and see about my chase card if a refund was placed . I have a dispute from October 21 when my door was taken because was wrongly made. BAD BUSINESS THIS TIME Paul Vigor is a general manager for doors? WOW 🤮

I placed multiple large orders from this Home Depot location and paid extra for early delivery, but unfortunately, none of them arrived. I’ve contacted support several times with no resolution. This has been a frustrating experience, especially considering the additional cost. I’ve never had this issue with any other Home Depot location. Corporate really needs to look into why this specific store consistently fails to fulfill deliveries. I hope they improve their delivery reliability and customer service follow-up soon.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences today at the Home Depot Garden Center. I approached an associate with a simple question about soil types, and instead of helping, they brushed me off with a vague point and walked away. No interest, no effort just complete indifference. But the real issue was the so-called manager, Chris. When I was told he could assist, I expected at least basic professionalism. Instead, he acted like helping me was a burden. He immediately tried to push me off to someone else, didn’t ask what I needed, and didn’t move from where he was standing. No follow-up, no effort just a complete lack of leadership. You could tell he didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered. To top it off, I went to the customer service desk hoping for better support. Big mistake. They were just as clueless and unhelpful. No urgency, no real answers, and no solution. It honestly felt like everyone there was doing the bare minimum just to get through the day. If this is the level of service customers are expected to tolerate, it’s no wonder people go elsewhere. Completely disappointing experience from top to bottom.

Customer service is very rude. Apparently asking an associate if they still had something in stock was enough for me to get an attitude from them. I even asked her if there was a problem. She called for assistance in the aisle and no one ever came. Don’t treat customers like that when they are coming to spend money in your store. Lowe’s is next door and offers a significantly better experience.

This Home Depot is terrible. I never say that about store or business but this store is absolutely terrible. Fanny handles customer orders and is incompetent she has been giving me and my wife the run around for 4 months. Rafael in the doors department is beyond ignorant. He shouldnt be making orders of any kind for anybody. I cant even think of a position that he could have the intelligence to fill. They messed up my $1000 door order and I have been fighting for 4 months to get my money back. The door installer didnt even want to install the door because it was the wrong size. Lowes is a better company overall. I will never give Home Depot my money ever again. Terrible experience.

Spent some time looking for the tile I needed to finish a bathroom project, when I noticed a rude customer almost run through a little lady employee. While also again to another employee who is clearly trying to work on packing out tiles. That same employee kept his composure and provided me with great customer service. Even helped me pick out the perfect grout to go with my tiles. Awesome work!

Today I was looking for the tile I wanted in the tile corner, four employees were standing there chatting and not thinking of helping, but a employee named Chris stood in the way and asked me why I didn't do ExcuseMe, and told me to get out of the way and pushed the shopping cart I had brought. When I told the manager what your name was, I threatened to complain, saying that I would remember you. The staff at the paint corner were very kind and helpful, and I was grateful that they loaded the heavy paint that I could carry on the cart, but I was very angry because of the behavior of the employee named Chris.

Rented a 7x14 Dump trailer and it was nothing but a mess. The battery was never charged and when I went to offload, the left obviously did not work. I had offload by hand. The car port connector was bad , it looked like it had been previously dragged, the lights stopped working. Manager, if you are reading this, your department sucks!

What a bad experience at this location. I went into this Home Depot with the intention of purchasing a patio dining table set for my son’s graduation party. I waited in the patio area for a long time. I walked to the appliance area and when I found someone I asked for help and the person sent me to the customers service area. She said someone will call for assistance. When I went to this area I approached someone that didn’t even let me speak he said I had to wait. I told him I only have a question. He refused to assist. I then approached someone who was working in an aisle. I thought she was Spanish. She said to me in a rude manner: I don’t speak Spanish. I said no problem let me tell you in English. At this point I asked her for a manager. She saw someone passing by and directed me to that person. I expressed I have been waiting for a long time for someone to help. I also shared my experience with the customer service person. She said she will be back to help….20min passed and she didn’t show up. At this point I was upset and decided to go the line just to ask for help and get DM information, Regional manager information. I needed the contact number for someone to share my horrible experience. No one provided me with the information. I told them not a problem I will email this complaint to the CEO. I ended going to Lowe’s where I purchased the item I needed. It is incredible how during this time employees and bad management contribute to sales loss. I didn’t purchase because no one gave me service and it seems this behavior is allowed. The Leader didn’t get back to me no one cared about my horrible experience. Literally just had the worst retail experience of my life at this Home Depot today. I'm working on a building project locally to North Bergen, and given that my commute is over an hour, I thought I'd save time by having my partner order the supplies we need for pick up, rather than having to walk around the store after making it into town. Boy , was I wrong. The order was placed just past 11am, it is now 1:47pm and I'm just now able to leave the store. We arrived and there was only one person working customer service/ order pick up. He requested help over the intercom to have someone fill our order. Help came, but not for that. A few employees just stood around socializing. Eventually he came and told us that's someone is working on our order. We kept being told someone was "working on our order" for over 40 minutes. Then when the person finally came around, apparently there was an item out of stock--we were told they couldn't just add in a replacement piece, that we had to make a whole separate order for it. We conceded. Then we realized that our original order never processed with the JB weld epoxy that we need today, so again, rather than walk around and waste even more time, we asked the gentleman who brought the rest of the order where we might find the epoxy. He said "aisle 17, on the left." Which led us to an aisle with, you guessed it, no epoxy whatsoever. My partner decided to ask another store employee, who apparently didn't know what epoxy was or where it might exist, because that employee asked another, who proceeded to pull out his phone to Google the location of the item within the store. While he did that, I ended up just walking down the hall and guessing which aisle the epoxy might be at, lucky me that my first guess was right. This experience was entirely too sad. I remember when you would come to Home Depot and you would be helped swiftly, and efficiently, by someone who not only knew what was in the store, but where it was.. 90% of the time, you'd end up being helped by someone who was a professional. For not having wanted to waste my time initially, that is sure as hell what I accomplished today. The one fantastic thing I was able to experience before leaving Home Depot today, was how immaculate the bathroom was. The cleaning crew absolutely deserves a raise. *edit* TLDR; If you're on a time crunch, don't further waste your time by placing an order for pick-up here, and don't expect any of the employees to know anything about anything, not even what/ where specific merchandise is.

A heaven for home fixers! Very well organized and great hours. The staffs are super helpful and nice. I have no clue with home fixing- but if you go ask for an advice, they got you. Very knowledgeable and professional! And the price is great. The price range goes from affordable to professional level.

Good hardware store for tools, appliances, bathroom decorating ideas, kitchen remodeling, patio furniture, power appliances, bbq grills and many more. Often here for many stuff and even for keys copying. Giving only 4 stars because some products are not good quality or not even working: I bought outlet adapter for European electrics for my brother who came from Europe but it was only one type of it and stopped working after month of using it. Also searched for ethernet cable splitter 1 female 2 male but it’s not working at all. Otherwise good store and all other purchases was valuable.

Very clean and organized store . Prices are fairly reasonable and selection is just humongous. The really helpful thing for me personally is that they mix paint colors for you and paint is quite cheap . They also make a key duplicates . So , for all your construction needs - it’s your perfect solution 👌🏽

Very friendly staff (Thank You Jon) but the service was not as quick as expected. If there are any products you need to get from customer service make sure they have them in stock before you buy them so you don't waste time like I did.
