Manuel is the best! He helped me find something I have been looking everywhere for. He is so kind and helpful, and obviously loves what he does. We will be back when we are in the area.
Not a ton of selection, but the owners were very sweet, and I did purchase something at a quarter of the cost that other antiques stores priced for 3 times as much. They also make gorgeous quilts by hand. I will definitely be looking into purchasing a quilt or 2. Great experience nice people.
Manuel is one of friendliest and most knowledgeable proprietors you'll ever meet, eager to hear your stories and happy to share his, this work is clearly a life passion and labor of love. So many wonderful pieces of all sizes available for your historic home preservation and restoration, or for beautiful projects. Prices very reasonable, and they helped load us up and provided padding and materials for us to secure a large item we hadn't planned to buy. Then we got to tour their beautiful home and see how they've incorporated reclaimed materials throughout it to create a wonderful space. Too bad you can only give a max of 5 stars, because I want to rate them 12 stars.
Just a cool place with even nicer people. If your looking for architectural antique material this is a must stop. Not the largest selection but by far the most helpful staff anywhere!
I recommend Manuel's and Jeri's help to anyone who is looking for architectural salvage. They're exceptionally helpful, have great ideas, and I returned to them many times when I was a homeowner. Now that I'm renting, I still plan to take friends there on "excursions". Even as a renter, I will find things of interest. Manuel and Jeri are so conscientious and just wonderful people! If you go there, you will be amazed!
