Best car buying experience ever! We told James the couple of cars we wanted to test drive. He didn’t bully us into looking at more expensive cars or pressure us to buy the one we were looking at. Next day we brought a cashiers check and took the car home within about 30 minutes. Nicest guy! Will definitely go back and recommend to others. Thanks James!

James is awesome! Very much NOT the typical "used car salesman" type. He sold me a great Toyota truck at a very fair price and helped me navigate getting a loan through a credit union when I didn't know how the process worked. He also held my vehicle for the better part of a week while I got everything straightened out. There is a reason he has such great reviews. If you dont mind a few dings from some hail damage then this place is a no-brainer. When the time comes to buy another car I will definitely be a return customer!

Best car buying experience imaginable. James cares about the cars that he sells and the people who buy them. He took the time to fix trim pieces on very short notice, put new tires on the car and wiper blades. He was very honest with me and James and his son Nick were very hospitable even though the loan finalization took a long time. The car was as advertised, and James was very honest about the vehicle's history. He even gave me an extra key from a different Honda, just because.

5 stars – Highly recommended! I recently bought a Subaru Impreza from James and had an excellent experience. The car had a clean title with only mild hail damage, exactly as described. The entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free—James made sure I had everything I needed before driving away. What really stood out was his approachability and integrity. Even after the sale, when I needed a few more documents, he responded immediately and was more than willing to help. James is honest, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers. I’d definitely return to him if I ever need another car!

I have bought 2 vehicles from there, a Subaru Crosstrek and now a Kia forte. The Subaru was amazing for the time I had it for all my storm chasing adventures. 10/10 recommend this place to get a vehicle as long as you don’t mind a few hail dents :)

An excellent experience at pacific auto! James is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. He let me take the 2015 Honda civic and he wasn’t worried about a deposit or anything! I drove back about a week or so later from Omaha to give James his payment and receive the title, but as soon as I get there he asks if I have a bit of extra time to make a replacement to something in the car that they had forgot to replace before selling it to me free of charge! James Ngu is an extremely honest and friendly businessman and I would recommend pacific auto in Lincoln to anyone looking for any type of car!

Pacific Auto was recently recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience here, and who got a good deal on an affordable car with some hail damage. As a graduate student with limited income shopping for a used, car I hoped to find a similar deal. James Ngu, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating, and he answered my questions and allowed me to test drive a car without ever making me feel pressured to buy. The whole time I was talking with James, I had the sense that he was talking to me openly and honestly about what he had to offer, rather than trying to persuade or impress me in the way you might expect from somebody who sells cars for a living. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 61,000 miles on it and some light hail damage (small dents on the roof and the trunk that are hardly noticeable unless the light hits them just so). I felt uncertain about buying a car with a previously salvaged title, but my mechanic looked it over and didn't find any issues beyond ordinary wear and tear. He did recommend replacing a couple of the tires, which James agreed to do free of charge. I left feeling that I'd gotten a very good deal on a high quality car. I would recommend Pacific Auto to anyone looking to buy an affordable car from an honest dealer.

We bought this 2016 Civic from Pacific Auto last Saturday and couldn't be happier! We actually found this online and drove from Des Moines to look at it, as it had all of the options we were looking for and was within our budget. James was great to work with!
