An excellent experience at pacific auto! James is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. He let me take the 2015 Honda civic and he wasn’t worried about a deposit or anything! I drove back about a week or so later from Omaha to give James his payment and receive the title, but as soon as I get there he asks if I have a bit of extra time to make a replacement to something in the car that they had forgot to replace before selling it to me free of charge!

mes was very straight forward and easy to work with. He worked with me on acquiring a 2019 Nissan Kicks with some hail damage (to me not an issue) at a reasonable price, no hassle. He seems like a quality person to do business with. So far minus a leak in one of the tires that I'm sure he'd fix if I gave him a call, the vehicle is off to a good reliable start with no immediate concerns.

We recently bought a Honda Accord from James with a salvage title due to hail. It was a great buying experience with a deal that couldn’t be matched at any other dealership. The car has been properly repaired and maintained. It has visible hail denting (obviously), but has proven watertight and reliable. James is extremely knowledgeable and honest about his vehicles, letting buyers explore and test drive vehicles multiple times if necessary. He finds every way to make what can often be a tense experience comfortable and even fun for those who enter the car lot. About a year ago, we purchased a Toyota Corolla from Pacific Auto that also had a salvage title due to hail, and it has proven to be an extremely safe and reliable vehicle. James has proven to be a very trustworthy person and salesman. Anyone who buys a car from James can trust that they are in good hands.
