I had to get a pickup towed from Lincoln to Omaha. He picked me up faster than expected and gave me a bit of a deal on the cost of the tow. I would recommend this guy to anybody.
I broke down in Bennet Ne and they came and got me in the middle of a down pour. They towed me and my van back home to Elkhorn . Nicest people you'll ever want to meet. The trip was about an hour but it seemed like about 15 minutes. They gave me a great discount as well. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of them.
Matt was so great! Picked us up in 45 minutes when no other tow service would. Went above and beyond for us when he really didn’t have to. Can’t recommend him enough!
Matt and Leslie picked up me and Lily on the side of the road on i80 at near 10pm and saved us!! They took in both of us and our dog- got us to Omaha safe and sound with loads of advice and help. Don’t know what we would have done with out them and couldn’t have asked for a better ride out of a bad situation!

Called Big Red to have my SUV towed because it wouldn’t start & I wasn’t able to get it jump started. Matt showed up right away. Before towing my vehicle he asked if he could try jump starting my SUV with a jolt box. My vehicle started right away. Matt explained that certain vehicles can’t be jumped with regular cables. He was very knowledgeable. He offered his advice & recommendations. He could’ve just come & towed my vehicle & made a profit, but instead he was honest & helpful & saved me money. I will definitely use Big Red in the future & would highly recommend.
Matt showed up earlier than the already-quick time he promised. We thought we needed a tow, but he was able to jump our car with a jolt box after we couldn't jump it with cables. He even recommended a shop to get a new battery. Super friendly, super helpful. This guy is great!
I called and Matt said he would pick me up at my residence in ten minutes to pick me up to pick up Mt vehicle and bring it back to my residence. Well he was 3 minutes late. I had an amazing experience with big red towing. I didn't catch the owner's name but he was super helpful and went above and beyond. He picked me up while I was out running errands because he ended up being free before our scheduled pick up time. And he dropped me off with my car which was super helpful. If you need a tow in town or outside of town this is the guy for you. 10 out of 10 would always recommend!
