Came and picked up my non running car with in hours of calling and gave me a fare cash offer on it. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous from the people who answered the phone to the guys who came to tow it away.
I called and asked if he had a wheel for my vehicle. He didn't hear me so he yelled at me, clearly frustrated (This is 10 seconds into the phone call.) I asked him not to speak to me like that and repeated myself. He cussed at me and hung up the phone. Not sure why people act like this, especially business owners.
