My boyfriend and I had made a 4 hour trip to purchase a car from this dealership. All was well until we were signing paperwork and while the paperwork was being slid across the table to us, the employee was covering a checked “salvage” box on the title section. The employees were not open or straightforward about the cars title before we made a 4 hour trip out, or at any point until we caught him trying to cover that checked box. They had been very selective about which words they used to describe the title, salvage was not one of them. The employees body language the entire time showed he was nervous and had every intention of being deceitful. Two more major red flags, the employee who claimed that the car was previously his sisters, had zero apparent knowledge of the vehicle, its history, or vehicles in general, as I had to explain to him what a “mechanics assistant” was. In addition to this, the car was extremely dirty inside and out, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for these people and their lack of professionalism. We were told that this specific vehicle had a rebuilt title, and that the only thing that had ever happened to it was minor vandalism and a stolen catalytic converter, neither of which would warrant a salvage title on the car. They were definitely hiding something. I do not recommend this dealership or their products.

Stopped in after checking out another used car dealership where they had seemed to not care if they sold a car or not. But the men at Greenwood were kind and helpful. They made it painless and the paperwork went so fast. Once we chose our vehicle we were out in less than 30 minutes. Would have been faster if my husband hadn't left the checkbook at home! :)
I recently went here to get my Chevy Equinox , absolutely love the car! Marvin helped me and he was great , very professional and honest with you . Recently bought a vehicle here, & had some engine lights come on as I was leaving. I spoke with the salesman and was told it was nothing, but if they didn't go away they would take care of it and all of their vehicles come with a 4 month warranty.I live 3.5hrs away and was told I could take it to any shop and they would pay the bill. Ended up needing a wheel bearing ,a battery and a few other things, but when I called them to let them know first they tried telling me the "warranty" didn't cover it. After initially trying to offer $50, they eventually agreed to pay half of the bill. I waited weeks and never received payment, and now they won't even answer my calls or messages. I would not recommend buying a car from them, they will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale then forget about all customer service when you need it.
I would recommend to anyone to shop here! We drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle at another dealership, they were incorrect about the information they supplied us. We stopped in here and had an awesome experience. I got a great deal on a lower mileage ford fusion and you couldn't even tell it had prior damage! The gentleman who helped us was very polite and honest and gave us a good deal. Overall we had a great experience, it was fast, the car is in great quality and I would recommend highly!
