Let me start by saying that the customer is not first in this place… every time i buy a part from this place with a warranty they have to mark it where you will see it if you install the part… now i have always asked nicely to get that removed and move the mark somewhere where it can’t be visible if you install it somewhere where you care about look…
Somehow that’s not my right to ask for … and if do so i am teaching them how to work lmao
So now this is my 3rd part to buy from this place this year with no warranty because the guy behind the counter thinks he owns the place and owns the part i just paid for and won’t change where he will mark it just to make statement. I would encourage the guy that actually run this place to look into issues like that from the customer point of view not from the worker trying to be tough…
So here i am buying parts with no warranty because of this issue….
Oh also the guy was trying to fight me😂
very professional 🤣
First time visiting a place like this. We looked online to see that they had the model we wanted. I expected a heap of cars, but it was very organized into numbered rows. They printed out a listing of which rows had the Cruz so we didn't have to look in every row.Found two out of three parts for a Chevy Cruze.Cost $3 per person, which was valid for 24 hours. It was very fun to look around. I wouldn't go if it has recently rained -- would be muddy. Wear good shoes because there are small car parts all over the ground. They need to build an elevated viewing box to watch the cars being moved around and crushed and charge admission just for that (to watch from a safe distance). Kids (and young at heart) would love that!
dispatch is horrible doesn’t communicate at all with the customer and is very snippy and rude only nice person in the process of selling my vehicle was the tow truck driver and even he was fed up with dispatch saying they don’t communicate with him either would’ve give 1 star but since the truck driver was very apologetic and nice i gave an extra W truck driver
The short Asian guy told my dad that a small car is trunk was gonna cost 90 that man lied and laughed in are faces saying that he never said that and wanted to charge us 190 for it horrible service get him fired
I've been going to this particular location for many years I've had many good experiences here with the employees and the other customers. We were always able to at least ignore Evans non-customer service abilities but no longer four of us will not be back. Until he's fired. He accuses people of stealing that are not that way. He treats people disrespectfully. He needs to find a job that is not in customer service because he's horrible and he's been skating by for years because people have been allowing him to be that way and we're not going to do it anymore.
The top price paid for junk vehicles in a 300 mi radius from my area the people there know what they're doing and help you out and go above and beyond to get the parts you need
Usually always have what I’m looking for. Friendly staff. Cheap prices. And they do t mind if you work on your car in their parking lot if you’re broke down. lol.
Today was my 2nd Saturday in a row going there from omaha. My local U Pull It got rid of all 95 ford's. So I had to go to Lincoln and luckily I found exactly what I was looking for. Not only for my truck but for my buddies Honda CRV great staff very big and all vehicles still in good condition. I was able to get the incredibly hard to find grill for the CRV boy it was my lucky day.
I have been a customer for years and never had issues with employees. I went today and an employee that I talked to was rude and didn't want to help me further to meet my needs.
I came specifically for a 1990 Civic that was marked incorrectly and was actually a 1996 model. Accidents happen but what is irritating is the staff not caring to change it or apologize for the mistake.
The funnest place in town! For 3 bucks you get to bring your tools in and explore and get the parts you need. It's allot of fun. Spend the day there! They could only be better if they had actual monkeys.
Paid the stupid 3 dollars to go back to get a part off a car and the was no car. The row they sent us to was empty went back in and all they said was I guess they cleared it. Employees very rude and not helpful at all.
Gotta be careful with these places, they are very money hungry, they also pick n choose what to charge you, i bought an arm rest the other day realized i got the wrong side went back for driver side armrest n they tried chargein me 4x the amount n i told the guy i had the receipt for the first 1 i bought but wouldnt honor it so i told him to keep the armrest, they also dont do cash back even if u buy warranty all u get is instore credit n if u lose the receipt ur outta luck. These people are high as kites with the prices they charge. Buyin cars for 200 a ton then ask crazy prices for parts ull hafta pull urself, if any1 would like to open a real junkyard shouldnt be hard to overtake these dummies, anderson in kearney blows upullit out of the water, clean n organized, upullit employess dont do anything to their yard its like a damn battlefield..
Staff is super mean, simply called to ask if they had a specific tire in their front area and said he did not know and couldn’t look, when he could’ve taken 2 minutes to look. After I asked him if he could look for me he said that’s not something they do…
I bought 4 tires, 50$ per tire plus taxes. I paid 232$. I later on find out that the size of the ring was incorrect. The manager was remorseless, said that there is no exchange or refund. The manager said he can give me 80$ for all 4 tires. My question is if you don’t exchange or refund, why give me 80$ when I spend 232 $? So dishonesty! Not serious at all!!
Very impressed with this location! They have their very own Jaguar specialist that will personally tel you to mess up your door panels to save money. The Karen working the desk insisted that the window switches on a Jaguar Xtype could be removed from the door panel and were not plastic welded in place. She couldn’t show me how and said I could look up a video. Too bad there aren’t any… maybe because YOU CANT REMOVE THEM!
Have gone here for years. Sadly, engine prices have tripled in the last 3 or so years, no longer making it worth pulling it yourself. That said, they are great for most smaller parts. Be sure to look up prices on the website before you pull the parts as some parts end up costing near or more than new. Inventory had been pretty low lately (many empty rows) but it looks like they are working to fill the yard back up now.
This place is about 1-1/2hr drive for me, but worth it when I need something. They've also helped check by phone before I drive there. Reasonable pricing. I also recently sold a vehicle to them. Were professional and they took care of everything!
A lot of the staff is great but with my own personal experiences with that Lisa at counter and then reading reviews she must be related to owner or sleeping with him to still have a job extremely rude for no damn reason and also notice owner doesn't reply to any negative reviews I would have given 0 stars but Jackson is extremely helpful and the guy with crazy curly hair always makes me laugh
I have actually went to this place before to get parts for my car. When you go, bring your tools because you'll be removing the parts sometimes by yourself and you will need tools to do it with. But it is a great place. If you can find the parts that you need. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for them. They're very reasonable. I'm very helpful in finding what you need. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for used car parts.
I go to this yard almost weekly and have nothing but good things to say about it and the employees. I left my cell phone in one of the cars by accident awhile back and thought I would never see it again. Walked in three weeks later and they had it behind the counter. I had called them the day I left it and asked if they could look for it and was asked where and I had no idea lol. I totally forgot about it and the day I walked back in and Evan held up my phone and was like is this it and I was shocked. Talk about service. The best I have seen. All the staff are great and full of life. I love going there and enjoy the atmosphere
It's pretty decent. Three bucks to look around, they have a bargain bin of tools, foreigns up front and domestics in the back. Sometimes you find a good deal. Most of the cars are in worse shape than whatever vehicle you have that your looking parts for. I saw two completely burnt out cars, everything melted inside them, can't those just go to the crusher...
Terrible and unprofessional staff, the lady up front was super rude and unprofessional. Treated and profiled me as a criminal for parking in a unclearly marked no parking zone before there store opened and assumed and acted like i was there to harm them. I asked for a number to reach out to her bosses or owner and was given a number I have yet to reach anyone at. Refused to give me her name and said anyone I contact will side with her so go ahead and call whom ever I please… After reading most these reviews I’d say she has had more then one complaint on her. Also before I walked out said she doesn’t care and they don’t need my business. 4.2.23 8am and I've sent a email to your customer service email as well with no reply!!
They gave me the best price for my POS car in the whole area. Fast easy and friendly. You can fill out a tow authorization and you don’t even have to be at your car when they pick it up, you can just stop by and pick up your check whenever it’s convenient.
Glad to see they haven't changed much at all since my first visit over 7 years ago I'll keep coming back. Definitely worthwhile to visit! I will say their inventory online and what you're told in-store is very inaccurate and make sure you watch the prices at checkout I was charged for a power mirror when it was a Manual mirror!
A disappointment, waste of time, and loss of an easy sale. Simply put they list their business hours as 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 7 days a week. They had the doors locked at 6:46 p.m..There was not inclement weather or anything of that nature. Being there to purchase a set of tires I had spotted earlier in the day I was going to just buy tires and leave. I understand the idea of not letting people into the yard to look for parts after a designated time before close each day as a way to prevent stragglers that end up staying way after the closing time. However in this instance the doors were locked and no one even attempted to open them or make any contact whatsoever with essentially a guaranteed sale that should have taken only a matter of minutes to complete. The lack concern by the staff resulted in a lost sale and a frustrated very regular customer. While this isn't the first bad experience I have had it was one that stuck out to me and will have me giving strong consideration to shopping elsewhere in the future. Overall my experiences with U Pull It have been pretty good. After this last exceptionally poor experience I wont go out of my way to suggest them to someone else because the potential for the same type of bad experience is there. Customers are the lifeblood of your business so treat them with respect and understand they are essential to your existence.
