I had a flat tire this morning and wasn't able to reinflate it so I contacted USAA for roadside assistance since I'm paying for it. They sent Midwest Towing and Recovery. The service operator, Joe, called me when he was on his way. He removed the flat tire, dug my spare tire out of the trunk, installed it, checked the inflation on it, put everything back, and put the flat tire in the back so I could take it to the shop. I didn't have to do anything except stay out of the way and ask dumb questions.
Mike to the rescue!! He did a great job making sure my car was taken care of and took all extra precautions to get it on the truck bed despite how low it was!!

Had a vehicle not starting. Tow truck driver (I think his name was Mike) was able to save me money with a starter tap so I could get the truck to the shop on my own. Fantastic service!
The worst moneysucker towing company. They towed my car on saturday evening. I called them immediately, they told me to call in the morning. They will release it. I called them at 9, next day. They replied, they are closed! Fine, I went there on monday morning at 9 and they charged me for 72 hours storage fee. I mean, what's wring! They literally had my car for less than 48 hours and they are charging me for 72!

They take advantage of the situation. During cold weather my semi truck air lines froze up. I had it towed to a shop3.5 miles away. Truck only no trailer. They charger $765. I hope they sleep well at night.
Nsp had Midwest tow my car no issues there at all. However charging storage fees while not being open is ridiculous. I could go get my car today on Saturday but they want me to miss some work and go in on Monday at 8am and charge storage fees while being closed when I could just get it today and save money. I’d advise everyone not todo business with this company as they don’t have the consumers best interest in mind.
What an awful experience. Charged me $582.04 to tow my camper 5miles. When I mentioned it was only 5miles they said they charge by the hour. This conversation was 2 hrs after they arrived and after they delivered. ! I GOT SERIOUSLY SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY!!!! Trust ANYONE else
We were traveling from Missouri to Grand Island Nebraska hauling our 43ft fifth wheel when we lost 6 out 8 of our lug bolts and nuts out of our left front tire. Called Triple A. No help at all! Told us we would have to take care of it ourselves. So we just started googling and , thankfully we found Midwest Towing and Recovery. They were very professional and took great care of us! Towed both our pick up and fifth wheel camper. Even towed us to Bauer Built tire and repair. They let us stay in our camper on their lot until morning! Andy you were awesome, and an angel in disguise! Thank you so much to everyone involved in our rescue!🙂
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Worst experience I've ever had with a towi g company. The operator was extremely rude to begin with. Then she tried telling me it would be THREE hours & $300 for a winch out!! Are you kidding me? Thankfully I was able to find someone else! Extremely rude & unprofessional & I'll never do business with them. And I'll steer everyone I know away from them as well!

My wife had an 18 wheeler side swipe her at a traffic light leading to the ramp onto the highway forcing her car off on the grassy knoll(miraculously she is ok and the car sustained minor body dmg) leaving her unable to drive her vehicle due to wheel complications from the hit. After waiting 4 hours on insurance politics and no tow truck a friendly state trooper contacted Meyer on our behalf and 5 minutes later Josh showed up and had us taken care of. He was extremely careful with her Mustang on both loading and unloading and was super friendly. When so much more could have gone wrong on the events today Meyer made it alot easier for us at the end. 5 star service.
