Scott did an amazing job! My truck needed to be towed on a flatbed. Called Scott, and he came out promptly, was polite, and was very understanding. He was able to get my truck up on the flatbed easily. He towed it to my mechanic, but when that mechanic couldn't fix the truck within my budget, I called Scott a couple days later and asked him to tow it to a second mechanic. Payments for each tow were super easy and reasonable. The towing truck/flatbed he used was newer. Appreciated his kindness on a COLD COLD day, and his willingness to move the truck twice. HIGHLY recommend if you ever find yourself in a situation and need a tow!
Phenomenal experience. Love the app and communication, I knew exactly when he would arrive as well and staus updates up to the point that he pullled up to my truck. Friendly and professional pick up. Completely comforted that my truck is in good hands. Definitely recommended.
Hands-down, the best customer service I have ever experienced with towing. Scott was extremely nice and accommodating and meeting us. He even found our AirTag to our keys and returned it back to us after delivering our truck to the auto shop.
