This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Customers describe Highlight Auto Parts as friendly, prompt, and good‑value, with many finding needed pieces on the shelf or via photo‑verified matches and enjoying fast shipping. Pricing is often praised as better than new, and help locating parts (SAAB, VW rim) stands out. However, feedback is mixed on staff conduct—one severe complaint and a wrong‑number issue hurt trust. Little is said about yard organization or on‑site wait times. Overall sentiment skews positive for used parts in Lincoln, NE: 80/100. Best for value and quick service, but service consistency may vary.

I really dont like leaving reviews like this, but i was there 2 weeks ago. Looking at the vehicles they had in there lot ended up getting yelled at by the most racist africans to the point I don't even want to buy anything from there at all...
Highland Auto parts…. They came through for me and went the extra mile l, or miles I should say, to get me what I needed! Fast shipping and great communication!! Thanks!
I’m so thrilled that Highlight Auto Parts reached out to in my search for a VW tire rim. Kellen was so helpful and thorough with getting me what I needed quickly, and sending a photo to confirm it was the right part for me.
Also, I was thrilled to learn that their business is in Lincoln, NE right where I grew up years ago.
