If I could give a 0 I would I took my truck here it sat for 3 weeks waiting on an estimate from him ( I've never even met this guy or even know what he looks like) and he didn't touch the truck and he is very bad at communicating I would text him and no answer I call him he forwards me at time or when he did answer he kept telling me he was working on it and then hang up on me I would not recommend this place to any one he wasted my time and money when I did have a spare car lined up for the time being thinking it was getting worked on or something but it wasn't I would strongly recommend go elsewhere
I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 because Greg retired and sold the place to someone who does poor quality work and charges exorbitantly. I went in to see Greg and he bragged about how much better he was so I thought I would try him out. I had a small dent on right rear quarter panel with minor damage to the bumper and a bit just above it. He was going to replace the bumper and patch the rest and also have it aligned. I came back and told him later I would pay rather than go through insurance. He said he would try to save me some money so he agreed on $1600 which was half of the insurance estimate. Now he wanted $800 up front to pay for the bumper because he had been stiffed before on parts. I agreed. Later, I came back to pick it up and all he had done was Bondo the spot, about 10" diameter. No alignment, I had to go somewhere else to have this done and he reluctantly agreed to pay for it. So $1600 to Bondo a 10" spot, with no parts bought. Also, to top it off, I found overspray from another vehicle on my front bumper.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Greg, please come out of retirement.
This place is so unprofessional. Laughed in my face about wanting a paint job. Who ever was working today at 1 o’clock is the worst person I ever met and should really look for a different profession. Pos is what I think. Obviously this company doesn’t care who they hire :) should really look into your employees.
Wonderful work, and great prices! Other shops quoted me over $350 to just touch up and blend in some scuffs (careless drivers) on my front bumper. I didn't want to report it to my insurance, so I needed an affordable alternative. Easy to work with and had the job done over the weekend!

They told me there was no way to help wit my ignition problem go to Hugo's on Euclid Ave. In Bay City and we're rude on the phone after 2 hours of trying to get through on the phone that day I did drive over there got an excellent quote and for a new ignition to be put in and a new key being made for it along wit the key that already goes to my current one that works my car door as well they would put a new chip in that as well all for $200 bucks everywhere else wanted over $400-$600 to do or refused to even look at the problem like this place did so I wouldn't recommend it to anybody not even my worst enemy
A little unprofessional but very nice guy! He communicated well on services needed for my car that had front end damage. Very open to answering questions!
