The best place to find older and antique tractor parts. Their willingness to research and track down the correct parts is amazing. Not to mention the helpful call center that will get you up and running is incredible.

Everytime I go here they sell me the wrong part. Last time I was there someone sold me regular bulbs for my vehicle. It takes HID. I even mentioned the trim and said I think they are HID's. He said, no these are what you need. Then when I called back to see if they had them or could get them they said they don't sell them and can't get them for my vehicle. It's a 2015 Grand Cherokee Summit. I went back to return the ones they sold me and they guy asked me what they were for. He said they have them in stock and didn't know why the guy sold me the ones that he did. This was not the first time I got the wrong part. It definitely is the last time I buy the wrong parts from here. Not coming back. Problem solved. I hear they are closing all the Advanced Autos anyway. Maybe this is why.

I was having a very unfortunate day when my car randomly wouldn’t start. I got a jump and headed to Advance Auto Parts. Jordan assisted me by checking my battery, and then checking inventory to see if he had one for me. He was very honest and the battery they had in stock was the biggest battery most expensive option, and told me I didn’t need one that size. It was nice that he wasn’t trying to upsell me. I called around and was immediately trying to be upsold at other places. With that, I decided to go with the battery Jordan had in stock. He then installed it for me and was kind through the whole process. Very happy with them!

Stopped in to buy a back windshield wiper. I felt like I was asking for the world. He pointed to the back and said they are back there. I asked for help again and he walked back brought it back and said not sure it will fit. I asked if we can try. He walk out and could not get it to work I went with him. He almost broke it trying. I said maybe it's not the right one. We walked back in the store and he walked away. I don't know what he was going through but the other two working there were no help either. I left and went else where and no problems o finding the right fit and help. Very sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Advanced Auto Parts on Euclid went above and beyond to be the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere! It was raining and I was in my pjs with my special needs son. I was trying to pick up my daughter from after school sports. My wiper was frayed and I was worried it would destroy my windshield by scratching it. I really couldn’t wipe the rain from my windshield ,so I had to drive to the closest store which was Euclid to try and get help. This Euclid store mistreated me by refusing to help me identify the wipers I had previously bought from this store by refusing to come out to my vehicle to identify which wipers I needed ,so I could replace the same ones. I had to call the Columbus store to see if I could get quick help with my current embarrassing moment without sporting my grinch pajamas and slippers inside the store. I was greeted by the Columbus store with a very nice gentleman who treated my circumstance with compassion instead of the denied service I received at this store! Don’t waste your time or money at this store go to Columbus it’s worth the drive!😉

My wife while out started to experience battery problems but came to your location make sure that was the case. The response she got was disgusting.. I can't help you because I don't know where your battery is located. Pretty much leaving a female with young children stranded in the cold. I will be sure to tell all that will listen and encourage friends and family to let you know their thoughts as well. I won't forget to let some local garages know as well. I know it's their choice to help but to me I think you are kinda in the business of helping people sometimes in some tough situations. Leaving a female with young kids stranded with car trouble in front of your store doesn't look the best. Especially when it's just a battery.. instead of doing your job making a sale yiu will lose a customer, sale, and most likely she will be sure to share her story on social media so others don't make the same mistake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend went to them with a dead battery. They advertise that they replace them so that was the reason she went there. She was greeted with an “I’m sorry I don’t know where the battery is on that vehicle” are you kidding me?! There’s YouTube man, not to mention I bet there’s a book or something in that store that would tell you how. This is an embarrassment and a big blemish to the business and totally Asinine that they would leave a woman stranded in the cold. You will never receive my business and I will tell everyone I know.

I decided on my purchase, stop in line behind 1 person that was paying. When the cashier was finished with him, she turned and walked to the middle of the store, talked with the other employees, walked back up and right by me standing. She asked where should I go to another employee standing there also ignoring me. I replied, "to a cash register, I hope". NOT. She proceeded to walk to the middle of the store, while the other employee was still standing near the register's. STILL IGNORING ME! I then put down what I intended to buy and went to another auto parts store. I will never stop foot in that store again!

I had a problem with our truck not being able to hold a charge so I went to Advance and they tested the battery and alternator. It was a bad battery so they got it replaced and I was good to go. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Great place. I have been able to have my car meets there and also when I went in there for parts the first time, I didn't yet have an account setup through and they threw me a discount on what I bought. Definitely getting my business from now on.

I purchased a new hitch and the sign said that it was$10 off. They never took the $10 off on my receipt. Just thought you'd like to know that. I'm not to happy about that.

I purchased a set of headlights from here and got all the way home (40 min away) went to install them and they gave me the wrong bulbs, I thought well it happens no big deal, drove back there to exchange them for the right ones and they didn't carry them in stock, I said that's fine I'll just get my money back then. The very rude salesman said I need your receipt I told him I don't have one but it's your fault I'm back here to begin with you gave me bulbs that didn't even fit my vehicle, he said well there's nothing I can do a spade is a spade, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!? who says that to a customer? Especially when I was your fault to begin with! I WILL NEVER SHOP ADVANCED AUTO EVER AGAIN!

Didn't get greeted, never got asked if I needed help. I ended up walking out and going to the AutoZone down the road. Much better decision. Always preferred AutoZone anyways.

Great if you are looking for domestic car parts and don't want to order online. Don't try to buy anything for an Audi, VW, or other import. Much cheaper to order parts online if you don't need them immediately.
