I needed help with diagnosing and then fixing a problem. Eric at the Wilder Road location was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone use AutoZone for their automotive needs!
Went to buy a new battery and Carlos helped me and was very pleasant. He seemed to be having a difficult time and asked him to get some help. He came back with James and he also had a hard time getting the old battery out and the new one in. They worked hard. Was very thankful to both. Will definitely go back!
Big thanks to the manager Jim Sullivan for helping me out with yet another project on my Alero! The brakes were in a such a poor state, but thanks to Jim and the warrantees on the pads he got me back on the road in no time. As always Jim Your expertise is very well appreciated 🙂
Customer service is excellent. However the hygiene of some of your employees needs to improve. I will not be saying names but I'm pretty sure you all can figure it out. At no time should we be able to SMELL body odor. Being visibly dirty is unacceptable, greasy hair. B.o.... You name it. Bathing is important in customer service. Like I said staff is helpful and nice but holding my breath shouldn't need to take place at any time. Please do better in that area and wear DEODORANT PLEASE.
Travis and Alan really went the extra mile to help me out the service was awesome and super friendly and just to see the knowledge they display makes me trust Auto Zone for all my needs thanks guys! I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Jim was extremely helpful in making sure we had the things we needed to get my daughter’s car running properly. He offered help, installed new wipes, checked her engine light, and suggested things to try for some other issues she was having. Super friendly!!!!
8/11/25 1 pm: When I walked in the cashier greeted me right away and asked if he could help me find anything, I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction! Although it was a simple license plate screws that I was looking for, I still ran into some complications; I didnt have the right wrench with me to take the old screws off so the cashier went out to my car to help me. We went through 3 screw returns before finally getting the right one, which the guy installed for me. I felt the service was great. I wish I would have got his name but he was very patient and helpful !! Would recommend!
Jim, Jane, Kamyrn and Brian were amazing! Had trouble with my car pulling up in the parking lot and they all helped me with my issue and managed to get me back on the road for my road trip! Amazing team!
I drive past this store daily. It SHOULD be my “go-to” place. Sadly, it isn’t.
I have stopped in or called for help probably 10 times in the last 4 years; battery issue, specific part needs, recommendations, etc….
Today I called to ask if your team can change the battery on my key fob (it quit working after I had). I was told it would need to go to a dealer. The dealer laughed and was able to fix the issue - and it could have been done at the store. Your team wasn’t interested.
I can only assume the person who answered the phone this morning is the same person who “helped” when I have gone in.
I have come into the store with a specific part needed, only to be told I’m looking for the wrong part - or that you don’t carry the part…. only to return the part that was sold to me and then to buy the part I REQUESTED. When I’ve been told you don’t have that item-I saw it on the counter behind them. I’ve only encountered this with the older gentlemen there. There have been a few, younger guys, who are helpful-but they are NOT the norm there.
I have no interest in “trying” anymore with your team :(

I went here for a hardware kit they didn't have it but they ordered it! it will be overnighted to the store.
Jim is a hero!! The guys here go above and beyond to say the least, I was stranded an hour and a half from home with a dead battery on Main Street which was a 35 min walk from the business got a new battery and the manager on shift was named Jim he asked where I was going and how I got there he'd seen I had taken a bird scooter to save the walk since I couldn't get an Uber in the area and offered a ride back to my truck so I wouldn't have to try and ride with the battery when we got to my truck he almost insisted he stay till I was up and running it was because of a kind hearted person like Jim who was willing to go that extra mile I was able to get back on the road and home safe truly thanks a million JIM!!!!
Very Happy with the Customer Service at this location, Jim has been a godsend, helping find the right part....the first time to avoid multiple trips, unlike others in the area. He has gone over and beyond thru the years and I very much appreciate all the help he has been to not only myself, but now also to all my son's with their vehicles. Didn't have alternator under warranty and gave me a better one for same price to get me back on the road. Was very helpful and a good guy. Workers name was Jim S.

I brought a battery in to get charged. Was told someone would call me if there was an issue with the battery. Never got a call so I assumed it charged up fine.
Went there to pick it up and the employee was gone several minutes in the back room. Comes back with my battery and says it's no good and there are cells dead. Then he became persistent that I should use it as a core to buy a new one.
Knowing this is a new battery I left and immediately took it to O'Reillys on Center. They were able to get the battery charged up no problems and it works fine.
In hindsight the Autozone employee either didn't charge the battery or Autozone is that desperate to make a sale.
Both are terrible business models.
James S went above and beyond with customer service. We are on a trip out of town and needed help with a belt. James was knowledgeable, friendly & went out of his way to help us find the exact part and helped with the install. Thank you so much you rock!!
My headlight went out in my trailblazer. I stopped by Auto Zone and they had the replacement bulb. I asked the lady if there was anyone there that could change it and she volunteered to look at it! It was a cold February day and her and her co-worker were very helpful and changed the bulb for me! Customer service was great and the workers were very nice! Thank you so much! Its nice to have a place that will go above and beyond to help!
